I've lived in many states, and this location is one of the best places I've gone to. I live about 25 min away from here, and there are a handful of other car shops around me, but I prefer to come here because everyone here is friendly and professional, and I'm always treated with respect when I bring in my vehicles for service. Chad is our service advisor and he's an amazing guy. The only reason why I gave this place 4 stars is because this location is very busy so the wait can take awhile when you drop off and pick up your vehicle.

We traded in a truck we bought a couple of years ago from J.C. Lewis for a more family-friendly one now that our son has been born. We walked in with high expectations about what it would take money-wise for us to be comfortable with the trade in. They made it happen! Even though we worked with a new car salesperson who we know from when we bought the truck, he understood we were looking for a pre-owned vehicle and helped us find the right one at the right price. We walked away with a dependable 2013 Escape and a good amount money in our pocket in exchange for our 2014 Ford F-150. Excellent experience from start to finish!

JC Lewis is the most amazing dealership I have ever worked with. Ted and Peter Hershey, Stella, and David went above and beyond to make a Father s Day gift happen seamlessly. I was able to purchase and leave with the truck I wanted without issue and surprise my husband. We have purchased several vehicles from them and we always get superb service. They are truly amazing and will get you out of there with a payment you can afford and without issue.

When I walked into service drive, I was not immediately greeted. I walked up to the person and started explaining my issue. The car has a check engine light that came on last night, the car jumps when taking off, and on top of all that there is a SAFTEY recall on my car. He told me that they can not even look at my car until 4 weeks out. Meanwhile they are putting my saftey at risk. How can they not even look at it to see how big of a risk it is? Bad overall experience.

Best customer service I've ever had in a car deale...

Best customer service I've ever had in a car dealership. If you are prepared and have everything you need to buy a car that is going to be the fastest experience you ever had when getting a car. We liked a car but we did not like the monthly payment so they did everything they could to get us a comfortable monthly payment and the must-have packages. I have been two times and has been great. Quetin, Reynaldo and the Cuban guy forgot your name but you were the best. I would highly recommend it.

Ed was very patient with us as we were deciding, and knowledgeable about the vehicles. He helped is find the perfect vehicle after telling him what we were looking for. He waited patiently as my husband and I decided if we were ready to take the plunge then and there. He did everything within his power to make us happy. Clearance also did a great job at helping us select the best warranty plan and finalizing the sale. I'll definitely be referring J.C. Lewis and Ed to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle.

Update: I went to get my oil changed Monday and there was a problem getting the plug off. They said they needed to replace the whole oil pan (I may be using the wrong terms, I know NOTHING about vehicles) because it was completely messed up, which is covered in my bumper to bumper warranty. But they had to order the parts needed. The parts came in the next day and they had me come in today to get it done. They went out of their way to get this done as quickly as possible, and were very accommodating. Chad was the person I was working with, and he did an excellent job. He did everything he could do to make it expedient and kept me informed the whole time. I am very happy with how everything was handled and am very grateful to Chad and Ford for all their help. I will continue to go there for all my vehicle needs and recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle or in need of service! Thank you Ford, and thank you Chad!

He didn't let us down and he kept us updated and his Word is bond. I will recommend him to anyone I know that is searching for a vehicle. I went to get my oil changed today I scheduled an ...

I went to get my oil changed today I scheduled an appointment for 10 I got there a half hour early which wasn t an issue. I asked how long the wait would be they said roughly hour or hour and a half I said ok I will wait . So after about an hour goes by I get a call saying they couldn t change my oil the drain plug was to tight and whoever did it last may owe you and oil pan which is funny because I did it myself and I know it wasn t cross threaded or over tightened down. So I go home a little frustrated I climb under my truck and they had changed the oil filter before they even drained the oil which isn t usually how it s done and the oil filter appears to be leaking. So I checked the drain plug and it was just snug not super tight from what they were saying. So I called and asked if I could just get the oil and do it myself at this point I m wondering what was going on and why they didn t want to change my oil. So they gave me the 8 quarts of oil they were going to use to change the oil in my truck with free of charge and it s not even the right kind of oil my truck calls for. So now I guess I ll just go buy the dextos 0w20 fully synthetic my truck calls for instead of the cheap synthetic blend they were going to use that wasn t dextos rated . I m just wondering what s going on in the shop over there unbelievable

New to area we were looking for a Ford dealer for service. Got my wifes car scheduled. When she took it in a couple of hiccups almost caused her to walk out, mad as a hornet. But one of the service managers stepped in and by the end of the visit had made my wife and me a fan. They went above and beyond to correct some customer service issues and in the in the end they have secured our business. We both own Fords and this is now our dealership.

J. C. Lewis on Abercorn in Savannah did it right! - Lanard Mansell is our salesman. He provided a no hassle, give you what you re asking for experience. We knew exactly what vehicle we wanted and he got it for us. that simple.
We went in NOT completely prepared and because of this we had a couple hiccups. The sales manager and the finance manager, both help us through the process and enough cannot be said about the assistance we received.
It happened to be Black Friday, (we weren t thinking) and the Finance Dept got a little backed up. Lanard bought us lunch !! Couldn t believe it.
Buying a car is such a hassle. I am 57 and have bought quite a few new cars. This BY FAR is my best new car buying experience.

I have bought the last two preowned vehicles from JC Lewis. Tom Merritt handled my sale. The service was great both times. What s most important is the quality of the vehicles they have on the lot. When you buy a used car, you never really know what you are going to get. My perception is they meticulously select their inventory. That makes it easier to trust your personal decision to go preowned. Shopping price alone is a mistake. You must consider the reputation of the dealership. JC Lewis has earned 5 stars from me.

I will definitely recommend this dealership and staff, i came to look at the focus st and got to test drive!! My parents went yesterday to purchase a new Ford Edge or Explorer. It took 20 minutes before someone even approached us. Finally we got someone to help us, Ethan. The salesman began to help us with what we were interested looking at. We found a new 2019 Edge SEL that had what we wanted. We began discussing payment options and spent 2 hours getting it done. But, we come to find out it was sold. So we look at a 2019 Edge Titanium. It was closing time so we told them, please work out the numbers and give us a call since we live 2 hours away and don t want to waste the trip. Ethan had an appointment at 9:30 and told us he would contact us so we could head over to meet him at 2pm on Saturday. Well it is now 2 and we get no call. My father calls the dealership to speak with Ethan or Matt, the sales manager. Ethan was with someone and when being connected to Matt the receptionist hung up on my dad. He called back and Matt finally answers. My dad explained how he never got a call and Matt says he will call him back in 10 minutes with the figures, it is now 2:15p. We do not get a call back until 5p from Ethan. He tells us the figures and my dad says ok I will need to discuss with my wife and get back to you in 30 minutes the most. We get a text from him to authorize to pull their credit and no more than 5 minutes later, Ethan texts us telling us the car is possibly going to be sold. He then insists on a car that did not have what my parents wanted. Then at 6 my dad gets the text that the car is sold. Never in all our experience have we dealt with something like this before. Horrible experience and waste of our time. Obviously they don t care about the customer and just want to get a sale. I wouldn t even give them 1 star.

Great communication and a pleasant transaction.
I purchased a 2016 Ford F250 King Ranch with 72,000 miles online. When I went to see and pick it up, I was delighted in the condition of the truck. It exceeded my expectations.

I worked with Chris Lewis (no relation to the dealership btw) and he was excellent - fast communication (even after hours by text) and when I met him, he was also a nice guy!!!

I got a great truck at a great price. I would absolutely buy from Chris and JC Lewis Ford again.

Where do I begin?!? Walked onto the lot just to look and left completely satisfied in a new Fusion. No, they didn't push me to buy or make me feel obligated. They provided friendly and helpful information concerning my wants and desired. Steve Hewitt was genuinely fabulous and Mr. Eady helped calm my "omg" I can't believe I'm about to do this nerves. Although I would have really liked for my monthly payments to be lower, with my credit and wants in the car they did a great job of lowering the price. Highly recommend this staff :)

I have always been treated well at JC Lewis, in sales, service, and parts. What more can we say.....it s the type of experience you expect any time you go some where to do business.

After having to deal with insurance companies and a lot of paperwork when my husband totaled his Flex, Peter made our purchase of a new vehicle exciting and smooth. Within 2 weeks of the accident, we were driving off in an F-150 STX. I plan to head back soon for my Mustang! Seriously, if you find yourself at JC Lewis, ask for Peter. He won't steer ya wrong!

I took our '07 Mustang with only38,000 miles to the service department for an oil change, a Takata airbag recall replacement, an air filter change, and for them to take a look at my brakes and struts, because there was a popping on hard lefts. I wanted to wait with the car, since it was a 10:30 appointment, and I figured I could get out of there by 2 or 3 p.m. They suggested renting a car, so I did (the Enterprise there was nice, and the rental was about $35/day), but when I called for updates and to see if I could get my car around 4, they kept transferring me to my service rep, Mike Shum, where I had no answer and no call back. My car was kept overnight without any updates.

In person, Mike was nice, but I was disappointed, because they ended up tightening a part without calling to inform me of a price difference, and my car, according to the mechanic's record, was finished at 4.

They gave me a quote to have brakes, rotors, tie rods, and rubber bushings replaced--$2,000.00?! Don't treat me like an idiot because I'm a woman at a dealership. I'm from a Ford family from Detroit. Nice try. And to top it off, I paid $183 for an oil change, air filter, and a part tightened, along with the quote. That should be about $100 less at most other service places.

Unfortunately, I won't return for service. I would highly suggest going elsewhere.

Our salesperson, Meghan, was absolutely exceptional in accommodating our needs and budget. This was a unique car buying experience. The dealership wanted to be sure I was happy with what I was getting and had as much information as I needed to make my decision .
