First pickup the shipping office on back of the company

Mr. Graham the shipping/receiving manager is extremely rude. I was on a broker load to deliver to this place when I was informed by a staff member I needed to go to their other location. When I went to 1530 commerce drive, I was told to go back to 201 east steel. The staff member who was very professional (didn't get his name ) went to get his manager for help and out comes Mr. Graham telling "you need to go back over there" "we're not going to unload you, it's by appointment only" extremely rude and hostile. Even the staff member helping me was taking back by his appaoch and apologized for his boss's behavior.

According to Mr. Graham he his the manager on duty.
