J.C. Lewis Ford was the first and most likely the only dealership I ll use. As a first time car buyer I was a little scared and didn t know exactly what I was doing. I had little to no credit and Ford still worked with me and helped me purchase a new car. Not once did I feel like I was getting a raw deal or feel scammed in any way. They respected the fact I was military and treated me with the up most respect possible. Not to mention how kind and helpful Justin Mastronardi was selling me the car. Justin stuck with me and helped me get the best deal and best fit car for my military needs, he never gave up and showed great passion for his job. 100% would recommend to everyone looking for a used or new vehicle, also 100% would go back to J.C. Lewis ford to buy another vehicle in the future.

Service was impeccable even on Halloween day. Our sales representative Meghan made sure to make the process as quick as possible and limit our waiting. She was a fantastic communicator and baked delicious cookies (that my daughter especially loved). She definitely made sure we felt taken care of. The finance director Alberto also throughly explained the numbers and the benefits to our coverage which made us feel more confident in our decision. I m ecstatic with my new F-150

I had an excellent and positive experience with the service department. I bought my truck just 5 weeks ago (at JC Lewis). 2 weeks after I took delivery, someone backed into my bumper at the grocery store. I was crushed. I stopped by JC Lewis to get an estimate as to how much repairing the bumper would be. I was told the price and it was reasonable. So, I decided to have the repair made (replaced the bumper). I had the collision center order the part. When the part arrived they called and we set up an appointment to get the part replaced. Since I had an appointment I was told that the replacement would only take 24 hours. Because I live over an hour away from the dealership that was very important. I dropped my truck off at 12:00pm and rented a car. The next day I returned and turned in my rental. I was able to pick up my truck within the time frame that the collision center quoted. This was wonderful. The staff was so nice too.Thank you JC Lewis....your company rocks.

I normally don't write reviews BUT this is the worst service center I have EVER been to. I got a new 2014 Ford Escape Titanium through J. C. Lewis Ford this past October of 2013. The sales person was great. He helped me find the right vehicle that fit in my price range. They were extremely helpful! No complaints on that end. Now in February of 2014 (4 months after), I have been having nothing but issues with the service center at J. C. Lewis. NO ONE knows what they are doing there. I have never received such horrible customer service. I brought my vehicle in around 11:00 am to do regular maintenance and have my steering wheel looked at. After only FOUR MONTHS of having the vehicle, the controls on the steering wheel have stopped working. I dropped by the dealership to see if they could work on my vehicle that day. I was told that the person who would be able to fix it, wasn't there. So I scheduled an appointment for the day he was supposed to be there. I arrive at my scheduled appointment, and the appointment that the lady had scheduled me for, wasn't there. So I was told I needed to reschedule. The next week, I arrive for the NEW appointment at 11:00 am. I drop my car off and wait in the waiting room until I am called around 2:00 pm. I am told THREE HOURS later, that the technician who can fix it, isn't in today. I ask to speak with a manager, and he tells me that no, the technician IS in. He tells me to come back another day because they are so backed up. I ask if they at least completed the normal maintenance on the vehicle that I had requested (oil change, tire rotation, etc). He informs me that they did. So I go home and on the way home, my 'check oil' light comes on. I went to my old dealership (Toyota) to see if they did in fact complete the maintenance they told me they did. Well, they did NOT. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle to another Ford dealership. I will be driving an extra 30 miles this week to get my car fixed in South Carolina over wasting another day at J.C. Lewis Ford.

Went in for oil change. They said my oil pan gasket was leaking. This is a diesel they are known to seep. Anyway we made an appointment for me to bring my truck in on the 9th of November. Told me it would be about a week. I checked back Thursday the 12th and they hadn t even touched my truck yet. I told the service guy Thomas I m going back to Tennessee for thanksgiving need my truck finished by then. Friday the 20th I received a text saying my truck would be done by Monday / Tuesday. Here we are on Tuesday afternoon and my truck is not finished yet!
I usually trade trucks every couple years. All the dealerships I ve dealt with I have never seen this level of incompetence in a service department!!!!

Do your self a favor go somewhere else for service!!!

Goes above and beyond and works conveniently though text messages. Justin is extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. Service dept was horrible. Took 2days to even look at my car. Procrastinated on EVERYTHING, it took 2wks and after "fixing" what I brought it up there for (CV Axel, truck leaks water onto floor of driver side) it STILL isn't fixed. It's still leaking water and I have a new noise coming from my driver front tire where they put my CV axel on. I WILL not be returning unless I am told I have to do so by my warranty company.

I was greeted immediately by Casey Jones and he let me test drive a new Explorer as well as Expedition. While we were discussing my new purchase, my trade was being appraised. Though it took 3 days for me to make my final decision and sign paperwork, Casey stuck with me and answered all my questions. I would consider myself a tough customer, but it never affected how Casey or his colleagues treated me.

I can t express enough the level of professionalism and pleasure it was to work with Casey Jones and Sierra Jones. They certainly went above and beyond. I have personally been in sales myself for 27 years and Casey and Sierra were top notch. This was an unusual transaction, as I have never purchased a car without seeing it in person and driving it. Casey made sure I was virtually there every step of the way. He even installed a new battery himself before the transport company arrived. Greg Howard in finance was a pleasure to work with as well. His speed and efficiency were much appreciated. I can t say enough good things about my experience with this company and with Casey, Sierra and their team. I highly recommend them.

Only complaint is that during the closing process I was pressured for an extended warranty. I understand it's your job and understand the value but if I decline please respect my wishes. At first I thought this was the most horrible place you can go to. Took my car for an oil change and coolant flush, it came back making a weird noise. Mechanics told me it was the water pump but why would you work on a car if something broke already. They replace my water pump and car still was making weird noise without any answers from mechanics. They told me they didnt knew what it was. So then I proceeded to trade it in because i didn t want to bring home a broke car that they didnt knew what was wrong with them. Salesman David Ditman was trying to put me in a 2018 car but Matt Snyder Used car sales Manager was very nasty and out his mouth he told me that there was nothing he can do for me. He didn't even try to help me. To be honest every black person who came through that door got turn down. Its like he didn't have no mercy on us and didnt want to help. One day later Manger over the whole sales department called and asked was still interest in the car. Long story short. Im an African American owner of a 2018 Mustang. Absolutely terrible experiences with this dealersh...

Absolutely terrible experiences with this dealership. I turned my truck into the service department for break repairs. A few days later I called for a status update and my service rep completely forgot she even had my truck there. A few days later I had to call again at which point she said "oh yea I meant to call you." She explained two different options I could do neither of which involved any troubleshooting. It was just replace everything. When I asked to speak with someone who understood mechanics I was told I could only talk to her and nobody else. I even called another certified ford service department and told them what they said. They service manager just laughed at me said they are lying to you. I called corporate to complain and was assured a manager would call me. A week later I had to call him to discuss repairs. Another week I had to call to figure out parts were on order. A few days later I went to pick up my truck and spent 40 mins running around the shop with a mechanic looking for my keys. Every where from the key box were the should have been, to other peoples pockets and desks. The only reason I didn't take my truck somewhere else is because I literally couldn't unless I had it towed. I was stuck with these guys. Finally after getting my truck and inspecting it, my windshield was cracked, my AC now only blows out of the dash vents (no floor board, or back seat vents work right). My defrost takes 10 mins before it will blow on the windshield. After getting on the highway my cruise control is also broke. After calling and returning to the service department to complain I was told theres no way they broke it because they didn't work on the cruise control, AC or have anything hit the windshield. Although they can fix it if I want them to. All in all I will never return to this service depart for anything other than tire air. However the dealership side of the house seems a lot better and have bought serval cars from them. I recommend taking your ford to hilton head (20 mins away) and have them do your repairs.

Took my truck in for an oil change and had my Toddler son and daughter with me. The wait was about 2 hours and our customer service guy, Robert C., played with the kids and kept them entertained for a little bit! Then when our truck was done he held my kids as I paid, and walked them to the truck and buckled them in their car seats! Best customer service I've ever dealt with. Also an employee on the sales floor gave my kids a pack of crackers! 2 hours well spent

Watch out for this dealership because they like to mislead people! I purchased a Focus St back in October of 2015. I was told during financing by James Eady that my $795 GAP insurance policy would be refunded if I traded the car in. Within 7 months I decided to trade the Focus St in because the car was extremely uncomfortable as a daily driver. I went in the dealership and filled out the paperwork with current finance guy, David Ditman, in order to receive my prorated GAP insurance refund. I waited over a month and no refund check ever came in the mail. I called the finance department but could never get anyone on the phone. I emailed David Ditman but he never had the decency to tell me I was never going to receive a GAP refund. I had no choice but to make the drive to the dealership. Then they finally told me that the GAP is nonrefundable. You would think with an abundant number of car dealerships around that they would appreciate your business and just be honest with you. When Mike Offer, the general manager, was told about how me and my family felt about being misled and mistreated, he was very rude and said they have never mistreated anyone. A dishonest statement from a dishonest person! Well, I hope they enjoyed the profit they made off of me because I will never set foot in this dealership again!!
