Conrad Bali Resort & Spa Review

I went without much expectation... but it was good. The working people are smart and friendly. The towels are very generous. Haha, they filled up the amenities right away and provided bottled water for free. After all, the size of the mail pool is the best part. The pool water quality management seems to be doing well. However, breakfast and other restaurants are... soso. If you go to the right from the resort's main entrance, there are some restaurants, so we recommend eating there.

A very nice hotel upscale. The staff is everywhere very friendly and accommodating. The food and drinks in the restaurants are high priced. It is very quiet and perfect for relaxing. The pool area is generous. There is a direct beach access. The swimming section is very small due to various water sports. In addition, there are many stones and dirt on the beach and in the sea. Unfortunately not suitable for snorkeling. A massage in the spa is recommended. The restaurant Eight Degrees South is very romantic. The sushi in the restaurant RIN is delicious.

While the location of the hotel isn't as buzzing with tourists as Seminyak or as culturally rich as Ubud, it offers a large selection of nearby dining options, hotel resorts, spas and convenience stores. With it's beautiful ocean views, refreshing swimming pools and manicured gardens, the Conrad Bali is a place you won't even need to leave if you don't want to. The executive suite is stunning. Amenity after amenity can be found in the room - from a dining area with an automated espresso machine and a food processor to dressing area fully stocked with toiletries & a bathroom with a rainfall shower and massive separate bathtub and television! My jaw dropped in amazement at how large the sure was. The ocean view is spectacular. Hotel staff are truly wonderful and pleasant and eager to assist with anything you may need. A bit of a splurge compared to some other properties in Bali but certainly worth what you pay.

We took a group of Business Owners from India for a 6-nights residential Global Leadership Program and brought the best speakers from India-Asia. Our biggest fear was the hotel stay, food and service- Business Owners are very fussy people! But Conrad Bali is a class apart. From the size of the room to the banquets to the design of the entire hotel, everything is simply the best. The Conrad Bali Team went out of their way to please our guests. And our guests were delighted. The food quality, the banquet team's service standards, the housekeeping, the safety- everything is world-class. Thank you Conrad Bali! I recommend this place for all your high-end programs.

I go to Bali several times a year, but Conrad Bali was my first stay.
As it was cheaper than hotel which we stayed so far, we stayed without expecting much. But satisfaction was high.
First of all it was a room, but it was a room with a view of the newly renovated sea, so I was able to spend it very comfortably. I like the interior because it feels like Balinese.

Good place to stay...Spa is very expensive...Food is average...Staff not very efficient specially reception desk.

A good hotel for holidays with family and enjoying the beach of Tanjung Benoa with various activities on the beach. You can enjoy the relaxed atmosphere around the beautiful hotel, without being disturbed by the noise of vehicles and crowds. Come and enjoy this hotel. You will be comfortable

Gorgeous resort for a family holiday. Not in the middle of the action, so it's not for you if you want to party or experience life as a local. Definitely get a car or bike and explore the rest of the island (even though it's tempting to stay in the hotel!)

It is a very beautiful resort hotel. I felt that the staff were well educated.
Restaurant food is also delicious.
You can do anything without leaving the hotel except shopping (laughs)

I have to say I'm very disappointed in this hotel. My room is very dirty when I first checked in. Bath tub had grey marks, dead bugs on the shampoo bottles. Staff don't greet in the morning (unlike the other two hotels we stayed in Bali). I don't know if this is due to the renovation. The only thing I like is the bear in the room...

The facilities are maintained very well and the quality is guaranteed.

My wife and I had an amazing experience spending Christmas with the Conrad! I have been a Diamond member since early 2019 and was very surprised when my Premium King with a Garden view was upgraded to a Private Villa (often booked by honeymooners) upon check in. The Villa was double the value and we couldn t have been happier with the space. The staff at the resort pools were amazing and really made the Holiday feel special. The food was excellent across all locations and the complementary 2 hour cocktail hour for club members made for a nice pre-dinner experience. Overall great trip and I would recommend this resort to anyone, both newly wed couples and families.

Good Hotel and service. Getting a bit old, renovation needed. Breakfast counters for eggs etc could be organised more efficient. Found it strange that they want to charge Wifi in the room separately, while free in public areas. Wifi should be provided free for a hotel of this category.

Gorgeous with outstanding service and incredible views. The Villa was worth every penny!! And they do your laundry for you free!!!

This is our 6th time staying at this resort. Unpretentious compare to other 5 chain hotels. Conrad welcomes you and make you feel like home. Our kids love the pool. It's as nice as Mulia Hotel pool. Mulia wins with their clean white sandy beach. The new renovated rooms are nice touch up. Beautiful facility throughout the resort. Book this hotel you won't be dissapointed. (Greg & Ariska Munoz)

The room was comfortable ... the view was good ... unfortunately the tv was in trouble ... the internet was fast and I didn't complain about the TV

One of the best Hotels/Resorts to live in Nusa Dua. We lived In Deluxe Ocean King room which was bang opposite the Nusa Dua beach. Extremely good service and amazing food 24 hours a day. The morning breakfast platter was huge and overall room hygiene was 5/5. The only two disappointments - Jiwa Spa is expensive(try Ayana or Sekar Bagat) and the hotel promissed a Limouzine drop but gave only the Toyota Innova. Overall, amazing place to be in.

This was the most unpleasant stay I had ever!!!
Knowing Bali is a nature place, but didn t expect any bites in a five star hotel s bed.
Breakfast has limited choices and yet , the latte glasses is so broken that it fell out its handle when you want to drank it! Having seen the coffee poured all over your shirt, the hotel staff( a few just ignored and just one poor guy carry some tissues over) said to help you Change the table and claimed you didn t use the cup properly!!! Oh my!! How would I carry the mug with its handle is a WRONG thing to do!
Overall, don t get tempted to come by its price and b and name.

We stayed at ayana but had dinner at conrad. Service was slow. Food was really bad and really expensive. The table next to us came later but had food delivered before us and we ordered the same dish. They also had crackers, we didnt. Getting the bill took forever. Not recomended.

Excellent Staff, Grounds and Service..The property is quite large with Full Service Spa, Retail spaces and lots of pools...

It had all the facilities we needed and more. So much space, so many pools, such good service. I had an awesome time in Bali and the Conrad was a big part of that.

Food was decent, but perhaps slightly overpriced for its quality. Very nice setting and service though!

I had my wedding here. It was a wonderful experience and moment that i had. The wedding coordinator was so patiently arrange our plan a, plan b, and even plan c. Thanks conrad.

Very nice resort hotel however falling short in a few areas...
- although a beach resort, the beach is unusable. Coarse sand, broken shells and murky water. Too much water sports in the area. Use the pools.
- suites are a long walk from the reception.
- no air conditioning in the reception
- not very close to the town of Kuta. Up to a 40 min taxi ride.
- not close at all to the natural attractions, all more than 2 hrs away by car.
Plan to spend most of your time in the hotel pools if you come here and I indulge in the water sports.
Staff are courteous and friendly. Always a smile and a hello.
Rooms are well kept and spacious.

As expected is Conrad.
It was a really wonderful expression.
However, the Japanese communicator did not respond well. Conrad wanted you to rethink your contract, as the difference was subtle.

I felt the location and the atmosphere, the wonderful response of Conrad staff, and I wanted to stay here for a long time.

Discovered while walking by. Beautiful grounds, friendly staff. Suitable for weddings, they have a small chapel. The associated beach is beautiful.

Room quality isn't bad. Breakfast is nice. However dinner quality isn't good.

Beautiful hotel, impeccable service, the pool is just amazing and the rooms very spacious with sea view. The restaurants are also very good. We really enjoyed our stay at Conrad Bali.

Great hotel and resort, it's a not too touristy area but has the amenities like convenience stores located within walking distance from the hotel grounds. Several swimming pools. Breakfast is also great here.

Some of the rooms require quite a bit of a walk though if you end up in the fourth wing

Excellent attentive staff, good food, very spacious rooms and well kept pools with loungers (there are also some at the edge of the resort facing the beach). Generally, everything you would expect from a place like this. The beach is nice when you're not being pestered by people trying to sell you activities but they're also usually understanding if you're clear that you just want to relax. This was close to being a 5 star review but had to have one knocked off due to renovation works being carried out on one block. It's a necessary inconvenience to keep things up to date and they do keep the noise limited to core waking hours as you would expect but it's usually on at prime swimming / lounging time and quite close to the main pool so will have a material impact on your reading / resting. I hear they have more works lined up so do check before booking and wait until they're done or negotiate a discount.

Very good hotel with good service and stuff but no swimming beach

Great 5-star resort. We booked a "Garden view standard room" and were upgraded to an "Ocean view room" upon check in. The rooms are nice but not overly so. The resort is well laid out and the restaurants are good as well. Pricey ($60-100 for a 2-person dinner), but good. The buffet breakfast is very good. The hotel is in the Nusa Dua area and there is not much outside the 5-star resort bubbles. If I go to Bali again, I'll most likely find a resort in the Seminyak area which has much more available in the way of shopping and dining.
