I purchased a Chrysler from another dealership 8 months ago. I had problems with the car shaking and every time I brought it to them they told me it was a flat spot in the tire and it would work itself out. It finally got so bad, I decided to take it to Jake Sweeney. Zach in the service department got me right in, found the issue immediately and got it fixed for me. I had been coming here for a year for service on my Chrysler 300. I ve always like the report they give you with the tire pressure, tread, etc on it. I had taken my car there for an oil change and the report said everything was perfect. A few weeks later I took my car to get winter tires at Bridgestone. Come to find out the inside edge of all off my tires were completely bald. I lost all trust in their techs to give an accurate report on my car and to actually check everything they say they do.

The staff and jake sweeney was extremely helpful know where to drop a car in an over crowded parking lot. Service staff is always professional and friendly.

Took my car to them for service to get an idle problem fixed on my car they said the engine needed tore down it would be 700 to tear down I decided not to pay that so they charged me 126 dollars to tell me that the engine needed tore down I took the car to a different mechanic and they fixed the problem for 100 dollars and took less than an hour these people will lie to you don't take your vehicle here for service beware!!

This was my 3rd time coming to have my brakes inspected. The first time, the replaced the pads and roters. However shortly there after, the annoying brake squeak started and continued up until my return 5-6 months later. I explained the issue and was told to pay for a break diagnostic, which i did on new brakes!

After this appointment, I was told there was nothing wrong with my brakes. After leaving that same day, the brakes were back to their squeaking.

It took me several months to get back, I even avoided an oil change all in fear they would tell me there was no issue again. However, on my 3rd appointment and after being asked to drive a manager around, Sweeney fixed the problem. They installed new pads and rotors and eliminated the brake squeaking.

This 3rd visit was the best by far and I hope they can build off the customer service associated with this trip.

I strongly suggest you schedule maintenance at another dealer. The last time we took our vehicle in for service, they "forgot" to do the requested oil change. We decided to give them another chance, and scheduled an oil change. We received 2 messages on our phone asking us to confirm out appointment for 9:00. We confirmed twice. At 7:45, we received a phone call that the service department was 2 day behind. They wanted us to bring the car in (on a Friday) and leave it for the weekend. And pick it up???
Ridiculous!.

Original plan was oil change & service for my Jeep. Todd (advisor) in the service department was professional and I was in/out quickly for what was being done to my vehicle. I then decided I wanted to purchase a new car! I had a great experience purchasing my 2nd vehicle from the Jake Sweeney Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM dealership and my families 5th purchase from them. The salesman Kenny was professional with good customer service and very transparent through the entire process. He helped (me) a very indecisive customer narrow down my choices of vehicles from my long list of wants and helped me remain within my budget. The finance rep Mike is a funny guy, however still professional. He was very upfront and informative with the finance portion of my car buying experience. Never have to wait. They re very friendly and I don t feel like I m being tricked into any semi-unnecessary services. They make you comfortable if you re staying to wait, and they are very quick in their process and I barely had to wait to pick my car back up.

After dealing with weird sales tactics, run-arounds, and general laziness from two other sales people at this dealership, I looked at the Google reviews for this dealership and consistently saw it mentioned that Kevin Laxton was incredibly helpful and straightforward. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He was super friendly, helpful, and up front throughout the entire process. If you're in the market for a car, he is absolutely the person to talk to.

Not even sure where to begin here. This was easily one of the most painful car buying experiences I ve ever endured. For a $36,000 certified preowned truck you d think the truck would at least be spotless upon driving 4 hours but apparently with this dealership customer satisfaction and communication is at the bottom of the barrel. So many different issues throughout the process whereas I should ve only been at the dealer a few short hours at most I was there nearly all day dealing with issues that should ve been handled prior to me even arriving on the site. I ve made several attempts to get in contact with Zach Sweeney himself with zero success. Piss poor. Do yourself a huge favor and save yourself the headache and find a different dealership besides Sweeney auto. Piss poor.

Purchased a Chrysler Pacifica and couldn t be happier with my salesman. Ron Daugherty was very informative and courteous of our needs and time.

Love the vehicle we purchased..but I would NEVER go through Jake Sweeney ever again. We bought a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee from their used department and from the 1st conversation we had our entire experience was a circus.

If you do go through Jake Sweeney, make sure you ask them to a la carte out the services they are baking into your overall vehicle price. They didn't do this up front, instead trying to hide it in the overall monthly payment. We had to specifically ask for this and then they had to take another hour to run the financials to see what the new price would be without their (Jake Sweeney's) specific services. It amounted to about $3k for us in the total overall cost.

In addition to this, please do you homework on how you want the title setup with your lender. They screwed this up for us by not listing my partner on the title and now we are having to go through hoops to get our Memorandum of Title modified so that we can register our car under both of us in our new state of residence.

I realize "used car salesman" is a negative stereotype but I didn't think that stereotype was a reality until I worked with Brent Justes. He told us a lame excuse as to why we only received 1 key and after asking one of the managers we learned he should of provided a 2nd key as is their standard but if he did, it would come out of his commission...completely unacceptable when we were spending tens of thousands of dollars on a certified pre-owned vehicle.

Definitely an unprofessional experience all around.

I recently went to Jake Sweeney Chrysler to browse vehicles. I was helped by Michael Gresham who was very friendly and attentive. He really new about all the bells and whistles each vehicle had. I can really tell he tried his hardest to get me out of the there with the car I really wanted at the price I would love. I'm literally ranting and raving about the great service and experience I had to any and everybody I know in the market for a new car. Love love love my new car!

I would highly advise not to purchase a used vehicle from Jake Sweeney Jeep Dodge, or Jake Sweeney all together. I purchased a 2013 Honda Civic Si and was lied to from the beginning. Turned out it had a completely wrecked rear-end. It started leaking when it rained into the trunk and into the back seats. Not normal for a 2013 with 120 miles on it. They never attempted to correct the issue after numerous attempts to contact them. Worst car dealership in the Cincinnati area.

I had a great experience at Jake Sweeney Chrysler. I was looking for something specific they didn t have ANY hidden fees like other dealerships, and they were SO patient.

My salesman was Charlie Harper and I cannot give him enough credit. He made us feel comfortable, answered all of my questions, and literally dealt with each emotion I went through. I never once felt pressured and he made us feel like a part of a family. I ve never had this type of experience before and it s definitely one to remember.

We also had Gary A. for finance and he was amazing as well. He went above and beyond to find me the best deal and was very patient with all of the questions I had as well as allowed us to talk through each option. I have never in my life heard of such a thing that happened to my son with this dealership. He bought a brand new Jeep last week. He put $10,000.00 down on the vehicle plus another $2000.00 for an extended warranty. Paperwork for the balance of the vehicle loan were signed and all was well. My son gets a call 8 days later and is told the loan wasn't approved. Who does this? A contract is a contract. His first payment isn't even due. I do believe this is a breach of contract and maybe I need to call our lawyer. These people need to get it together. In addition, he was only given one key to his vehicle and was told to come back for the other key. How weird is that. An experience that was suppose to be great has turned out to be very stressful.

i had spent months looking at new trucks and trying to find what i wanted in my price range. I was told to check out Jake Sweeney, so i gave them what i wanted in my truck and my price range. Horrible my service guy was nice but the process was a waist of time they had my car for a total of 20 days this had it towed there 4 times and the problem still was not solved
