I've just booked a full day session with an artist after my consultation and they have been so nice and friendly so far. I'm really looking forward to getting my tattoo done with them as the vibe so far feels really good and on point....so far only good things to report! Will have more updates in a couple days post tattoo!!! I definitely recommend them for their friendly and efficient service!
Went in today to get my double lobe piercings done. Cello did my piercing and he was incredibly accommodating. I had some concerns cause I'd gotten this piercing done previously but it was placed very poorly. However, he was so friendly and careful, it was a great experience!
This place is great. Rakan pierced my septum perfectly straight. Initially I went to a different place but it was crooked, twice. Got all my other piercings done with Rakan as well am happy with all of them!
I popped in to make my first appointment there and was greeted warmly. The lady who took my booking answered all my questions with a smile. I felt very relaxed for a nervous first-timer! 10/10 would book here again :)

Super friendly staff who go out of their way to make you as comfortable as possible. Really good energy about the place as the artists go through what kind of design you want to give you the best personal piece you could ask for.

Began work on my half sleeve with the gentleman Jack Mangan just two weeks ago, my first piece and Jack couldn't have been any cooler about it. Really great vibe in the place with the other artists taking an interest too. Can't wait to get it finished off now, it already looks class!

I usually swing by here for an espresso or flat white while waiting for the bus to arrive. Cloud picker coffee is what is on grind and is extracted correctly. While usually my phone is charged and ready to entertain, their is plenty of reading material provided or you can look out at the Quays at the seating provided. I think its a tattoo parlour as well. It would explain the needle noises.
Gotten a few tattoos in the Ink Factory now. Staff are always friendly and the artists are on top of their game! Definitely recommend Mark for all your black and grey/dotwork tattoo needs

Staff are so friendly, and my past experience getting tattooed here with Sandor was perfect. Had a small booking issue with my next tattoo that's coming up and they sorted it out so quickly and easily! I've felt intimidated going in to other tattoo shops, but I've only ever felt relaxed and welcome at the ink factory :)

So glad I just happened to walk by the Ink Factory. I was in town for just two days and decided I wanted to get my ear pierced. I only had to wait 5 min, and inside was so nice. I was clean and welcoming and when I got the piercing (ear --helix) it did not really hurt at all. The staff was super friendly and informative. I will return to Dublin one day, just so I can go back to the Ink Factory. Thank you!
I went in with no prior contact and they did everything to make my visit worthwhile. I wanted a custom piece which requires a scheduled consultation, but they let me talk to an artist immediately so the next time I came in I would be able to just get my tattoo. The place is spotless and has a good vibe!

Visited Ireland for the 1st time with my family and wanted new ink to commemorate our memory. The staff at the Ink Factory were superb from 1st contact. Was able to easily communicate through email our ideas and was able to pay our deposit online fast and easy. The in shop experience was nothing short of amazeballs!!! I would recommend to anyone looking for ink to visit this place 1st, cause they wont go anywhere else after.

Went here with my family while on vacation in Ireland and It was a great experience from start to finish. Everyone who works here is so friendly and helpful, and just make it an overall great environment to be in. My whole family had fun while getting our tattoos and they all came out great! Our artist was Sandor and he got all of our tattoos done quickly but he did such a great job! Babs & Hayley made us feel so comfortable & welcomed & were a blast to be around! All around beautiful people that work here & they even stayed open late just to tattoo all of us. I highly reccommend Ink Factory to anyone who wants good hygiene, great tattoos, and even better memories.
I'm the biggest nervous wreck in the universe and had been debating getting a tiny little tattoo for over 2 years and always managed to chicken myself out of it.
I was in town today and got enough courage together to just go and do it. I walked in asking could they do a walk in and they were so amazingly accomodating, friendly and helpful. I told the artist I was a massive chicken and he was so calming and promised me it didn't hurt at all. He took his time and was so reassuring through the whole thing. I knew I was being a big baby but he didn't make me feel uncomfortable or akward at all!
Would 100% come back and probably be only 50% as nervous amazing place and even more amazing staff!

Ink factory is definitely one of the kindest and most welcoming places in Dublin. Niamh Gannon is the one who did two tattoos for me. Not only did she make the booking process extremely easy for me (actually booked it for me!) but she was very nice and kind and the work she did was beyond amazing. I had worries about booking a tattoo and getting the design I wanted without actually being able to talk to the artist in person but she made everything from booking to the design process easier than some of my experiences here in the states. I highly recommend going to the Ink Factory whether it s for tattoos, piercings or a haircut. Everyone seemed happy to be there which is rare. When it came time to paying, Babs made it go smoothly and even gave me a free ink factory shirt. I really felt like Niamh took her time and cared about the work she was doing. If I lived in Dublin, Ink Factory would be like a second home to me. Thank you to Niamh and the rest of the Ink Factory team.

Getting my tattoo tomorrow. Staff so far have been really helpful, pleasant, and reassuring. Consultation was scheduled for ten minutes and took precisely ten minutes and completely covered all the basis.

On a frigid St. Patrick s Day we were grateful to enter the warmth of The Ink Factory, both in temperature and company. Keith was absolutely wonderful. His calm, kind and humorous demeanor so wonderfully complimented his professionalism and expertise. He consulted on the tattoo, varying sizes and made the whole experience a positive one. Being from the states, we were so happy to have communication leading up to the day of our appointment and were thrilled to find the place impeccably clean and hospitable. Love my tattoo, love this shop and should I ever find myself back in Dublin I will for certain be a seasoned regular at this establishment.

I've gotten my first tattoo and one piercing done in the ink factory, just made an appointment for another tattoo, and have been delighted with the level of care I received. The staff are really lovely to deal with. So far I've dealt with Haylee, Chello, Maja and another artist I cant recall the name of but have been impressed by the positivity and welcoming attitude of each.
I am due to have my tattoo done on Monday. As I do not live in Dublin I have been dealing with the studio over the phone and the artist through Instagram. Everyone has been extremely helpful so far and I look forward to my session. I have been searching for an artist that specialises in dotwork for some time and although there are many in Ireland Anderson Felix's profile is the most superior by far in my opinion so I am willing to make the 3 hour journey!

Really happy with my experience at The Ink Factory so far! I've come here to get an ear piercing and had new jewelry put in to old piercings. The staff have all been very kind, and I'm looking forward to getting tattooed here in a couple weeks (just had a consult with Anderson).

He was an absolute pleasure to converse with and made us feel so welcome at this fine establishment. It was a breath of fresh air to recieve such glorious customer service.

I got a voucher for my birthday from the studio and it was very easy to sort everything out through the website. Set up an appointment with the artist after providing few references to discuss the details of the design and after agreeing I scheduled an appointment to get the tattoo. Everything very straight forward.
The session with the artist was perfect and after getting the work done they even sent an email with few recommendations about how to take care of it.

Booked a consultation months in advance they asked for the dates that I was coming here to visit staff was friendly the artist I met with was great was up for the tattoo, getting ready to book it to only find out he was booked the entire week I am her visiting so have no clue why ask for the dates visiting an when it is pointless maybe it was lack of comunication. Just a shame was looking forward to it
Got tattoo with Danny, unbelievable detail for the size(small). Better then I could have ever imagined. Very professional, started on time, very relaxed and had a movie playing on the screen which always helps! Cant recommend enough both Danny and TIF. Have already recommended to a number of people thinking of getting a tattoo. Wouldn't go anywhere else again!
