Shane was extremely helpful in showing me all of the features of the 2020 F150 king ranch. He helped install Ford pass and walk me through using the app. JC Lewis found the truck I wanted and had it ready for me in a very timely manner. Great experience and will be back next time I m in the market for another truck.
