Worst place I have ever been to... Nothing but lies to get you in there. I was contacted by Micheal Telling me he could help me out and they have great deals going on. I explained to him my situation, still owe on my car and I have bad credit, but needing a bigger vehicle. He told me no problem they deal with those kind of situations all the time and he can get it done... So I went in. I show up and Michael was with another customer so I was set up with Victoria to help me out. After we went through the credit application she said she'll be back. As I was waiting she was talking to another customer. I'm sorry, but I feel if your already with customer you should take them feel your important. At this point I was already feeling like my business meant nothing to them! Finally she came back and said they need my husband's report, because my income wasn't enough. So they called him and asked to run is credit. Remind you I was told they can help... Oh I've shopped other places and was given better treatment and they were honest also able to work with me. So after them pulling my husband's credit, Victoria comes back telling me the bank said yes, but also no. I said what does that mean... She says you have to come up with 10,000 to put down to cover tax, title and fees. Lol I have never been told that even having bad credit, so unless your made of money with excellent credit don't waste your time. My husband called them, cause he was not happy that I had drove 40minutes away and them pulling his credit wasting our time and they hung up on him. Unprofessional!!!

I had a bad experience just being on the phone. I m from out of state and I just moved here and there were a couple of recalls on my vehicle and I made an appointment last week but didn t remember the place I made it at and had ask them last week to give me a courtesy call so that I would remember the location well call this dealership and ask them do a courtesy call and that man on the other line was like really your gonna make me do this wow what s the problem with that ! They do it all the time give you a friendly reminder on your appointments

Great experience with Nick Malloy! He is very professional and personable. He was efficient and explained everything very well to me before I walked out the door with my keys. I had a great experience, I got a really great financing deal given my situation. If you have average credit and are a college student like myself or recent graduate but have a great paying job (or one already lined up) but your credit score doesn't reflect that since you have a lot of student loans, you need to come here. Every dealership I went to had financing from banks where they hiked up the interest anywhere from 15-21% since I am a college student with average credit and a first time car buyer. I got 7% interest rate for a $20,000 jeep with $1500 down at 72 mo. My payments were lower for this car than any other car I was quoted for under $15,000 from anywhere else. Please see Mike Sunderland Jr for the best experience. He also got me 4 free oil changes and an amazing warranty, he even kept my car the first weekend to have my windows tinted and gave me a rental car for free! I will be relocating throughout the country with my job I have accepted once I graduate but I will still be coming back to Cincinnati to see Junior and get my next car!

Worst experience ever buying a vehicle! I would give them zero stars if it was an option. Lies and more lies. Rude and bullying tactics and we already wanted the jeep so why act like that unless you're too dumb to know any better. Dwayne Smith and his boss as they both stated, Chris Simon covered the entire range of the bad car salesman stereotype. If you're reading this saying you had a good experience, good for you, but judging by the empty showroom, our terrible experience is more the norm than the few good ones. They actually force customers to pay anywhere from $299-$899 for some unspecified "protection" they call E.P.A.P. whether we want it or not. Dwayne Smith and his boss Chris Simon share the same childish and bad attitudes towards customers. We weren't happy paying for any kind of "protection" that we never asked for and they literally told us to either "buy it or get out" though, boss Simon did follow that with a "thanks for comin in" We are repeat customers, this was our fourth purchase from this dealership. we can tell you, there will NOT be a fifth!
we believe this "protection" isn't even a product, but more likely a forced warranty like they try to sell you when you get into finance.
They got our vehicle from an entirely different dealership and told us they would sell it for the same price as their competition. Just to be clear, this is where all the lies started and never stopped. We are dream customers in the sense of we knew the exact vehicle we wanted, we had more than adequate credit to either lease or buy, all that was necessary was to reach a mutually agreed upon price. This proved too difficult for these two because their attitude sucked before we even got there and got even worse once we arrived. We were the only customers in the showroom while we were arguing about being charged first $899 then $299 for "E.P.A.P." aka "fake non existent protection" they insisted had to be on every car they sold and was not coming off the price. Then boss Chris Simon waddled out and told us how they were the biggest dealership around which I replied "I can tell, since we're the only customers in the entire showroom" to which he responds that "we can either buy the jeep or get out...oh thanks for comin in" really? that's how you treat repeat customers? If you've had a good experience here and don't mind paying for some kind of "protection" you never asked for and most likely doesn't even exist, you're welcome to spend your money how you want, but this "E.P.A.P protection" is borderline fraud at best and we're not happy about being forced to pay for something we never asked for and stated many times we didn't want. The general manager and owners should really think about who they want representing their name and reputation as a dealership. I'm sure they would deny the incident and we did buy the jeep but we already wanted it and we came to this dealership as repeat customers hoping to be treated like repeat customers, with honesty and respect. All we got was the opposite of all that and the dealership and it's family lost repeat customers. The other dealership wasn't any better but we weren't repeat customers and didn't expect much from them. Had we known our experience at Jake Sweeney Chrysler dodge jeep was going to be so terrible, we could've stayed at the first dealership. Save your time and especially your money and go anywhere but here. They don't earn, deserve or appreciate your business so go somewhere that will and you will be much happier with your purchase.

Service department leaves a lot to be desired. First time I took my Wrangler in for the Express Lane Oil & Filter Change. It took 2 hours to change the oil.

I was told only that they were very busy.

Second time I had an appointment scheduled for 11 am on a Tuesday morning. I dropped the Wrangler off Monday night.

Tuesday afternoon I hadn t heard anything, so I called. Was told they were busy and they couldn t get to it that day. That s why I had an appointment.

Wednesday afternoon still hadn t heard anything. Called, again told they were busy and couldn t get to it.

Thursday, a repeat of the previous two days.

Finally on Friday I received a call that they got around to looking at my Wrangler. Would have to order parts, might be done Monday or Tuesday.

I finally told Remi forget it, I ll pick it up as is.

Took it to Rose Automotive in Hamilton. Repairs were done within their specified time frame at a third of the cost of Jake Sweeney s quoted price.

Dwayne handled my situation very well. He actually listened and made sure everything could be accomplished within my schedule. This was a perfect experience, especially after an experience I had at a different dealership.

Fast and right on point! I wont take my truck anywhere else.

Took my 2016 Ram 2500 in for service on 4 recalls (2 pretty major) as well as an oil change. Everything was completed in two days. Fast, courteous, friendly as always.

Brought my Jeep here for service. They charged me $400 to change my transmissions fluid and missed the fact that the torque converter was eating itself. They left my Jeep filthy, and console buttons that used to work didn t when I got it back. Parts of my interior were still disassembled. They ve yet to make me whole for the transmission that another shop had to replace (which was even under warranty) because their techs didn t even look at mine properly. Terrible experience, terrible feedback, would never take another vehicle there. I d rather go to a third party shop than let this factory dealer touch another one of my cars.

Had to have express service completed today. Check in was quick and easy. Service took no time at all. Thank you so much for taking great car of me and my RAM.

My truck has more leaks than it had when I took it in. I told the service department Manager, Robbie, that my truck would stop in neutral while driving. He told me the emergency brake cable had failed. 3 days after getting it back it did the same thing but now it was smoking. Took it back in again and finding out the brake caliber was shot. Apparently that s what was wrong all along. An estimate of $800 was given to fix both. I left and did it myself for less than $200. I originally took my truck in for the stopping in neutral issue. I told them to fix transmission fluid leak and was told they would replace 2 transmission lines. It leaks more now than ever. Horrible work quality, BS lies and disrespect. DO NOT go there. You WILL go back more than once. 4 times for me. NEVER AGAIN

I was in a bad wreck in January and Kevin was great and found a car for me in about 30 minutes! Today I brought my car in to have it serviced and was hit with a bill in the thousands, since I bought the car only a few months ago Todd and Kevin were able to get it down to only $200 (my deductible)!!! Todd was very very professional and friendly as was Kevin.

I recently had my car serviced here and while I don't normally get my vehicles serviced at dealerships, I can attest to Zach Sweeney and his crew for being fair and honest! I must say that everyone was and continues to be great, still giving off that "family feel" that you don't get at other dealerships. In the long run, they want you to be happy and aren't trying to oversell you on something you don't need or lie about it either. I have had those problems at other dealerships, but not at Sweeney!
