My dress was the one the second I tried it on and the people at Jaehee knew it, too. The alterations went smoothly and they didn't stop putting work into it until I was satisfied. A true jaw dropper! The design of the dress was gorgeous and elegant yet comfortable. I felt like a queen all night! Thank you, Jaehee!

From the moment I walked into Jaehee I knew it was going to be a different experience from the other places I had been. The first visit was to select a bridesmaids dress for the wedding I will be in in June. The staff was so attentive and helpful even though we were "just" bridesmaids, which I can tell you was not the same vibe in other stores. We had Stefania AKA Stefanie helping us, and she was delightful. Firstly you can tell that she LOVES her job. Secondly she is completely honest about styles, fabrics and colors which was so appreciated. It did not feel like she was just trying to sell us a dress. It was more like she really was concerned with making sure that these dresses completed the image that the bride had in her head of the wedding look.
The next visit was for the Jenny Packham trunk show. The bride had a very specific idea and a very specific dress she wanted. When we got there they had the dress, but unfortunately the size that Jenny sent the sample in was a bit too snug, and our bride was not able to fully try it on. I cannot tell you how honestly helpful Stefania was in not only calming our bride, but doing EVERYTHING she could possibly do to help the bride get a solid idea of how the dress would look on her. Including pulling another member of the staff the try on the dress, asking another bride who had tried it on if she would mind showing us, and then pinning it up against our bride to make sure she really could visualize it. The funny thing is that in the end another dress that Stefania had pulled because she knew it was a very similar style ended up being "the" dress!!! Our bride just beamed once she put on. Stefania has an amazing grasp on what the bride wants, she listens to what the bride has to say and makes selections based on a thorough assessment of personality, personal style (even so far as observing what the bride comes in wearing!!!), and the brides of idea of what her dream wedding will be. She asks about venue and really takes that into consideration when pulling dresses as well. The rest of the staff could not be more pleasant and helpful. This establishment is friendly and really a wonderful experience. They seek to make it easy and light because they are well aware of how stressful it can be. I highly recommend Jaehee Bridal.
As an addendum I also want to add that there is one really scathing review below (where they had come to see bridesmaids dresses) and I can honestly not say what the staff was like in December, but I can say that right now the staff was amazing when dealing with us while we were shopping for bridesmaids dresses. The wait was not long and we had not one but TWO people helping us. Their selections are completely organized, and they had all the dresses we called ahead and asked for.

I had a great experience at Jaehee, It is a beautiful store with a huge selection of gowns. AnnMarie was my consultant and she was fatastic. She was extremely patient and found me the perfect dress. I definitely recommend coming here!

Just now writing a review and I would totally recommend JaeHee Bridal. I went In September and I worked with Carmen and she was a true professional. Gave me dresses that fit my budget and helped me try a bunch. Super happy to say I did find my dress. Just got my email that my dress is in can t wait to see it.

I had such a wonderful experience at Jaehee Bridal Atelier! I love my dress and cannot wait to wear it! I'm also bringing my bridesmaids to try on dresses because it was so much fun.

I had my bridal consultation on Saturday, August 11. I chose Jaehee for my first bridal consultation because I didn't want the madness of a boutique in NYC that doesn't make appointments so people are lining up outside the place at 9 AM. The store is absolutely gorgeous and the dresses were in great shape.

My consultant, Olivia made this experience so positive, personal and memorable. She was extraordinarily thoughtful, listened to my wants, and took note of every critique I had on a dress. She is a true professional and selecting a dress from the batch she provided was actually difficult because I had such beautiful and flattering dresses to choose from. she truly made my day and I left with MY dress.

My cousin bought a dress there, my sister bought a dress there and now it was my tern. I was very nervous and wasn't fully sure what I wanted or what was going to happen, but Novi was patient with me and took all my insights and gave the dress i did not know I wanted but now can not live without. Everyone that works there is so patient and understanding. I recommend it to everyone.

Gabriela was AMAZING! I told her what I was looking for and she just whipped out the perfect dress! The second dress that I tried on was the one she picked out and THE dress! This was the second place I went to dress shop and did not think I would find the perfect dress so fast, but Gabriela was just that good! She has such a great personality and wasn't judgmental. The other bridal shop I went to was judgey probably because my wedding is 2 years away and wasn't nearly as helpful as Gabriela was. My wedding may be 2 years away but I already found the perfect dress :)

I had an absolutely perfect experience and found the wedding dress of my dreams!!! The attendee's were so knowledgeable and attentive and picked up on what I was looking for very quickly. They had such a great selection of bridal dresses that we found my Mom's dress too and it's a knock out!!! It was such a perfect day that I will never forget, thank you Jaehee Bridal!!!

Shopping at Jaehee Bridal was the best experience. I had the pleasure having Ellen as my bridal consultant. I had a basic idea of my wedding dress but Ellen was so helpful narrowing everything down. She listened to all my comments when trying on dresses. Ellen made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment; I was not rushed at all. The price and quality of the dress was unbelievable. Such a great experience. My consultant Emily was so sweet and she ended up picking out my dream dress! It is beautifully decorated and has an amazing selection of dresses.

Bojana helped me find the perfect dress! I described the dress I was looking for and she brought out dresses that fit the description. I continued to shop around at other bridal locations and returned to Jaehee to make my final choice. Bojana was very accommodating when I returned with my bridesmaids and mothers. Jaehee had the dress at the best price, (after comparing to other bridal shops) and the most pleasant staff. No need to go anywhere else. Great selection, service, and experience overall!

LOVE Jaehee Bridal and SO happy this was my first choice. There is a parking lot behind the building which makes it very convenient if you are coming here with your bridesmaids and family. Olivia was the best and she knew exactly what I was looking for. She made me feel comfortable and really made sure to find me my dream dress. The 2nd dress I tried on was the one. My bridesmaids and I had so much fun here and they gave us celebratory champagne after I found THE dress. I recommend Jaehee Bridal especially for people who live in the Bergen area. No need to go all the way into the city. Jaehee has all the designer dresses and every day they get new ones in.

I enjoyed working with Jaehee Bridal, although I know of people who have had very rude encounters with this atelier. I will be honest, I almost left my initial appointment because my mother and I walked in and sat to the side without being acknowledged for 5 - 10 minutes. If they didn't have my credit card on file, I would have left. The front desk staff may be cold, but I was lucky enough to work with Danielle, who was very nice and brought me about 1 dozen dresses to try on. She had me try on a whole bunch before she brought out one that looked exactly like the vision I was describing to her. I loved the dress from the moment I put it on. It was a slight drop waist, lace top, sweetheart neckline, and tulle everywhere for the skirt (which I loved!). I remembered sitting in it and feeling like a princess with all of that tulle. We went on the day they were having a trunk show, and even though the dress was not part of the line that was participating in the trunk show, they included my alterations in the price of the dress as part of the deal. I spent less than $2000 on my gorgeous dress. The woman I worked with for alterations was the sweetest woman. She found a way to bustle my tons of tulle, which was hard to do the day of, but we were able to make it work. The dress lasted a whole day through dinner and dancing and I am so upset I will never have a chance to wear it again. If you go, ask for Danielle and just ignore the ladies at the front counter ;)

The best service I could have imagined made me feel so beautiful and special every time I interacted with staff.

I ordered my dress more than a year ahead of time. I was told when I ordered it that it would arrive in 6-9 months. 1 entire year later and my dress has finally arrived. I had to call more than 5 times to get it delivered and specifically ask for it to get here ahead of time because apparently they ship the dress when they think you'll need it by. Meanwhile, I was kept in the dark about a delay in the production of my dress. I am not from NJ and I arrived to pick up my dress only to find that my veil was not ready. We waited several hours for the veil and took everything home. We will not be doing alterations with them. Very stressful experience.

Celeste was amazing! She helped me find my perfect dress during the most trying of times. It was easy to make an appointment, look for dresses in my style and size, and they were very patient. They even gave us celebratory champagne when I purchased my dress. Cannot wait for it to come in in just a few months.

I couldn't be happier with my dress and dress shopping experience. I went in search of my dress on Saturday 11/9 and said YES to the dress!! I had a wonderful experience and was impressed with Jaehee's inventory. When my party and I were taken upstairs we were met by Novie. I had a party of 6 with me and they were very accommodating for large parties She introduced herself as my attendant and then got straight to business! In the span of about 2 hours I tried on 10 dresses. She was very attentive and listened to what I wanted. Every dress she brought out to try was spot on.

I'm so glad I went to Jaehee and will be going back to check out gowns for my Mom and MIL as well as for my bridesmaids.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this bridal shop!! I felt welcome my consultant was Aja and she was everything! She knew exactly what I wanted and was so sweet!! At one point of my appointment I had over 3 consultants helping me at once!! You will have the ultimate wedding dress shopping experience here !! Not to mention the shop is absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend this place !

I had the most wonderful experience shopping for my wedding dress here! I previously went to another bridal salon, where I had a subpar experience. Olivia at Jaehee was the best! She asked me what my vision was, my budget, details about the venue and she really listened! She was quick, very attentive and helpful. She was extremely honest with me about how I looked in each dress and what flattered me most. One thing I loved: she did not show me anything outside of my price range. She was phenomenal! My entire experience was phenomenal and I would 100% recommend to anyone that is looking for a wonderful experience, beautiful dresses, and a great staff!

I cannot say enough about my experience at Jaehee. Olivia, my consultant, was absolutely amazing! She took her time to get to know me and how I wanted to look/feel on my big day. I gave her a brief description of the kinds of dresses I was interested in trying on and what she came back with was nothing short of incredible. The first dress she picked out is the one I chose for my wedding day :) There aren't enough words to express my gratitude for Olivia and her expertise. You can tell that she truly enjoys what she does and she's passionate about helping brides find the dress of their dreams. She even took the time out to help us pick bridesmaid dresses (which she did not have to do). If you want someone who is going to go the extra mile for you, ask for Olivia!

I had an amazing experience at Jaehee! First off, I felt extremely safe, as Jaehee follows strict COVID-19 protocols. Angela was my consultant and she was so helpful! I had picked out a ton of dresses to try on prior to my appointment, and I ended up choosing a dress Angela picked out for my wedding dress! I loved that there was no time pressure during my appointment and that I could try on dresses without worrying about the appointment time running out! Overall, I would highly recommend Jaehee Bridal and am so thrilled I found my wedding dress there!!

I have been there 2 different times. And I have had the greatest experience both times. The employees there are so nice and welcoming. First time I had Bojana and now I work with Lisa!! Lisa is great... Sat me down and ask me what I wanted!! I found a dress within like 1 hour!! So happy!

I went in to order my bridesmaids dress for a wedding I am in. Everything was good, until they decided that I needed a size 18 dress. When getting fitted, I tried on a size 12 that fit, and they were insistent on the fact that I needed an 18, and therefore needed to pay for extra material. I refused to order a size 18, and ended up ordering a size 16. When the dress came in, I went in and tried on the dress that was still over a size too big. If I didn't hold the dress up, it would just fall off. They pre price alterations at $120, regardless of how much work needs to be done. I took the dress without alterations, and had it taken in privately. I spent $48 dollars to have it taken in, but it still looks bad because it is not meant for someone who is not a size 16. I am also fairly tall, 5'9 and they wanted to charge even more for extra length, even though I am wearing flats, and again, I had to refuse and the normal length is just right. They are scammers, and I am very unhappy with the entire experience. My reccomendation is to go somewhere else, but if you do go, do not let them bully you into something you know is wrong.

Found my dress here during a trunk show. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The owner is attentive and personable. Can t comment on selection as I came for a specific dress and didn t try anything else.

kayla was absolutely amazing! she made me feel so comfortable. she picked out the perfect dress for me! it s like she knew my style exactly. they had lots of options and everyone was just so nice. my appointment was on time and just perfect! jaehee (the owner) is so sweet and kind. she was the one who measured me and also made me feel so comfortable. they even stayed late on a saturday for me! thank you guys so much for my dream wedding dress and experience!

Warning all brides to be !!!! Very disappointed at this particular shop in New Jersey . I was not at all happy with this dress . Yes , it fitted my daughter well and it was what she wanted .
However you just have to look under the garment to see it was not up to any standerd .
Raw edges on seems , something was wrong with their machines because of bad tension on the sewing. Button missing for the bustle
inferior material for the lining, bad construction all over, thread hanging everywhere .
For the price : they made a big mark up . This garment was definitly built down to a price and not up to any standard.
That lady that sold the dress to my daughter apparently has no knowledge of sewing what so ever and when I complained she had no clue on what I was complaining about .
I blamed her for this as she is the one that is supposed to check that the garment was delivered in immaculate condition. After all it one one dress that you buy in your life that is supposed to be special.
This lady was unhelpful . She just took my daughters money and didn't want any thing else to do with us .
I took the garment back to the shop to get the bustle attachment fixed and pointed out the bad workmanship again no help, they had her money. They only fixed some of the errors grudgingly.
I do hope that this designer knows about this standard of work obviously the lady in that shop does not care about it . Obviously don't pay the full amount until you are sure you've got what you are paying for.

All around a most harrowing experience .. Good luck with this particular shop ..

Susannah was wonderful to work with. I came in with high anxiety knowing my mother was more of the momzilla in the group and she handled her perfectly and respectfully and it really made me feel at ease. She was very knowledgeable of their inventory and was sure to not hide costs from me when my mother picked out dresses that were above my budget. She also helped me to visualize how the dress may be altered to meet my unusual requirements for a destination wedding. At the end Ms. Jaehee herself came out and took my body measurements, which made me feel even more taken care of and was a nice touch.

The store was also quite large and had endless dresses to try on. When I was researching, it was hard to find a bridal store open during Covid-19 and Jaehee Bridal had the broadest collection available, which is why I chose them. They were 45 minutes away from home but it was worth it! I expected to leave empty handed but I said yes to the dress!

My experience at Jaehee was beyond exceptional; the staff - especially Ellen - was attentive, the selection was extraordinary, and the customer service was amazing. Jaehee really does set the standard for bride and bridesmaid dresses in northern New Jersey.

I had an appointment with Ann Marie last week. We had a consultation first so she could learn exactly what type of dress I wanted because I had been shopping before. She really listened and asked questions to get on the same page. She came back with some dresses which I tried on. I had liked all of them. She knew exactly what I wanted. She also had me try on other types of necklines so I could be totally sure what I wanted was truly what I wanted. Towards the end of the appointment she brought a dress in which checked all of my boxes. I came out smiling. My mom was in tears. My other two family members were smiling. It was absolutely the experience everyone talks about. Ann Marie made this a very personal, pleasant and amazing experience for both me and my family.

I would totally recommend JaeHee bridal to anyone who is looking to purchase their wedding gown, bridesmaid dresses, mother of the bride/groom dress, or a dress for any special occasion. Their staff is friendly and highly trained at finding your perfect gown. They have a wide and varied selection of gowns to assure that you will find what you are looking for to complete your dream day.

I went to several bridal shops before finding Jaehee and none compared in terms of ease of dress searching and overall vibe of the shop. The gowns are easily accessible to search through and they have a great selection and rotating trunk shows, as well as a sale section. The fitting rooms and common areas are beautiful. It was such a pleasant experience from the first visit to the last fitting. The customer service and tailoring was perfect and much appreciated. I can't thank you guys enough!!!! Luz was fantastic -- going the extra mile for me and making sure dress ended up exactly how I envisioned. I highly recommend them.

I am giving this boutique a GENEROUS 3 stars because while I loved my dress, the service and fitting experience were atrocious. I ordered my dress in July 2019 for my wedding in February 2020. I ordered custom alterations and paid for the additional cost upfront as requested. I paid for the customizations that were clearly specified and was told that everything would be taken care of. On august 29th, I received an email (not even a phone call) requiring me to pay even more for the custom work because the sales associate had not properly explained the changes to the designer. Additionally, the boutique never informed me when my dress arrived. I only found out towards the end of January because I kept calling for updates. During the first call I made (after the dress had already been in store) an associate told me the dress was not there yet and would arrive mid January. I called mid January and a different associate said the dress had been there for at least a week. After much discussion and push back, I only had the chance to schedule two fittings (only two weeks apart) before my wedding. On the day of the wedding, the sleeves were still too big and kept falling down. Although my gown was beautiful, the service and attention here (even after spending thousands of dollars) was terrible and added much more unnecessary stress to preparing for my wedding. I would not recommend this bridal boutique to any bride.

Jaehee and her team are truly incredible. As a pandemic bride, planning a new wedding is incredible stressful, but working with Jaehee to find the perfect dress for my special day was the easiest thing I had to do! She took all my inspiration pictures into account when suggesting the perfect dress for me.. and she did not disappoint! The selection of dresses that Jaehee Bridal Atelier carries are vast so it makes finding your perfect dress at their store that much easier. I found my wedding dress here and so did a good friend of mine!

Wonderful experience! Jaehee was the only bridal boutique that carried the Tara Keely dress I had seen online and wanted to try - and ultimately fell in love with! Great trunk sale schedule with varied designers. Staff is very friendly and professional. Seamstress Maria was absolutely fantastic to work with! Dress was absolutely perfectly tailored and personalized. Easy location to get to, great that parking lot is available. Will absolutely recommend Jaehee in the future!

Eileen at Jaehee Bridal was just amazing. The first and only day I had tried on dresses, I had back to back appointments. The first place, also in New Jersey, was like a bridal factory. YOU picked out the dresses you liked, and then you tried on about 8-10 dresses. Only one dress was the style I was looking for, but I still tried on all of the dresses. I had told them we were doing a destination wedding in Charleston, SC in May and I wanted something really light because it was going to be hot. Most of the dresses had a ton of layers and were so heavy.

After that appointment we drove just about 20 minutes to Jaehee and it was wonderful. The place was so nice, the town was so cute. We had some fruit that was on the counter and waited for Eileen. She sat down with me for no more than 2 minutes, took in what I was looking for and brought only 4 dresses for me to try on. Each one was more beautiful than the next. The first one I tried on had a different top than what I was initially looking for, but as soon as I put it on I knew it was the one. Eileen even said "I took a chance bringing it in, but it was just too gorgeous not to".

She was so excited when I said yes to it, she hugged me and then worked with my mom on all of the details, knowing how excited I was she never interrupted from talking with my sisters and calling my friends.

I haven't gone through the fittings yet, but I'm hoping they're equally as enjoyable!

Ellen at Jahee is the go to person. She was so helpful, sweet, and put my nerves at ease. She only picked dresses that were in my budget and worked with me to pick out my wedding dress. I was very nervous going shopping for my wedding dress and Ellen definitely made my experience very comforting and awesome! She was not pushy at all and was very helpful with her recommnedations and advice. I overall had a great expereience! The bridal place itself is also beautiful!

Jaehee bridal was an amazing experience when shopping for my wedding gown. Gabriela knew exactly what I wanted and it was the second dress I tried! Even after wanting to try on other dresses and explore more stores, Gabriela helped me look for other styles and was super helpful in every way possible! I of course ended up with that second gown which Gabriella helped show me how I can customize and the first veil I tried. Thank you for this great experience! Great service and beautiful gowns.

If you are a bride, seriously go somewhere else. Your dress not arriving when they say so and then having their employees be rude and condescending to you when you reach out to them for updates they should be providing you with on their own is something no bride should go through. Once they get your money they do not care about their customers. There are plenty of stresses when you are planing a wedding, your bridal shop shouldn't be one of them. Their customer service is unacceptable. Btw my dress was ordered a little over 9 months before my wedding and was supposed to arrive in 4 months. The dress was over 3wks late and when i first reached out to get an update. No one had noticed it had not arrived, i was told I would get a call back with an update, when i didnt hear from them a few days later I called back only to be scolded by Lisa for calling them back and not giving them more time, she was Asking me if my wedding date had changed and if the timetable was moved up as to say why couldnt I just wait longer to hear from them. This whole thing could have been solved by getting a call or email update from them saying they still didn't have an answer on the dress but no, instead they miss treat their customers because at that point your money is non refundable and is too late to order a dress from a different shop, so the customer has no choice but to put up with it.

I had the unfortunate experience of working with Gabriela at Jaehee Bridal Atelier as my first experience dress shopping. I left with a sinking feeling in my stomach and expected dress shopping would continue to be a painful, miserable experience. As a first time bride, I hoped to find a consultant who would be helpful and willing to make suggestions, but Gabriela was anything but helpful or courteous. She was very short with me, spent most of the time focusing on what wouldn't work, and kept reiterating that I needed to find a dress quickly (3 other salons told me that I had a solid 3 week cushion before I needed to order). I left feeling fat (I'm a street size 6), picky, and demoralized because I thought I'd never find a dress that would work. Luckily, my experience at another salon was quite the opposite. I found 3 dresses I liked in 1/2 hour and we smiled and laughed the entire time and popped a bottle of champagne at the end when I found a dress that I love. My lesson learned: Finding a dress can be a fun experience or a miserable one and who you work with as your bridal consultant largely determines this. If you want to feel rushed and have someone who is negative with little industry knowledge of suggestions, Gabriela is your girl. If you would like dress shopping to be a positive experience, look elsewhere.

My experience at Jaehee Bridal was amazing. I went in there with the thought that was probably not going to find my dress just yet since it was only my 2nd try at dress searching, but Olivia knew what to do and how to change that whatever expression around. After trying on 3 dresses we decided to check one more style to give it a try and what do you know.. It was THE ONE!! I fell in love instantly and Said YES TO THE DRESS !! . I felt amazing, feelings I really didn't expect to have. She showed me a few veil options to go with the dress and within the hour of being there I bought my dress and veil.

Amazing Experience

This was my second appointment trying on wedding gowns on, When I walked into Jaehee Bridal I had a good feeling about the place little did I know that I would be saying yes to the dress that same day ! I can t remember the girl s name who attended me but she was wonderful and awesome ! Great customer service. I honestly didn t expect to say yes to the dress that same day but I m glad I did. It s so me ! I m in love with my Sophia Tolli gown and my veil !!! It was a truly great experience and I am so excited to wear my dress along with my veil !! Thank you Jaehee bridal for having my dream wedding gown and veil !!

I had a terrific experience at Jaehee and absolutely recommend them to all! I saw Carmen for my appointments and LOVED her. She was so attentive, listened to what I had in mind coming into the appointment and how my thoughts/opinions/likes/dislikes developed over the appointment. They had a ton of dresses in my style with every dress just as beautiful as the next! She kept them coming!!

There was ZERO rush at all during the appointment compared to other bridal boutiques. She really took the time to find THE dress for me. I even had buyers remorse after I put a deposit down on a dress, went back for a second appointment and changed my choice! Even upon second appointment they were just as helpful as the first, giving me the time I needed to make the choice. Great place if I could give more then 5 stars I would!

Aja is wonderful! The salon has a very comfortable feel to it and in addition to a wonderful bridal gown selection they have a ton of bridesmaid dress options! Highly recommend :)

Angela was absolutely lovely to work with! I ve had two visits with her and wish I had more excuses to shop with her! On my first visit, she helped me select my wedding dress. She brought in so many amazing, flattering dresses and totally understood my vision. She was also super accommodating with all of my customizations. On my second visit, she showed me a new possible color for my wedding dress and helped my mom and sister try on evening gowns for the wedding. I highly recommend going to Jaehee and requesting Angela.

We love Jaehee Bridal. They offer a great bridal selection. Olivia, was my daughters bridal consultant. Having a consultant who understands what you are looking for is very important. Olivia was patient and not pushy. We were so happy with my daughters experience we returned to Olivia to shop for my mother of the bride dress. Thanks to Olivia and the great M..O. Such a beautiful showroom and had such a wonderful experience! My consultant was also named Olivia and she pulled dresses that we re exactly what I envisioned. She was so kind, attentive, and really understood what I was going for. By the 3rd dress I tried on that was it! As I was getting into the gown she said I think you ll love this one and she was dead on!! I could not have asked for a better experience and Olivia was the best!!!

My experience with Jaehee Bridal was everything bingeing Say Yes to the Dress told me it should be! Celeste asked me lots of questions to figure out what styles I liked, picked out a bunch of options, then went through a clearly structured process to help me figure out what looked best on me. Wonderful experience working with Olivia and Jahee, the owner. This was the only bridal shop where I felt comfortable, not rushed, and listened to. The dresses were beautiful and I purchased just the right dress.

I went to many many bridal salons and this was by far the best one! I was having quite a bit of trouble finding a dress for myself and Jaehee had a large selection with dresses in all price ranges (so hard to find in NY!). I was so undecided that I went to Jaehee three times and every time they were kind and never resentful that I had been so many times. I worked with Novie specifically and she is an ANGEL. I told her ideas of what I wanted and she came back with several dresses for me to try on, all of which I loved. She was honest and so fun to try on dresses with! I hadn t had that in another salon, where I felt they understand and knew what I wanted. I highly recommend this place

By absolute circumstance my mother and I stopped into Jaehee Bridal to just check out wedding dresses. Novie was amazing in asking me what I was looking for and wanted to get to know me before recommending dresses. Novie chose a dress I would have certainly skipped over, and made it stunning with her alterations. I ended up saying "Yes to the dress" the same exact day, within 2 hours of walking in!

I'm so HAPPY I went to Jaehee Bridal. Olivia is amazing. She listened to things I said about the dresses I tried on and immediately went and found my dream dress!!! It only took 45 minutes!! I have purchased 2 "mother of " dresses at Jaehee . My experience was wonderful both times. The sales staff was so helpful in finding the perfect dress for me both times. Maria, who did the alterations for both my dresses as well as my daughter's wedding gown is so patient. She really cares about getting the dress to fit perfectly as well as be comfortable. I will be back for my next "mother of" dress!

I had the most amazing experience at Jaehee Bridal searching for my wedding dress! The entire experience and then the moment I found the one was everything I envisioned it would be and could hope for. My consultant Angela took the time to understand what I was looking for and found exactly just that. She was fabulous and made me feel beautiful. My experience at JaeHee Bridal was great!! The staff was so friendly and made me feel comfortable. If you go, I highly recommend Olivia. She was the best and found my perfect dress!! They offered us champagne when I found the one. JaeHee took my measurements and was super sweet. I highly recommend them if you re looking for the perfect dress!!

I was recently a bridesmaid in a wedding and we got our beautiful Amsale dresses from Jaehee. They ordered an 8 which was a little large on me but the seamstress started pinning and tucking and by the end of the first fitting is was looking wonderful. At this point the seamstress was also very nice and professional. My second and last fitting was scheduled by Jaehee employees for 2 weeks before the wedding. When the seamstress tried to zip the dress up it was like something out of a cartoon - if she could have put her foot on my back to get more traction to get the zipper up I believe she would have. After a lot of sucking in, pulling and pinching, it finally went up. Only problem was I couldn't breathe. When I did breathe the eye hook snapped. I expressed my concern then but she assured me (and why shouldn't I believe her?) that it would be fine and that the dress would "stretch."

Fast forward to the wedding day, 45 minutes before photos and no one could get the zipper up. The bride's aunt who is a seamstress had to be called in to rip the side open and re-stitch the dress by hand. Even still, the bra inserts, which I paid extra for, had to be taken out in the end.

Fast forward again to today when I went in to show them the dress. They had me put the dress on, the seamstress came in and immediately began pinning and detailing how she would fix it something I didn't ask for and didn't want (why would I want the same seamstress to "fix" it?) The first words out of her mouth were, "Were you ovulating?" which I found rude and crass. Yes, I understand why it was asked but really? Even if that had been the case it wouldn't have accounted for the insane, corset-like tightness of this dress. (Even after the bride's aunt had let it out a bit and taken out the inserts I couldn't take a full breath the entire evening.) The seamstress then claimed that the zipper went "right up no problem" at the time of the 2nd fitting. When I disputed her she raised an eyebrow, squinted her eyes, and pursed her lips at me before walking out. She never even looked at the dress off of me. I was then asked why the alteration appointment was made two weeks before the wedding not sooner with the insinuation that it was my fault so much time had passed and that was why the alterations were off.

End result was a rude seamstress who didn't even look at the dress thoroughly and left after I disagreed with her and a store that would rather their employees do more work for free than refund money already paid. I want to be very clear that Jessica (who mediated) was very nice throughout the process as were the rest of the staff pre-complaint (though I didn't have much interaction with them). That being said, with my wedding a year away I will not even consider Jaehee, nor will any of my friends who saw the entire debacle play out. (P.S. Each of the other bridesmaids who received alterations there (3) had similar issues - too tight, eye hooks busting on the day of the wedding, etc - albeit not to the same extent.

I said yes to the dress! I had an amazing experience here and would recommend Jaehee to any and everyone!

It s 2020, they have to lighten up.
What s the difference with me buying the dress then posting the designer and location of purchase ? It doesn t... so why can t I take a picture before? If I can t see how the dress looks in pictures on me then I am not buying it. I will not be going back ever.

What an incredible experience! From the moment I walked into the door, I was at ease and felt comfortable. My consultant, Lisa, was an absolute godsend! She patiently helped me through the entire process. I never felt pressured or overwhelmed. She was so sweet and really seemed to care. Jaehee Bridal offered beautiful wedding gowns for very affordable prices and provided my mother and I a very personable, one-on-one service. I cannot wait to show off the wedding dress!

JaeHee is a wonderful place to find your dream wedding gown! I came in on a Saturday, and Olivia was my consultant. She listened carefully to my feedback on each of the gowns I tried on, and you can tell she really wants to help you find the perfect dress. She ended up suggesting to combine the top of one dress with the skirt of another, and was able to make this work within my budget! Furthermore, I had a great experience with their alterations service, The Dress Doctor. My dress looked perfect on my wedding day.

I absolutely loved my experience at Jaehee. They really went above and beyond to make sure I had an excellent experience finding my wedding dress. I had a great experience at Jaehee. It was the first(and last) place I went to try on dresses. Novie was awesome, she did an amazing job at listening to my likes and dislikes about the dresses and picking out dresses that fit my likings. I ended up getting the 3rd dress I tried on but Novie made sure I tried on many different styles to make sure I had found the one!

I went to at least five other bridal shops before going to Jaehee and as soon as I walked in I had high hopes. Angela was the ABSOLUTE BEST and helped me so much! I am super picky and particular and she did an amazing job at helping me find the perfect dress. Jaehee s selection is incredible and their customer service is even better! After trying on over 50 dresses I finally said yes to the dress at Jaehee Bridal! Thanks again Angela, you re the best!!

I'm new to the area, so finding a great Bridal Salon to find 'The Dress' was a must! I walked in and immediately could feel the elevated style and sophistication of this space. My family lives in Michigan, so I was shopping alone and quite sad by that. I was paired with AnnMarie, and it could not have been a better experience. She spent the time getting to know me and my unique style, pulled dresses right on par with my vision, and most importantly stepped in as a supporting role for me. She was patient and listened very well. With her help I was able to find the most beautiful and special dress just for me, she even came in on her off day for a second viewing so I could share the moment with my Mom who made a last minute trip here. I said 'Yes to the dress' and am so excited to have the rest of my dress journey at Jaehee Bridal, I'm confident it will go seamlessly.

Entering Jaehee Bridal may seem overwhelming with all the selections but Annie was the best of help and showed me something that made me feel perfect in every way!! I tried on just 3 dresses and in 15minutes I was done. no reason to go anywhere else. thanks

I went in to order my bridesmaids dress for a wedding I am in. Everything was good, until they decided that I needed a size 18 dress. When getting fitted, I tried on a size 12 that fit, and they were insistent on the fact that I needed an 18, and therefore needed to pay for extra material. I refused to order a size 18, and ended up ordering a size 16. When the dress came in, I went in and tried on the dress that was still over a size too big. If I didn't hold the dress up, it would just fall off. They pre price alterations at $120, regardless of how much work needs to be done. I took the dress without alterations, and had it taken in privately. I spent $48 dollars to have it taken in, but it still looks bad because it is not meant for someone who is not a size 16. I am also fairly tall, 5'9 and they wanted to charge even more for extra length, even though I am wearing flats, and again, I had to refuse and the normal length is just right. They are scammers, and I am very unhappy with the entire experience. My reccomendation is to go somewhere else, but if you do go, do not let them bully you into something you know is wrong.

I had a phenomenal experience at Jaehee Bridal! My consultant was Kayla and she was fabulous. This was my second time trying on dresses and I feel like she truly understood me and my vision. She made me feel super comfortable and appreciated. Thank you everyone who made my choice so easy.

My daughter and I had a lovely experience at Jaehee. Our stylist was Ellen and she could have not been more lovely and patient with us. She showed us gowns in our requested price range and was never pushy. She was honest in her opinions. We had 2 appointments with her and both times were pleased. We have ordered the gown and expect the rest of our appointments to go as well. The shop is lovely with plenty of space for the bride to try on and for her guests to admire. The selection is of very fine gowns but one should be able to find within their price range.

I had a lovely experience with Olivia at Jaehee Bridal. I walked in and everyone was very inviting. There were aisles upon aisles of gorgeous gowns, which seemed a little overwhelming at first. It was my second store to find THE dress. Olivia knew exactly my style just by showing her some inspiration and explaining what I was looking for. She went to the floor and picked out about 5 dresses. Third dress in and I was SOLD. She jazzed me up with a veil, flowers and matching headpiece and I couldn t say no to this gown. I said YAASS! We popped champagne and overall everything was so much fun. Olivia made me feel comfortable in the changing room and really gave her her thoughts on each gown I tried. She help my not so tech savvy mom take pictures and FaceTime with my sister. I would definitely recommend making an appointment here to find your dream dress. You won t be disappointed.

How can you say YES to the DRESS when you place an order year and half ago and they did not order it. I guess you mean NO to the Dress
