The cars he showed us were appropriate based on what we asked him to find. He was helpful and easy to keep in touch with...we are glad to be working with Eriq and JC Lewis for the duration of our Ford.

Visiting from out of town, check engine light on my F350 Super Duty. Met with service advisor Carol. Truck needed a part that had to be ordered and a 2-day job. Good experience overall, would recommend. I will post again in 30 days to report on how the repair holds up. Docked one star because check-in was a bit of a free-for-all; could use better signage on street directing you to service check in, no real organization to getting in front of an advisor. But once checked in, my advisor Carol kept me informed about the diagnosis and repair status, which was a nice treat. This service department is a good representative of Ford.

Great service from staff that was honest and willing to do what it takes to help me make the right choice. After visting multiple dealerships with my situation, this was the only place that put me in a vehicle the same day. They looked out for my best interest and made the deal happened, unlike many other places. Highly recommend!

I worked with Ethan Lesondak hammering out a deal for a new mustang. Ended up with a great price, and i'd encourage others to work with him.

Originally haggling over price and sale was great. However, support after the sale was low. The car didn t come with a manual or the supplement for the model I bought. Eventually they supplied a manual but refused to order the supplement. I was able to work with another ford dealer and eventually pay for it myself, just a bit ridiculous considering the car from ford would have come with both items.

I was searching for a used Jeep Wrangler for my son, and I found one at J.C. Lewis Ford in Savannah, GA. I was working with Jim Rein and I was amazed at his honesty about the Jeep. They had just got the Jeep in and during their thorough vetting process, they discovered some issues with the Jeep. Jim could have sold me THAT Jeep but advised me to let him keep looking for me. It's rare to find people with that kind of honesty today. I will always be a fan of J.C. Lewis Ford in Savannah for really caring about their customers more that just making a dollar. Kudos to Jim Rein for being a good man and helping a single mom out. Integrity goes a long way in my book.

My husband explained that I would need a loaner while our car was being repaired. Chad T.took care of all details. He made the process easy from the point of check in to updating us on the status of our repair, making reservations for the loaner and checkout when I returned to pick up my car. I went into JC Lewis Ford and had the most amazing car buying experience one could wish for. As a woman going into buy a SUV by myself I was afraid I'd be taken advantage of. The exact opposite happened. I was greeted by Rodney who became my salesman & took such great care to listen to what I wanted. I never thought I could get a brand new SUV, but I did! I got a 2017 Ford Explorer & I am in love with it. Alberto helped me get awesome financing at a rate all my family was shocked at how low the interest was.
I highly recommend JC Lewis Ford!!! Be sure to ask for Rodney to help you get the car of your dreams just like he got me.

Went in to ask a question that another dealership was to busy to concern their selves with, and received the utmost respect and professionalism I have ever received at a car dealership. They took the time and thoroughly answered my question and a few others and DID NOT pressure me into buying something I did not want nor need. As a life long driver of Ford automobiles I am both impressed and appreciative of your excellent service center. Being a retired pastor after 40 years of service, I have experienced service departments that were less than eager to work on my automobile because I purchased it from another dealership! Not the case with JC Lewis. The layout of your facility is wonderful too. Also, Mr. Barry Drummond took very good care of me. Thanks for a wonderful experience, if there is such a thing when one is having to make repairs to their automobile!

I searched for the right truck for two months. I drove 2 hours to get here. I had it set up with Virgil, who was great by the way. He did not pressure me at all and even let me compare differences with another truck side by side. They were very nice to me and my six year old son. Process was quick and easy. This was probably my easiest car purchase and most enjoyable. Virgil went out of his way to make me happy and make sure I was well taken care of. I will definitely purchase again from JC Lewis Ford!

Traded in a awesome Chevy for a larger used Ford F-150 to accommodate two rear facing car seats. Worked with Tim Talley. Stupid us didn t get extended warranty. Bought August 2018 fast forward 3 months and 2 weeks when limited warranty ran out trucks getting stuck in 5th gear and stalling out. Took it to service paid for full inspection and got it fixed 1000k later. They were supposed to do oil change and forgot. Good thing cause I took it to a local mechanic shop and got oil change to find out that the turbos are leaking the rear head plate is leaking, timing cover is leaking.... and so on. Have pictures and was told that is was old damage. Like has to have happened before we bought truck and wasn t disclosed. Also no one mentioned it after paying for the inspection. It s hard to miss. Called about 10 times to both local dealerships and Jill at Savannah finally talked to me after everyone else transferred me. Saying I should have got the warranty. Now mom of 2 year old and 5 month old stuck with a deployed husband and a car that I m told isn t safe to drive. All because I thought buying from JC Lewis was the smart choice being it was a highly rated dealership. I thought they would do the right thing but I was wrong. Be careful buying used from this dealership and be sure to buy extended warranty.

Edited changed rating from 1 star to 3 because Ted Hershey called and made this right. I took the truck it and after inspecting it he agreed to cover the costs of repair and even offered a loner car.

I wasn't even planning to trade in my Escape until I noticed a sign in the waiting area. I went in for service and wound up with a new Escape. They made me a deal I just couldn't refuse. Kudo's to the finance person Tim. I asked him to rewrite my loan to add my wife to the contract and he did all the extra work to make me a happy customer. I also appreciate the respect and attention given in the service area. The sales staff is also friendly and don't push ju I to make a sale. This is the second vehicle I bought there and always have the services performed there. Five out of five as far as I am concerned.

This review is about the service department. I've previously had a positive experience with sales. I bought my Escape new in 2015 here and was happy with the process.

The service department here, on the other hand, is a total mess. The first time I took my car in for work was when the stitching was coming up on the back seat, 3 months after I bought the car. My original service contact quit and didn't pass my info on to someone else so I was left waiting for months before I called to find out they didn't even have me in the system. They then "fixed" the stitching under warranty but it was so terribly done the service agent was embarrassed to show me. Before he even showed me the repair he said, we'll definitely get this done right. They had me drive from Pooler to come look at a repair job that they were embarrassed to show me. They eventually replaced the whole cover and fixed the stitching.

During my second service visit, they scratched and dented the driver's side door and kept my car for almost three weeks to fix it.

I would definitely recommend going ANYWHERE else for service. The people here don't care about you or your vehicle at all. It's frustrating and not worth the team or money.

EXCELLENCT - That is the word to describe our experience with JC Lewis Ford in Savannah. From Mike in Service, to Sales manager Joe Lewis to Peter Hershey in Sales and his assistant Stella Farrinacci, to David in finance - we had an excellent experience. We took a vehicle in for service and then shopped for a potential trade up while we waited. Peter Hershey is about the most professionally adept and caring salesman we have dealt with in years. He even picked us up some Chick-fil-A because we had a long day! That is beyond courteous customer care! Stella was great too, seeing to the details of prepping our purchased vehicle. Peter put together a no nonsense deal for us and sent us over to David. He got us the numbers we wanted with no games and made the process simple. We will definitely see them first when we are ready to purchase again.

If your in the market for a Ford, Lincoln or Mazda, you have to visit J.C. Lewis. Ask for Zabet Miaalik. She is one of the great sales persons i have ever worked with. She was on point with everything I told her I wanted in a vehicle. The finance consultant Clarence Gadson was also one of the greatest. He help me get an APR that only a person with a 700 and above credit score could qualify for. Together they make a great team. Me and my daughter are greatly appreciative of the service we received from the both of you. Thank you for working our two car deal.

I totaled my Carolla a few weeks ago and needed to find a replacement vehicle quickly. My first stop was at JC Lewis Ford as they had a few cars listed in my price range. I was met by Virgil with my wife and 2 month old son in tow. He was very friendly and organized! He was able to show us exactly what we were looking for and we thought we better try a few other places. Virgil joked that we already found the best deal in town and there was no need. Boy was he right.

I went next door to Dan Vaden Chevrolet and they were a complete mess. They didn't know what they had in stock and didn't ask the appropriate questions to find what we wanted like Virgil did. We ended up waiting for a sales associate wandering around the lot lost and when I went looking for him, he determined that the car he was going to show us didn't have working A/C.

A few other stops and I knew to call Virgil back. He got the car off the lot and cleaned up for us while we went to pick up our trade-in vehicle and feed the baby at home.

Now car buying takes a bit of time and he was there for us to hold our baby boy when we needed free hands and made us feel like guests. Anyone who's had a newborn knows any minute could be melt-down city but they were expeditious and kept us comfortable.

I could go on about how many of the other associates popped in and kept us entertained with some fun stories and jokes or how Virgil worked with us even though our budget was a little under what they wanted for the car but I'll keep this short.

The car is fantastic and I'm a customer for life. Five star experience!

There is unfortunately nothing positive I can say ...

There is unfortunately nothing positive I can say about this dealership. I'll start with the high-pressure degrading experience received in the sales department. After it was clear they had no vehicles to match my needs (not that they were interested in actually listening to what I wanted) I left and gave them my number to call me specifically if they had what I was looking for. Unsurprisingly they called back every day for the next week, each message getting more and more desperate...without ever actually having what I need. Then let's discuss the service department. My husband has a Raptor so he prefers getting service done at a Ford dealership to ensure any service done is done correctly. Sadly, this is not the case with this dealership. First, some tech left the oil cap off when doing a simple oil change. Mistakes happen, I get that, but perhaps someone should be checking their techs' work if they can't perform a simple oil change. Next, I recently brought that same truck in for brakes and an assessment for other possible issues. From the moment I called them to make an appointment they started with the high pressure sales. The service rep who picked up the phone was adamant that I only speak with him when I came in. This tells me that the service reps work off commission which is a huge problem for me. It creates the incentive to make up problems that don't exist in order to upsell people and get more money in the service reps' pockets. Now onto the conversation I had with the rep when he called to tell me what the truck needed. He rattled off 3 different flushes that were absolutely necessary along with the known brakes and front and rear differentials. Two of those absolutely necessary flushes aren't called for in the owner's manual for another 16 thousand miles and the third I can find no mention of whatsoever. I let him know we wouldn't be going with the 3 superfluous flushes and asked for an updated quote before work began. When he didn't call me back in 2 hours I called him back and of course had to leave a message. Imagine my surprise when I got a call 1.5 hours later that my truck was done! Done? How can that be?? I didn't authorize any work!! When I reminded him of this his response was, "oh." Not I'm sorry, not wow, you're right. So I then found out how much it was going to cost for work already completed. I'm hoping it's general incompetence from everyone at the dealership and not because I'm a woman but either way, I couldn't care less. We'll be going to any other Ford dealership in the future.

As a travel RN in in your ICU at Memorial, I have been working long hours and self isolating... It took 2 days, but I finally got my truck to JC Lewis Ford in Savannah yesterday afternoon. Evan Christoffles, (the man at the service counter) listened as I told him what I had done and what my truck was doing. He nodded his head and practically finished my sentences. I felt confident that he knew what the problem was. He told me the chances were good that it was going to be an expensive fix.... I was prepared for a bill up to $1,800. He knew this, and he knew that I would pay it. Imagine my surprise when he came back with total 1/6th of that amount... Fixed the same dang day!!! .. It was the part he thought it was, but it didn't need to be replaced only repaired.

When I needed something, they were there and they overly satisfied my wants as well. It was a great experience and I highly recommend meeting Jeana Burke. She was amazing.

From my new vehicle purchase (F-150 to tow my 30' RV Trailer) through my scheduled outstanding vehicle maintenance, General Manager, Michael Offer and Service Manager, Chase Roble have made me feel like Ford family, their favorite Ford Step-Child.
No issue has been so great that their kind demeanor immediately resolved my concerns to my complete satisfaction.
I consider myself a J.C. Lewis, The Ford Place, family member, low be it a favorite Step-Child Next year, with my Ford Stock Purchase and a sweet deal, I hope to move up to a F-250 so I can pull a Fifth Wheel like a hot knife through butter.

Still 5-star service. Knowledgeable both about my car & in regards to scheduling.
Thomas Noel is the man! He was able to quickly alleviate some concerns I had, explaining the engineering and function of some tiny rubber parts on the doors. While conversing with Thomas, he was eager to resolve more of my concerns than I brought the car in for, but he didn't push or make me feel uncomfortable when I conveyed that I had time-schedule obligations which prevented me from leaving my car longer than I expected. Thomas suggested that I bring extended warranty info back to him so he could review that contract and see what magic he could work specifically in regards to the pain of leaving my car for over a day.

Seriously, his knowledge & service was astounding!

So I just took my car in for some cosmetic issues which they resolved. I was worried they wouldn't believe me when I said something rattled when it was warm outside, but they found it, fixed it, and more.

Each employee interacted with was empowered and interested in helping me. When I called to schedule, at one point I was on hold for about 30 seconds when someone answered and asked me why I was on hold, I'm pretty sure that was a manager.

. While I was at the site, there was a frustrated and loud person, their team (multiple people) handled it like pros, and the person who was loud, left happy, but not because they did whatever was necessary, but they knew the lingo and had the techniques to de-escalate. They could understand the person's frustration (who can't empathize when it comes to the feeling of your car not working?), they related to his issues and were all empowered to make a plan that was in everyone's best interest.

They sent me a survey once and I wasn't 100% satisfied, and they contacted me to find out more and addressed my issues. This time, I was 100% satisfied, and they asked I review them on google.

I haven't dealt with other car dealerships at the level I have here, but I have nevertheless been impressed by their service and envious of the power of employees, if only all businesses operated this way.

They also donate to a lot of local charities, as indicated by some signage I saw. I just wanted to give them recognition for that!

The ladies and gentlemen at JC Lewis Ford in Savannah, GA, are the pinnacle of what it is to be true professionals. Immediately when you walk in you are greeted with a welcomeness that's not usual to car dealerships. I never got the vibe that I was chum and the sharks smelled blood in the water. I would like to speak about Justin Mastronardi (my sales person). As a veteran myself it was important to me that I could communicate with someone who wasn't going to pull any punches and was willing to work as hard as I do for the citizens of the United States. Justin was that salesman. He was transparent, astute in his craft, and never once "had to go ask his sales manager". I told him my budget, he worked tirelessly to ensure he put me in the right vehicle for my family and me. I enthusiastically encourage any veteran or civilian, to go see JC, and seek out Justin Mastronardi. Justin is a cut above of any other car salesman I have ever dealt with because he too is a veteran. He understands what mission accomplishment is and he will not rest until he has accomplished a job well done. Thank you JC Lewis for putting me in an unbelievable F150, at an unbelieveable price!

After receiving my bill, I reviewed it and noticed that I did not get my seniors citizen discount, as promised. I went back to the service representative and after a lame excuse I got a refund. Why should I have to correct them?

My son Tyler s Ford 150 clearly had abs, emergency brake sensor issues along with brake rotor issues improperly installed. Thomas Noel Service Advisor fixed, salvaged , and serviced the truck back to new. I would never take my vehicle anywhere again other than a Ford or certified dealership. Tyler will pass this onto his battalion at Fort Stewart.

Absolutely terrible experience. Honestly wouldn t give it one star. Made an appointment a week ago to see a car and after driving 2.5 hours also called and said we were on the way!! Only to get to the dealership to find out the vehicle is unavailable for a test drive. Used car manager was rude and very unapologetic. Waited to speak to the GM and after lots of clicking away on his computer for our troubles they offered the us the exact same deal they gave us before our troubles. So in a nutshell one of us lost a day of pay and one of us left vacation early to go meet some unfriendly, unapologetic people. And the best part is their motto is D.I.R.T.F.T....
