The artists got me in for the very next day for over 3 hours of total work. They did awesome and we're super friendly making sure I was comfortable and offered breaks. Would totally recommend!!

Went in for a free consultation and the staff were extremely helpful. This will be my first mid-sized tattoo, so I had a few questions to ask. As well, brought in my own drawing, which was no problem at all. Right away the he had an artist in mind for me. Needless to say, very much looking forward to my appointment!

Great bunch of people to deal with right from my walking in off the street looking for a consultation through to booking and getting the work done. Awesome artists and bang on coffee - who can ask for more?

5 Stars came here for my cartilage and conch piercing. Tattoo appointment scheduled for the 12th of April. Heard nothing but good reviews - looking forward to see the result!

Gotten pierced here twice. Both times the piercer was very competent and made the process painless. Great value for money. This place uses proper piercing needles rather than the guns too. Never gotten a tattoo here but all their work look amazing on instagram

Great shop and everyone is really friendly. I've gotten 2 pieces from Iain and my girlfriend got one (her only tattoo) from Keith and they all turned out great. I will definitely be getting more from Iain in the future.

Good selection off tattoe artists. You can get haircut or shave. Coffee are available...

My experience so far has been so nice, I m not local so I contacted the shop before I came in. They responded so fast and were very thorough and helpful, when I did come in there were nothing but good vibes and friendly staff. Again so helpful, listened to my idea for my tattoo, and an artist whom they thought would best fit was rightthere for the consultation. This isn t my first tattoo and I ve been in a few shops where this was not the case, So definitely looking forward to my apt, thank you so much for all the help thus far! :)

Emily was absolutely fabulous, my friend and i came in last minute without cash and Emily took such good care of us and helped us pay with a credit card instead and we left with wonderful tattoos that will forever be a memory from an amazing trip. not only is the customer service jaw droppingly wonderful but shop cleanliness is 10/10!

Got my first ever tattoo done here and am about to get my second on Sunday and genuinely I couldn t be more excited.
The staff are genuinely so accommodating &a there is no such thing as a stupid question to them which made me feel so comfortable when getting my first one as I had absolutely no clue what the procedures were or what I needed to do or bring .
Will without a shadow of a doubt be getting every single other tattoo I have planned here. Couldn t recommend you guys more!

I made an appointment to get a small tattoo in memory of a loved one. I was met with such lovely, friendly professionals from the minute I walked in the door. My artist Sandor made me feel so comfortable and I was delighted with the result. Would highly recommend the ink factory!

I was looking to get a tattoo done while passing through Dublin and The Ink Factory was awesome! The artist I was initially interested in was booked, but they suggested someone else who specializes in what I was looking to have done and I was able to make an appointment. Very helpful!

Great service. Staff were so friendly the minute I walked in. Coffee is literally amazing. Roasted by cloud picker in Dublin, the barista's bring out all the natural flavours in the coffee. All round great place and will be back soon.

Danny Duggan did an amazing cover up on a 45 year old tattoo. I was so impressed I m going back to get another one done this week. Danny has amazing artistic flair and imagination. I can t recommend him enough. The staff are extremely polite and helpful. Tom, at reception was brilliant.

I have just had my consultation at the ink factory and it was amazing. The artist and the receptionist were incredibly helpful and professional, they completely put me at ease about getting my first tattoo. Can't wait to get my tattoo now!

I'm visiting from the US and wanted to get my daith earring changed as well as get my helix pierced. I went into The Ink Factory and they recommended I head over to there sister store Pierced as they have more inventory. We walked over there about a 20 min walk and I'm so glad I did. The staff was amazing and had exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend!

Highly recommended. Just got my first tattoo here, and first of all the place was spotless, and the set up was very clean. The artist was great, making design amendments on the spot and putting up with my OCD regarding placement. Very happy with the outcome, and would highly recommend for first timers as much as others.

I would highly recommend this studio. I've already reccomended it to some friends of mine. I got a tattoo there in August. No complaints at all. Agne Hurt, the artist, produced a great piece, and made me feel at ease the whole time.

I've never had issue with contacting any artists or the shop itself. The artists are quick to reply either by email or private message.

My girlfriend and I are traveling to Ireland from the States and contacted Ink Factory for an appointment. They have been very helpful and found us the perfect artist for our design. Great customer service has been great and I look forward to meeting Lucy soon!

Leaving this review pre-tattoo, will update afterwards! I will say the booking process and communication has been seem less thus far! I went in the shop two weeks ago to talk about what I wanted, and made an appointment for the day before I was scheduled to return home. So far, no complaints and highly looking forward to getting some new ink while abroad!

I went a week ago to book an appointment and I m having my tattoo done today.
They were able to get me speak to the artist the same day and we discussed together the best option for my sking and the tattoo I wanted.
Really positive impression at first sight.

Adam was amazing! I'm from out of the country but he was able to accomodate my friends and me so we could get tattoos to commemorate our travels. When I arrived, he had two options for me to pick from and was very helpful with the exact placement.

Super happy with my tattoo! Everyone is very professional and Julieta is a fantastic artist. Will definitely be coming back for more soon! :D

I've gotten two nose piercings here and they both healed brilliantly! All the staff members were so friendly and helpful and I can't wait to come back and get more.

So far the experience has been extremely professional, friendly and sensitive to my wants while keeping in mind my inexperience with tattoos. The advice is in clear and plain English and the reminders are frequent but not intrusive. I'll update post tattoo completion!

Marcello was very patient and professional. He explained exactly how he would do the piercing before he did it, which took away much of the fear factor. He did a great job. I love it.

Maya was super nice, and a great artist. Highly recommend.

Great artists, clean and fast. maybe a little bit expensive (but I don't know price in Ireland) the starting price was higher and it was 3 hours work, but at end it been 1,5 hours and 50 euro discount on estimated :)

By far one of my most favourite places to visit! Staff are so amazing in the place! Went here for my first tattoo over a year ago and I'm still going back for more! If you're looking for a tattoo I'd recommend the ink factory over anywhere else! There's also a barbers here but I've never used it! Those staff are always amazing! Super friendly environment!

I walked in to discuss a piece after meeting one of the artists (Keith) online and falling in love with his work. Everyone in the shop was extremely friendly, and you could sense a very positive vibe with great morale among the artists. Very clean, very funky, and importantly, very polite. My wife and I are visiting Ireland and decided to get inked at The Ink Factory in Dublin. The whole process has been incredibly smooth and they have been exceptionally communicative and helpful.

I recently moved to Dublin from Canada and I've been looking for a spot to get tattooed. I read some great reviews about The Ink Factory so I decided to check them out. I'm so glad that I did. I had a consult with Iain about a traditional piece that he will be doing and I cannot say enough about how professional and helpful he was. All the staff at The Ink Factory is wonderful, it's very refreshing! I highly suggest checking them out :)

Got my nose pierced two weeks ago in the ink factory the staff are so friendly and made the experience much better that I had to book my tattoo to get done here on Monday would definitely recommend this place to everyone

One of my friend recommended me that place to get my new tattoo and after see her beautiful and elegant tattoo I ended up to set up an appointment there. They were so nice with me and really carefully with the design of my idea.

I went into the Ink Factory today to set up a tattoo appointment for tomorrow and they were very friendly and welcoming! I loved the vibe of the shop, it was clean, and I can't wait to go back tomorrow! I love how organized it all is with sending confirmation emails as well.
