Ink factory is definitely one of the kindest and most welcoming places in Dublin. Niamh Gannon is the one who did two tattoos for me. Not only did she make the booking process extremely easy for me (actually booked it for me!) but she was very nice and kind and the work she did was beyond amazing. I had worries about booking a tattoo and getting the design I wanted without actually being able to talk to the artist in person but she made everything from booking to the design process easier than some of my experiences here in the states. I highly recommend going to the Ink Factory whether it s for tattoos, piercings or a haircut. Everyone seemed happy to be there which is rare. When it came time to paying, Babs made it go smoothly and even gave me a free ink factory shirt. I really felt like Niamh took her time and cared about the work she was doing. If I lived in Dublin, Ink Factory would be like a second home to me. Thank you to Niamh and the rest of the Ink Factory team.
