My friend Leah and I decided to go to The Ink Factory today for some nipple piercings and tattoos. We were greeted by the most charming and delightful young man who goes by the name of Adam. He was an absolute pleasure to converse with and made us feel so welcome at this fine establishment. It was a breath of fresh air to recieve such glorious customer service.
As promised, we are leaving a glowing review due to the 10/10 service we recieved here at the ink factory. Big shoutout to Adam for being so very welcoming and also very easy on the eyes :)
