You rock guys very nice atmosphere, I was there as an accompanying person for my brother. Immediate weekend appointment, ultra nice staff. Hygienically one A. My brother's tattoo was not expensive either and he was very, very satisfied

I have been in conversation with the crew at The Ink Factory for weeks discussing plans for my husband and myself. I have absolutely no hesitation or concerns with getting any work done by any of the artists as they have given me the up most confidence in their quality of work. We are extremely excited to go meet them and have our pieces done.

Fantastic establishment. I've been to the ink factory for haircuts, piercings and now a tattoo and im never disappointed at the level of professionalism in every aspect of their business. The atmosphere they create in the ink factory is both welcoming and exciting. Would recommend the ink factory to everybody.

I came in on a day trip to Dublin schedule a tattoo for a few weeks down the line when I'd be in town again, and the men who helped me out were incredible. Everyone in the shop was really kind, and they helped me schedule out my tattoo in no time at all. Wonderful people!!

Great experience. I was a walk-in and waited maybe 5 mins before getting my tattoo done. Kate was great and so nice!

Got tattooed by these guys over a year ago and they were absolutely amazing! I had full trust in the artist and let him do his own thing on the piece I wanted. EVERYONE that works there is a legend and made me feel so comfortable even though I'd travelled alone from the other side of the country. Have my next one booked for a couple weeks time and I'm over the moon! Excited to see such an amazing bunch of people again! :D

Worst tattoo and piercing shop I've ever been. Waiting for 45 minutes for one piercing and they didn't do finally. If I wouldn't have said anything to the responsible probably I would had stayed there for hours.

I had a half sleeve tattoo all in white ink done by the amazingly talented Maja back in October. It's the biggest piece I have & my absolute favourite out of 17! She did an incredible job creating the design and listened to exactly what I wanted. She gave great advice and tips too on what would enhance the final piece. I'm constantly getting complimented on it & am so happy with it that I've booked my next one with Maja for June :) I would absolutely recommend these guys, the shop is spotless with an awesome vibe (very Sailor Jerry) especially with the barber shop at the front, so there's always loads going on around to keep you entertained! I can't wait to go back, I just wish I'd discovered them sooner!

great place to get a tattoo, have some coffee, read a book. they were incredibly nice given we were walk-ins. it's easy to find, on a major street.

All the staff is super friendly and helpful. On my first encounter, the staff showed me some ideas for my tattoo, and when I went to book the tattoo, they helped me decided on the perfect placement. The artists are very knowledgeable and talented at their crafts.

We came here for coffee, and it was excellent! The whole atmosphere is great. We may come back in a couple days for a piercing!

I don t normally do reviews, but felt I should in this case. These guys got me in during my trip to Dublin with only a couple days notice. They hooked me up with Fausto and gave him my design idea Celtic bird with some colours from another design I let him merge them together with his own take on it. He did an amazing job! Fausto, you rocked it, man. Cheers.

I got my first tattoo done recently with Maja and I love it. Maja was really nice and made me feel really at ease. I highly recommend The Ink Factory.

Myself and my fella went in here on our recent trip to Dublin. The staff were incredibly friendly and the vibe was amazing. We both got piercings with Rakan and he is amazingly talented and a lovely person (put me at ease straight away). We will definitely be back. Thanks a mill guys :)

Everything about this place was unbelievably comfortable, fun and still as professional as it comes. I personally received Georgie Williams, a travelling artist that The Inc Factory personally recommended for me based on the geometric design in my Tattoo. Can't beat a free latte while waiting for an unreal tattoo also ;) 10/10. Thanks guys.

Was tattooed here about 2 years ago and the service was great, been dying to come back since and have my next tattoo booked for this Tuesday. Process has been great with contacting artist and store, easy and quick, can't wait for Tuesday now!

Have been here twice and booked in for a third appointment with Maja. I was so nervous on my first visit but I was quickly put at ease by how friendly everyone is there. There was an issue with the photos I sent via email not showing up in the email but this was quickly sorted and Maja set to work drawing a mostly freehand design. Although the full design is not finished yet I can't help but smile whenever I see it and think "that's f***ing awesome" and can't wait to see the last parts completed. Definitely would recommend the ink factory for anyone looking to get a tattoo. Great energy and atmosphere and there's a genuine passion for what they do.

Tattoo day and I'm so excited! Always wanted to get a tattoo here as the work is outstanding and anytime I've been in contact with the staff they've been super friendly. My boyfriend got one done here a few months back and I honestly have to say it's his best tattoo :)

Had a consultation today in PIERCED on Camden street. Staff there were so friendly and helpful and Mario was patient and listened carefully to what i wanted and recommended the best courses of action. They were able to accommodate my schedule and book another appointment quickly and easily. Everyone there obviously knew everything about both tattoos and piercing. Highly recommend and can't wait to get my tattoo.

Going to get a tattoo done next week, and everyone has been really helpful and made me feel comfortable. Since I have a small window of time to get the tattoo done while I'm in Dublin, it was difficult to fit the appointment in, but they did their very best to get me an appointment that suited me.

Met with Ryan for a consultation and I discussed the ideas of what I wanted as I wasn't completely sure about what I wanted but after speaking to Ryan he was very helpful and was completely on board with my ideas and helped me confirm exactly what I wanted. Managed to get a very quick booking one week after the consultation and I am really looking forward to getting my first tattoo

I had previously gone to the ink factory for my first tattoo and had gotten a piercing a few years ago and the staff were great and when anyone has been looking for somewhere to get a tattoo I have always recommend them.

I had booked my appointment two weeks in advance and they were very efficient when contacting me and replying to my queries.

I arrived for my appointment and was told the the artist was still with the previous client and there was a delay. I wish I had of known I would be waiting for hour as I would gone and come back.

When I spoke to the artist they had my images but it seemed like they hadn t any other info from my emails apart from that it was going to be all black. They asked the size and I advised the size I wanted but that I had been told it needed to be bigger during my correspondence and asked what size it needed to be. I honestly can t remember if I got a reply but they drew it up anyway and came back and said that the full design I wanted wouldn t work. I fully understand that the artist doesn t want to do something that won t look right but I thought this might have been picked up during the correspondence and not after waiting an hour for my appointment.

My interaction with the artist was not a pleasant experience. I felt like I was an inconvenience to them even though I was the one left waiting and was paying for my time with them. During the start of my session they were talking to other members of staff and looking at photos on one of their phones right above my head. I wouldn t have minded as much had their interaction with me gone beyond only the absolute necessary.

To be fair they did a good job on the tattoos and the receptionist was polite and helpful but my experience made me feel completely disrespected, unimportant and uneasy.

UPDATE

After posting my review I was contacted by a manager in the ink factory within one day. She was extremely helpful and pleasant to speak to and I greatly appreciated her taking the time to listen to me and I am very happy with how she addressed my concerns. I would definitely recommend the ink factory and visit again.

The Ink Factory has fantastic customer service, and was super helpful in booking my tattoo, and answering any questions I had. Will definitely be going again!

Looking forward to my cover up with Maja this weekend...long overdue :) All contact and correspondence with The Ink Factory excellent.

They do a good job, they have a professional staff with experience.

Due to the large amount of work they treat you like a piece in an assembly line and the deal is cold

Being in Asia, I was a bit nervous about setting this up beforehand, but The Ink Factory has been excellent to work with. Email was a little slow to get an initial response. Once I Facebook messaged, though, they were amazingly responsive and helpful. They offered great suggestions, were honest and straightforward about the parts of my original idea that wouldn't work, and helped me figure out what would instead. Clear communication, great reviews, and friendly people on the other end defo recommend!

Got my Daith pierced and have to say the experience was fantastic, from entering the shop to leaving, we were treated extremely well and were well informed of the procedures and aftercare needed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone thinking of a piercing. Craic was good too.

A really well run parlour. Very clean and very welcoming. The people there are very friendly and are very willing to help.

From start to finish my experience was amazing. I'm from the US so we scheduled everything via email and it was seamless. From scheduling a consult to missing the consult but was still able to speak with Fausto briefly after one of his appointments. Then coming back for the tattoo session and Fausto was so nice and very sweet. But honestly all of their staff that greeted me were so nice!! Highly recommend if you're traveling through Dublin.

The ink factory got me an appointment with just under two weeks notice with my artist of choice. For a tattoo parlor as high quality as this that's unheard of. They were communicative and friendly through the entire process.

It was really easy to get in touch with the artist I wanted and go through what I wanted done. They were very quick and clear in their correspondence with me. Looking forward to getting my tattoo tomorrow!

I love this place. It was very easy to book a tattoo with the artist I wanted. I've also got my ears pierced and got a great haircut from the Demon Barbers. The staff is great and really friendly. Definitely a place to visit and I will definitely be going back.

This show has done everything to find a solution for me to get a tattoo in Ireland! To be honest, I got a little late and unfortunately there was no place anywhere! Thanks to them I could have my tattoo made in Ireland because it is possible to find me a solution for the drawing and for the niche! As for the living room very nice very clean everything is very well explained even for me who does not speak English very well and he took the time to do things right! Thank you very much ! Really like this tattoo studio, got tattooed with Iain who is amazing at what he does. I like that they use vegan ink as standard which is very important to me.

Visited The Ink Factory and made an apointment for next wednesday. The girl at the counter looked cool and was very helpful. The forms are very user friendly. Overall atmosphere was one of awesomeness and we re looking forward to getting tatted at the Ink Factory!!

Been going to the ink factory almost literally since the day I arrived in dublin 3years ago ! Got a few tattoos , multiple piercings and haircuts ! Friendliest staff there is , extremely skilled artists , all of them making you feel perfectly comfortable no matter what you're getting done ... amazing events and great presence on social media , the place just feels like home , wether you're a tourist getting your first tattoo or someone like me going there every two weeks just to exchange ideas , ask questions or get a coffee , too bad we can't rate with 6 stars ... keep up with the good work guys !!

Big and clean studio. The artist was very friendly and helpfull and spent hours drawing and making changes untill getting the perfect tattoo.

I got my septum pierced here on Friday 27th July 2018 by one of their elite piercers, Chello. I was scared, as it was my first official piercing (other than having my ears pierced since I was a baby) but Chello answered all of my questions, whether it was stupid or not and he really helped me have a better understanding of what piercings are like. At The Ink Factory, they ONLY use needles, never use guns, they just don't believe in it. The pain was bearable and the piercing studio was very very VERY clean, everything was still in their packaging and Chello used gloves while piercing my septum. I am definitely going back there to get something else done whether it be a tattoo or a new piercing. I had a really good experience with the guys over at The Ink Factory, they are too nice and friendly, I've recommended them to my friends so now they're all going get a piercing there. 5 star tattoo and piercing shop!!

The ink factory was extremely accomdating to people getting tattoos while travelling! I emailed them a month prior to me travelling and they had me booked in for a small tattoo with a few hours!

Friendly staff. Good online system for booking in for a consultation. This meant time with the artist was allocated so I wasn't rushed and didn't feel like I was crashing someone else's tattoo appointment as I have done in other tattoo studios. Wish they'd take credit cards though!

Was very happy with the counsel from the staff and the receptionists. They were all really helpful and gave advice and inspiration and I really liked their coffee!

From the initial consultation with Dean to the beautiful piece of art I left with I could not recommend The Ink Factory (Parliment Street) Family any more! Professional, friendly, great Craic and artisticly respectful of what I wanted and what would work for my tattoo. Dean was fantastic in guiding me and drawing and redrawing our collaboration. I couldn't be happier with the results and cannot wait to work with them again.

My experience with The Ink Factory so far has been amazing. I'm traveling through Dublin for a short amount of time and after finding Agne on Instagram a few months back, I knew I wanted to reach out to see if I could get tattooed while I was there. They were able to accommodate my tight schedule and make sure it could work while I was in the city. The emails and prompt replies from the front desk have been great and now I just have to wait a few days to see the final product! :) I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone in the area looking for a tattoo.

As someone getting a tattoo for the first time, I can honestly say the Ink Factory has made it such an amazing and exciting experience for me! I went to Ink Factory in person first to ask advice and the receptionist was so helpful and friendly. Then once I'd sent my contact form online the staff were so kind and willing to help with anything I needed through both email and Facebook. I've been sent multiple emails reminding me of my appointment and sending me advice and they've helped me feel so excited and ready for my tattoo. I've only a few days to go until my appointment and I'm so glad I've chosen Ink Factory for this!
Edit: I've now got my tattoo and my artist Niamh was fabulous, so sweet. I'm delighted with my tattoo. Just the one thing to keep in mind is that they don't take card here, so you'll need to pay in cash which I discovered when trying to pay.

I've been to The Ink Factory just to say hello, for tasty coffee, buzz cuts & several tattoos- and each time has been the most awesome experience. I've always left the shop feeling happier than I did coming in and am always so chuffed with the quality and creativity of whatever I do get (undercut designs, tattoos and even the coffee). The environment is chill, super welcoming, so friendly and just filled with the most genuine and talented people.

The staff was pleasant and welcoming. Able to squeeze both my husband and I on a busy Saturday and did a beautiful job!
