susanna helped me out and overall it was such a great experience.. honestly every dress she chose for me to try on was beautiful and i would not have minded at all if any of those dresses was what i ended up with! we ended up saying yes to the dress to one! i never expected to find one the first day of my dress hunt. especially because i m someone who is so indecisive, i was nervous but she was so helpful! also the rest of the staff was so nice and assistive the whole time. this is the place to go to.
My husband and I planned a last minute wedding (within 2 months) due to a sick family member. I originally got a wedding dress from a store in Manhattan. Long story short, it was a nightmare and didn t work out after I had a seamstress try to fix it for weeks. I went to Jaehee, as a recommendation from a coworker, with less than 2 weeks to my wedding. I knew I would have a limited selection and would have to take anything they d be willing to offer. Believe it or not, I had a few to choose from and ended up finding my dress. I couldn t be more thankful and humbled for the help I received. Kayla was absolutely amazing. She was kind, patient, understanding and genuinely wanted to do anything she could to help. This was the first store I went to for my dress hunt. Several of my friends bought their dresses from here and all had a great experience, which is why I came to Jaehee with high expectations. The consultant that was helping me was honestly stressing me out, making me feel like I wouldn t have enough time to get my dress. Then she got extremely short and rude because I didn t want to commit to buying a dress on the spot. I understood that I was short on time, but that does not make it acceptable to rush me to buy any dress. My last experience was very unpleasant so I decided not to go back and will not recommend Jaehee to anyone.

First and most importantly, I absolutely LOVED the dress I purchased at Jaehee bridal. Their shop carries an amazing line of dresses in a wide range of prices. Please note that most shops don t carry dresses less than around $1000, including this one, but that s typical for most bridal boutiques. My wife and I were both looking at dresses side by side and they were able to accomodate us without us seeing each other in each dress. (We went together so that our bridesmaids could tell us if we coordinated). The setup of this shop is also beautiful- the lighting truly makes the dresses pop and allows you to see exactly what they ll look like on the big day. The consultants are patient and were really able to capture our vision and pull dresses that we described. The pricing is fair (including alterations) and appointments were quick and easy. They also carry a large range of bridesmaids dresses and offer a discount if you buy your dress there. I would definitely recommend stopping in here to check out their selection-- you might find the dress of your dreams!
I had the most amazing experience at Jaehee!! I worked with Eileen and she could not have been more helpful!! I wasn't exactly sure what I was looking for and Eileen made the whole experience so fun and exciting! I met with Jaehee herself for my measurements and she was absolutely great to work with. Not only does she own the shop but she has her own line of gowns so she has a special eye!! The entire staff went above and beyond to make my experience top notch!! When you first walk in you see various colorful dresses for the mothers and bridesmaids and then you turn right out of the elevator and it s a giant open floor full of dresses. I m not the person who was super eager to try on dresses because I m super picky. You walk in and they greeted my party and I, you sign in and then 2 mins later my consultant Novie took us around the corner and sat us down. She explained how I would try on all the style dresses until I figured out what I wanted. Once I realized what I wanted she started to pull dresses in the style I liked. I wasn t loving any, again I m picky so after trying on a bunch I asked if I could show her a dress I had pinned on Pinterest multiple times. She knew the dress and had it there, I tried it on and.....that wasn t the dress. I asked if I could walk the floor with her since I wasn t exactly sure what I wanted and she agreed. My sister in law, Novie, and I walked the floor and picked out a ton of dresses. One by one I tried them on, she put aside the ones I liked and put back the ones I didn t. We were down to 2-3 and I wanted to make special changes. Novie got the owner over so we could see if the changes I wanted to make were doable for the designer. Next thing you know I was saying yes to the dress. Throughout this entire process Novie was extremely patient with me, she knew I wasn t sure what I really wanted but stuck by my side the whole time. She has been a bridal consultant for 8 years and I recommend her expertise. I got recommendations from 2 people regarding this place and it was my first and last time shopping. Since my wedding isn t for another year and a half, I asked Novie if I could come back in April for another initial measurement. I didn t want her to order the dress and I change sizes since I m hitting the gym hard core I would hate to pay more for something I could have just waited. I am going back again in April to have my measurements done in case it changed they will order the dress which takes about 6-8 months and then the alterations come in! Jaehee Bridal is a store that can fulfill the dreams of everyone future bride. I want to help all brides out there that are lost in the variety of dresses and accessories. So, let s start:
Pros of the store:
1. First and most important- they have the best possible assistant. Ask for Ellen. A first look at her tells you she is an elegant, classy woman who won t bring you down with unnecessary recommendations. (Tip: Ask for years of experience. I checked two bridal stores and both of my sales associates were with 10+ years of experience in the field and were amazing.) Ellen was very welcoming; she did not limit me only to the section of my price range and style designs. I was willing to pay much extra if I found the stud. She presented to me all styles and designers I liked such as mermaid and ball gown, with heavy lace and the opposite- extremely minimal satin dresses, from designers such as Calla Blanche, Maggy Sottero, Air Barcelona, Marry Lee and even Rosa Clara. (Tip: If you don t want to waste your time by trying everyone dress in multiple stores, do your homework of research the bridal designers with their fashion lines as well as their price ranges.) So, I was clear cut with my dream dress but Ellen made sure I have seen many more in the same and similar lines, patterns and price ranges. (Tip: Make sure you do not limit yourself by a single style. Ask the sales associates for help!) And last but not least, she completed the purchase by explaining every aspect of the alteration process, the included prices and etc. Ask for Ellen!
2. Pretty good selection of dresses; most of them being super elegant with reasonable prices. (Tip: If you want a flashy dress of $10,000+ or cheap one of $1,000-, you d better find a different store.)
3. The best surprise- 10% off for first buyers!

They could have more dresses to chose from but if you are like me with a crystal clear idea what you are looking for you do not need too many to try.

AnnMarie was my sales consultant for my visit - soooooo sweet. She pulled dresses with such a good understanding of what I was looking for. She was very informative and made the appointment so fun and with out pressure - she never pulled anything out of budget or put me in something I didn't like. She was really good as listening to me as the customer. This salon had alot to see and try on from all price points. Its a MUST on your list in your search for your wedding dress (side note - they have evening and bridesmaid options!!!!) 5 stars!

The bridal shop is so organized and spacious. I never felt rushed. Masks were worn, and so my guests and I felt comfortable there. I worked with Celeste, whom I absolutely loved! So patient and kind. Jaehee was also very wonderful and took my measurements after I found my dress. I gave Celeste my vision for my dress and she pulled many that aligned with it, and took my lead. Then I tried on ONE dress that was NOT my style (brides, try it) and....tears! I just enjoyed the whole experience and found my dress. So happy I went there. I had other appointments scheduled at other stores, but after going there and seeing the selection, and how great everyone was, I knew I wanted my dress from Jaehee Bridal, and cancelled the other ones. Jaehee Bridal is absolutely amazing. I was extremely nervous and overwhelmed by dress shopping and Aja helped me through it with ease. She listened to what I liked as well as what I didn't like. Based on what I told her she picked out an array of dresses for me to try on and was helpful in giving honest feedback and making sure that any comments I made were noted when she was choosing the next dress to try on. Being the professional she is she encourage me to try on a style that I thought I wouldn't like. However, she knows best. It fit perfectly and ended up being the one!
Not only was my experience of dress shopping outstanding, their customer service is unmatched! I live in NC and was having issues scheduling fittings between the long lasting winter as well as my school schedule. They were very patient and found every way possible to make it seamless and easy for me to get my dress before my day!

I felt like a celebrity at JaeHee. The staff is so friendly and the floor is so open, clean, and welcoming. I tried on dresses at a handful of shops in nyc and Bergen county and the service/selection was by far the best here. I feel like some of the shops I had been to were so outdated, but JaeHee keeps it fresh and has a great variety. Olivia is the best!!! She genuinely cares and listens closely to you and what you like. My mother and I both bought our gowns at Jaehee. To say that we were pleased with the whole process is an understatement. From the time we made our appointments to the pickup, we experience only helpful friendly staff. Lisa always made sure our appointments were handled in a timely manner. Luz made alterations multiple times until it satisfied our egos. All the work was done perfectly and with a pleasant caring manner. Since my grandmother was a seamstress, my Mom was a little concerned about the final alterations. Luz erased all her fears and fit us both perfectly.

I went to Jaehee to look at bridesmaids dresses. I was very impressed with the store itself and the amount of dresses, both bridal and bridesmaids, that they had to offer. However, I was not impressed with the service AT ALL - I walked in and was not greeted by anybody. The woman behind the desk gave me an attitude when I told her that I had 2 extra girls coming than I originally had planned. I don't see how that would be a big deal since there wasn't anybody else in the store. They put me in front of a computer to set up my own customer profile which I thought was tacky. The ladies that "helped" (and I say "helped" because they were useless) were not enthusastic and seemed bored. They did not introduce themselves nor did they ask any of our names.They did not pull dresses for my girls to try on or make any suggestions. They didn't ask what color or style I was looking for. They just watched us look through dresses which was weird. The bridesmaid dress that I wanted was very overpriced (I found it for a lot less the very next day) and when I asked if they offered any type of discount since I have a large bridal party they said no because I did not purchase my gown there which is fine - it was the way that they said no that threw me off. Finally, I asked if they could measure the 3 girls that I had with me since they were already there and they told me no because I was not 100% committed to the dress. It would have taken all of 10 minutes for them to measure the 3 girls that were there. Clearly I will not be purchasing anything from here now or in the future. I would expect this kind of treatment from David's Bridal not from a beautiful bridal boutique like this one.

The perfect day! Olivia did such an amazing job taking care of me and my ladies! I told her what I was looking for with a budget in mind and she nailed it! By the third dress, I fell in love! Even the first two were on the top list. Olivia was so warm and asked the right questions to understand what I really wanted. When making the purchase she explained all options and always gave me a choice to walk through. Never pressured or swayed. I HIGHLY recommend this place to invite your closets girls to have a beautiful experience finding your dress!

I had the best experience at Jaehee bridal. The salon is absolutely gorgeous and the staff is wonderful. I went in with a particular dress in mind but told my consultant, Novie, that I would like to try on other styles. Every single dress that she pulled for me was incredible and within my budget (and also better than the dress that I originally went in there for). I can't say enough about Novie. She is phenomenal at what she does; she is patient, kind and a lot of fun to work with! When I narrowed it down to the final 2 dresses, she picked the perfect veil for each and helped talk me through to my final decision without ever pressuring me to purchase or rushing me along. I had told her during my appointment that I wanted to play a certain song after I picked my dress to surprise my step-dad. I was going to play it on my phone but she went and had them play it through the speakers in the salon for us to dance to. It was such a special moment that we will cherish forever and she made that happen. Novie really went above and beyond to make my wedding dress shopping experience unforgettable. Jaehee is a must for wedding dress shopping. It was the first place I went to and after that, no other place could match my experience. Everyone at the shop was great. We drove by and took the chance since we didn t have an appointment. Luckily, they were able to accommodate us. Emily was amazing! I told her what I was looking for and not a single dress disappointed. This made the decision even more difficult. DO NOT GO HERE! As a bride you will run into so many surprises and with a change of venue and unexpected expenses Jahee Bridal did nothing to help me out when it came to making adjustments for my order. Initially Aja was great but with my wedding moved up they literally DID NOTHING to help me. Try working with a bridal shop who is more understanding of the stresses and surprises that come with planning a wedding.

Terrible experience. I called the Jaehee Bridal a week ago to ask about a dress that I had seen online, they told me they had the dress in stock and it was a size 8 and the price was $1700. So I make an appointment to come in to try on the dress. I leave work early, drive 1 hour to Jaehee Bridal only to be told they can t find the dress. At this point I m annoyed, but decided to continue with the process and try on other dresses. I tried on several but I wasn t happy with any of them because I was set on this dress that I was told was in the store. The sales associate goes around the store to find other dresses for me to try on and during the process says to me the dress I went there for originally was out of my price range, I said oh really and she said yes it s about $4,500 but I called a week prior and I was told it was $1700?? At this point I ve had enough so I left and sat in traffic for 1.5 hours. Thank you Jaehee for your exceptional service and wonderful communication skills!

Ellen, the consultant who helped me, walked with me to the gowns and allowed me to choose the ones that I wanted to try while making some suggestions on gowns she thought I might like. I bought the most beautiful pink wedding gown by Allure. I wasn't that happy with my salesperson, she wouldn't let me browse other areas of the store because it's a higher price in the other section. She was also restricting how many I could try on. I would not recommend her. With that said, my seamstress, Luz, was wonderful. I couldn't ask for a better seamstress. She was professional and very patient with me. She tailored my dress and FOUR fittings later, I have my perfect dress. She made that dress look like it was made for me. I can't thank Luz enough. The dress was a hit and everyone wanted to know where I got it from and I recommended Jaehee.

My experience was an ok one, but when it came to the pandemic wanted to see if I could get some kind of a refund because my daughter had to cancel her wedding. I ask would the work with me and Claire stayed there was nothing she can do for me. I still haven t received the dress and it seems they don t care.

I can t express how much I enjoyed my experience at Jaehee. My consultant Susannah, was so patient and kind. She picked many different types of dresses for me to try and really listened to what I wanted. I never felt pressured or rushed while there ! The last dress she picked for me was THE DRESS and with a veil in place there was no way I could say no. Would recommend to everyone I know.
I went to "Jaehee Bridal" because it was close to my fiance's work and I had just visited him. I also knew they had a dress I was very interested in that I had tried on in the Philly and researched this was the closest store that carried it as well as Kleinfeld's where I had previously shopped. When I asked the sales rep if she would take me as a walk in customer and that my destination wedding in Mexico was in November 2010 the sales rep yelled at me and said I should have ordered my dress months ago and why have I taken so long and that I need to order a dress today... She told me to come back in 45 minutes. I agreed.
Then I thought wow... that was rude... can't believe I just got yelled at... I was far from motivated now. Turns out I was wrong, maybe I should be thanking Jaehee!
I stopped off at a bridal shop in Englewood Cliff's called Rana's Bridal. I told the owner of my experience and asked her if she could please let me take a quick look around. Turns out I found 2 that I loved. I asked my fiance to please come up and help me decide. I don't care for traditions - obviously. He came up saw both and said they are nice but did you see the one in the window. I said no. I was kind of flustered when I walked in and didn't even look...
Rana got the dress for me. I tried it on and said WOW. My fiance smiled. Rana walked by and I gave her a thumbs up and said this is it. Honestly it feels like a Vera Wang on- it's light weight, simple and delicately designed with a bit of embellishment... and best of all it fits perfectly - I love it! I purchased the dress and kissed Rana. Happy brides to be shop at Rana's.
I had a horrible experience here. The lady who helped me was not helpful at all and did not seem she was experienced as a bridal consultant. I don't even remember her name probably because she did not impress me at all. We sat down and she took notes of what I was looking for but was not bringing anything I wanted to try on. Plus they only have sample sizes so anyone over a size 8 cannot bother going to this store. When a bride to be comes into a bridal shop they want to say what the vision is and the bridal consultant should be able to find what you are looking for in the budget. Not told to go look around and find the dresses you would like to try on. Needless to say I did not find my dress here.
I can t even begin to say how amazing this place is. Every aspect of finding my dress has been amazing.
Gabriella is great! She listened to what I had in mind and brought me dresses that matched what I said, however, and more importantly, she also brought dresses that she knew from her experience would compliment my shape. I wound up buying a dress that was nothing I had envisioned but that I absolutely love!
I cannot wait for my wedding day!
Jaehee Bridal helped me find my dream dress in the most efficient and professional way! The entire experience was seamless. I didn t expect to find my dress on my first try, but I did! Not to mention, Olivia was amazing and super patient and knowledgeable. I know it s her job, but she seemed as excited as me to find the perfect dress which made the experience that much better! Would def recommend and already have!
I had a great experience at Jaehee Bridal. I actually purchased my first dress at RK bridal. I went to Jaehee to get my original dress altered. When I walked in I already knew it was going to be a much better experience. Not saying RK was a bad experience. My experience at Jaehee was much more personal and it was less crowded and I did not feel rushed to make a decision. I felt with Olivia initially she was very helpful. She was helping me find a balero at the time and was extremely helpful. I was able to set multiple appointments at my convenience. They also had so many beautiful dresses on display and in the shop. There was privacy and enough space for you and your family to enjoy the picking out the dress experience. I ended up buying a different dress from their shop and sold the dress I purchased from RK online. With the second dress I had the ability to set multiple appointments with the alter and they did some last minute alterations literally the day before my wedding. I have no regrets about my dress, I received so many compliments. I was totally comfortable on the day of and felt like a princess. I really am so happy with my experience at Jaehee Bridal.
I had such a great experience! The first time I went to Jaehee was a few years back as a bridesmaid! I was so happy to be back as a Bride this time! Angela was the consultant that worked with me and she was so helpful and straight to the point! Can t wait to share pictures of my dress on my big day!
Not only did I find my dream wedding dress here but I had the BEST experience here because of my consultant Bojana! I can not express how much she has been been the biggest help with making sure my day will be picture perfect. From the minute I met her she was easy to talk to, did not make me feel pressured or feel silly with the millions of questions I had. I know I can call her at the shop at any time and she will have an answer to anything I need. She is a true asset to Jaehee Bridal and as long as she is there I will be referring as many people as possible to her! Thanks Bojana!
Lisa was amazing! Never pushy and truly wanted to help me find what I was looking for, even when I wasn't able to verbalize it myself. She did all she could to help me walk away with the dress I wanted. I felt beautiful. So so thankful for her!
I loved this salon!! They were organized, large and beautiful. Carmen was so amazingly helpful and excited for me . She respected all my wishes for wanting a unique wedding dress and when I found the one she was so happy for me . Carmen brought in multiple styles of dress and types specifically matching what I wanted and was amazing. I can t say enough good things about my trip to jaehee bridal !!!!
