On a frigid St. Patrick s Day we were grateful to enter the warmth of The Ink Factory, both in temperature and company. Keith was absolutely wonderful. His calm, kind and humorous demeanor so wonderfully complimented his professionalism and expertise. He consulted on the tattoo, varying sizes and made the whole experience a positive one. Being from the states, we were so happy to have communication leading up to the day of our appointment and were thrilled to find the place impeccably clean and hospitable. Love my tattoo, love this shop and should I ever find myself back in Dublin I will for certain be a seasoned regular at this establishment.
