I must say in my 30 years purchasing vehicles this was by far the easiest, fastest and least stressful experience EVER!!!!! Ron Daughtery our salesman was the most efficient, courteous, fair salesman I have encountered to this date. Jake Sweeney dealership was top notch and thus far everything has been A+. I would also like to give a shout out to the finance department Todd Chneis who was also just as efficient, honest and courteous!!! a huge THANKS to both of these gentlemen for a pleasurable, fun experience that was expedited in a timely manor just a promised!!!!!!!!!!!! I was recently gifted a Dodge from my uncle and aunt and I keep up with maintenance here at the dealership , absolutely amazing and the best decision ever! My car is a 2010 and it runs like a 2020. They never steer me wrong, always quote me fairly, very professional and friendly and they get me in and out quick. I recommend this dealership to anyone I know because they do me so right. Especially if my friends have a Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep or Ram, I tell them to go this dealership for maintenance and even repair!

Michael Gresham did a great job. He was really on top of it and knew his car info. I unfortunately lost my previous car to a flood, and he was able to get me in a car that I loved by the next day! Going through a scary experience like that, it was pretty fantastic to have someone care and take care of you the way he did! I would definitely recommend Michael Gresham to future buyers!

I would rate higher, but it takes a very long time to get things done around here it seems like. I really enjoy the car I got and the people were nice, but time and time again, whenever I go to this dealership it seems like I spend hours waiting around. The last straw for me was that, unfortunately, not even one hour after getting my NEW car (with less than 200 miles on it), the brakes started making terrible grinding noises and the car would shake when I put in into reverse even though nothing had happened in this timeframe to make the car do this. I scheduled an appointment the following Monday and dropped off my car. It is now Wednesday afternoon and I just got a call from JakeSweeney to let me know that they haven't even touched my car yet and they might not even get to it until Thursday. This is beyond frustrating at this point and everything seems to just pile on. I was hoping for a better first time car buying experience than this. Again, the people were nice to me and I didn't feel the stereotypical car salesman sleeze that people frequently talk about and I do consider myself very patient, but this is my 3rd time having an interaction with this dealership about this car I got and each time I leave disappointed about the time it has taken to get what I have asked for.

It was a pretty decent experience, took about 3hrs beginning to end. Pretty good staff.

Would have given them negative stars if I could. Absolutely the worst car dealership I ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Took my car in for a simple oil change and the technician wrecked it in the service area. He acted like it was no big deal gave me a half hearted apology and never offered to do anything to make things right . They fixed but took their good ole time . I made calls and sent several emails to try to get someone with authority to talk to , no luck . No one returned my calls or answered my emails. When I took my car in to get it repaired a week later the same guy who wrecked my car asked me if I was bringing it in for service. I said no I m bringing it in to be repaired. He asked , oh sorry to hear that , what happened? This idiot did not even recognize me or my bright orange challenger that he wrecked seven days before. I ve was lies to by everyone I talked to , I ve never been treated so disrespectful in a business situation in my whole life . They get by on the Sweeney name that s been a staple in this city for decades but don t deserve the respect they receive. Buying a car from Jake Sweeney was the biggest mistake I have made in my life . No I know why my neighbor laughed at me when I first drove it home when I bought it . I can still hear him chuckling wow , you bought a Dodge ? I didn t understand what he meant at the time but I sure do now . Beware of these crooks

I took my Jeep Wrangler in to get if looked at because I heard a clunking noise. The looked at my jeep kept it overnight and then called the next day and told me it was the transmission value body. So I'm upset because I haven't had my jeep 6 months yet. They call back 2 hours later and said oops I gave you the information for a Cherokee they had in the shop. Then they told me it was my tow hooks so they did something to them. (I told them I could feel it as well as hear it so how I can feel little 2 lbs hooks is beyond me.). Got the wrangler back and within a day I heard it again. So I removed the tow hooks and I still heard it. Sounds like to me they focused too much time on that Cherokee and looked for the easy answer for me. #WorstCarServiceEver
