If you are a bride, seriously go somewhere else. Your dress not arriving when they say so and then having their employees be rude and condescending to you when you reach out to them for updates they should be providing you with on their own is something no bride should go through. Once they get your money they do not care about their customers. There are plenty of stresses when you are planing a wedding, your bridal shop shouldn't be one of them. Their customer service is unacceptable. Btw my dress was ordered a little over 9 months before my wedding and was supposed to arrive in 4 months. The dress was over 3wks late and when i first reached out to get an update. No one had noticed it had not arrived, i was told I would get a call back with an update, when i didnt hear from them a few days later I called back only to be scolded by Lisa for calling them back and not giving them more time, she was Asking me if my wedding date had changed and if the timetable was moved up as to say why couldnt I just wait longer to hear from them. This whole thing could have been solved by getting a call or email update from them saying they still didn't have an answer on the dress but no, instead they miss treat their customers because at that point your money is non refundable and is too late to order a dress from a different shop, so the customer has no choice but to put up with it.
