At first I thought this was the most horrible place you can go to. Took my car for an oil change and coolant flush, it came back making a weird noise. Mechanics told me it was the water pump but why would you work on a car if something broke already. They replace my water pump and car still was making weird noise without any answers from mechanics. They told me they didnt knew what it was. So then I proceeded to trade it in because i didn t want to bring home a broke car that they didnt knew what was wrong with them. Salesman David Ditman was trying to put me in a 2018 car but Matt Snyder Used car sales Manager was very nasty and out his mouth he told me that there was nothing he can do for me. He didn't even try to help me. To be honest every black person who came through that door got turn down. Its like he didn't have no mercy on us and didnt want to help. One day later Manger over the whole sales department called and asked was still interest in the car. Long story short. Im an African American owner of a 2018 Mustang.
