I am giving this boutique a GENEROUS 3 stars because while I loved my dress, the service and fitting experience were atrocious. I ordered my dress in July 2019 for my wedding in February 2020. I ordered custom alterations and paid for the additional cost upfront as requested. I paid for the customizations that were clearly specified and was told that everything would be taken care of. On august 29th, I received an email (not even a phone call) requiring me to pay even more for the custom work because the sales associate had not properly explained the changes to the designer. Additionally, the boutique never informed me when my dress arrived. I only found out towards the end of January because I kept calling for updates. During the first call I made (after the dress had already been in store) an associate told me the dress was not there yet and would arrive mid January. I called mid January and a different associate said the dress had been there for at least a week. After much discussion and push back, I only had the chance to schedule two fittings (only two weeks apart) before my wedding. On the day of the wedding, the sleeves were still too big and kept falling down. Although my gown was beautiful, the service and attention here (even after spending thousands of dollars) was terrible and added much more unnecessary stress to preparing for my wedding. I would not recommend this bridal boutique to any bride.
