I had an excellent and positive experience with the service department. I bought my truck just 5 weeks ago (at JC Lewis). 2 weeks after I took delivery, someone backed into my bumper at the grocery store. I was crushed. I stopped by JC Lewis to get an estimate as to how much repairing the bumper would be. I was told the price and it was reasonable. So, I decided to have the repair made (replaced the bumper). I had the collision center order the part. When the part arrived they called and we set up an appointment to get the part replaced. Since I had an appointment I was told that the replacement would only take 24 hours. Because I live over an hour away from the dealership that was very important. I dropped my truck off at 12:00pm and rented a car. The next day I returned and turned in my rental. I was able to pick up my truck within the time frame that the collision center quoted. This was wonderful. The staff was so nice too.Thank you JC Lewis....your company rocks.
