I came into JC Lewis off Abercorn late on a Friday. I met Bill James and he was very professional. He showed my wife and I all of the F150 trucks that we wanted to see. After seeing all the trucks, we met David Jung, the sales manager, who was also very professional and Courteous. They knew that I was looking for a good deal and to get out of the vehicle that I was upside down in. I came in the next day and they helped me narrow down to a few vehicles that would be the best match for me. They helped me get to the price point that I needed to be at and answered every and all questions that I could think of. I will be a returning customer when it comes time to trade in.

I came into the service center in a hurry with car issues during a long trip. They understood that i needed to get back on the road and did everything they could to make that happen. It was wonderful and fast service that I very much appreciate!

We traded our 2012 Ford Focus to get out of a title loan. Our 2012 is a great automobile and somebody will get a reliable auto. Circumstances placed us in a position where we were very limited to choose for funds at that time. I never would have thought I'd be in this position...ever. The sale staff worked with us and a huge thank you to Mike Offer, and Steve Hewitt who were able to get us financed on a 2015 Ford Focus. There was a small scratch on the rear passenger door and we will have to get it scheduled for the body shop to repair. The car has several upgrades and is still an SE model.
If you or anyone you know who is looking for exceptional service when purchasing an automobile then J.C. Lewis Ford is the dealership you want to start out with. I assure you that even if you decide to look elsewhere you will not receive the same courteous service.

Went to get a new car due to mine being totalled out. Met Corey and I had my mind on a Buick Lacrosse and found out that both of the buicks were sold. Corey sold me on a Lincoln MKZ. He was very knowledgeable and understood what I was looking for. Had me test drive it and while on the test drive he made me feel very comfortable and confident in this car. I highly recommend J.C. Lewis for your next vehicle purchase. The customer service by the entire staff was phenomenal and were readily available to answer any/all questions I may have had. David Mcalla is a true professional. He went the extra mile to ensure I felt totally comfortable with my vehicle before we began negotiating the final price. In short, he did not waste my time, and ultimately, is why I drove off the lot with a vehicle from J.C. Lewis.

David done everything in has power to help me feel at home and made the whole transaction go smooth for me I don't know what happen behind the scenes, I just felt great to have someone work as hard as he did because I know no one would have done that for me.

I am convinced this Ford dealership is in it for the money. After visiting 4 times in the past year, to pay an outrageous amount of money for a headlight repair and an "inspection" where they told me everything was in the green (I kept the inspection sheet in my car) only to find out my brakes were going out and my transmission was recalled when I got a second opinion. I work as an Uber driver and they gave me the go ahead to drive on bad brakes, which is not only dangerous for me but also for all the people I was driving for that week after. The fact that I had visited this dealership this amount of times complaining about my transmission over the past year and for them to withhold the fact that my transmission was recalled (it's covered under warranty) speaks to the core of what they are about: your money. What a horrible ethos for a dealership that they would knowingly allow someone to drive with faulty parts, this is a very serious "mistake" if it really was one and the repercussions cost me my only means of transportation to my day job and half my income for over a month.

Our experience at J.C. Lewis Ford was amazing!! They have the best staff and prices! We felt like family from the moment we walked through the door. Roger Bazemore was awesome to work with. He's a straight shooter with full communication and was able to help us find the perfect vehicle for our family at an affordable price. The sales manager and finance manager are wonderful! Worst experience ever met with Virgil Cordray in used car sales made an appointment to see a 2016 mustang. When I got there the car was gone apparently a manager decided to drive it home for the night that is what I was told by Virgil. IF YOUR CREDIT SCORE IS 678 AND YOU HAVE 20% DOWN PAYMENT VIRGIL WILL TELL YOU NEED A COSIGNER AND GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND! I WILL GO SOMEWHERE ELSE MY BUSINESS WANTED.

The sales person (david) was very friendly and extremely up beat. Loved his attitude. Some of the younger ones in the black shirts, not so much. I had to speak first to one of them as i was walking in from the lot. He just walked right by and wa going to just ignore me. So don't deal with any of the kids in the black shirts.

Brought my car in for a Check Brake System light that flashed on my car. I had an appointment at 11 am to get it serviced. I then waited 3 hours for them to just replace the battery (that cost $167.00), and was initially charged $350.00 for diagnostics and labor. I am at least giving 2 stars only because after pointing it out and arguing about how much it was the rep felt bad and took off the diagnostic charge of $70.00.... which isn t much to say because the battery was corroded and obviously needed replacing. Should have known I d be ripped off being a young female, learned my lesson. Oh and my sound system is glitching from the moment I left.

My husband I live in Metter which is about 67 miles from our home to buy an Escape. We went there because of all the good things we have heard about J.C. Lewis Ford in Savannah. It was well worth it! Tim was great to us, he showed us exactly what we asked for,there were two of them a 2014 & a 2015. He showed us the difference's between the two, he showed us all the safety features of them both. He did not try to push us into anything. Tim was very polite and friendly as was everyone in the dealership.

My Tinkmobile is riding even smoother than the 1st day I brought her home. I can barely hear her shift gears anymore! No more being thrown forward when she's shifting gears either. It's like I got a brand new car. The difference is AMAZING!! I was really nervous when the engine light went on after hours in Savannah. Imagine my panic. I knew there was no way I was going to manage to get her the 2 hours back to Baxley and another 2 hours back to Savannah on Monday to get her fixed. I knew both the Enterprise Car Rental and the FORD service center would be closed, probably leaving me stranded but thankfully Mr. Judson was on site when I drove in. He was so thoughtful and kind, helping me to fill out the paperwork to get my Tinkmobile worked on AND helping me to find a rental car. Luckily, Savannah Toyota was able to step-up and get me into a vehicle so I wasn't stranded for the weekend. I'd like to recognize everyone in the USED CAR office for their many kindnesses to me Saturday, most especially Mr. Judson! My husband would like to thank him too. I was so thrilled to learn from Mr. Johnson that all the parts needed to repair Tink were on hand and the repairs were covered under warrantee too. I was pleasantly surprised to learn the engine light did not return a code after the repairs were made and I choose to believe those issues were the only problems we needed to deal with. I assure you I am beyond thrilled with the work done on my Tinkmobile. Thank you ALL so very much! Donna Wright

This place is a joke,, The salesman had no desire to help us,, did not showed us any other trucks in the lot. After purchasing over 10 vehicles in the past( different places), this is by far the worst experience. Did I mention I had money in hand for this transaction. Just take a look at the facilities and see it for your self..

From start to finish, my experience purchasing my new F-150 from JC Lewis was fantastic. Quentin was a pleasure to work with and went out of his way to help me find the right truck at the right price.

We have bought many cars/trucks in our 40 year of marriage. This time we bought a 1 tear old REAL NICE TRUCK. Being 1 year old there were a few things that it needed. So I'll go from sale to service. Searched the internet, found what I liked. Requested contact about the truck. Salesman Mr. Jesus Gonzalez sent me a text, he didn't bomb me with phone calls, like many others did. I set the appointment to go see the truck (in the pouring rain) Mr. Jesus Gonzalez had it waiting on me when I arrived. I took the test drive. When we were gone they valued my trade in. Mr.Jesus Gonzalez answered all my questions. We went back and forth on the price of the trade and the new truck. We came came to a deal. OK HERE IT IS!! Dreaded time to go sign the paperwork. Mr. Joe Welch was our finance manager. He knew I was leary when we sat down. Mr. Joe Welch went over everything with us, answered all of our questions. It's was very refreshing that he didn't try to up sale every product they have. I bought what we needed. OK HERE IT IS!! time for a few thing to be fixed. The service dept.
(They agreed during the sale to repair a few things) they called me the next day to schedule a time for me to drop my truck for repairs. Mr. Warren Bacon took my truck and gave me a loaner to drive. Mr. Warren Bacon called me the next day and gave me an update. During the time the service dept had my truck, the loaner gave me some trouble. I called. Mr.Jesus Gonzalez and he had another loaner waiting for me when I arrived. Mr. Warren Bacon kept in touch with me every day, keeping me posted on the repairs. When I picked up the truck there was a slight problem with the repair. Mr. Warren Bacon took care of it immediately. So if you read this long review, here's the point.... My wife and I have bought many cars over the year's. ( Several from JC. Lewis) The 3 men I mentioned above made it painless. They took very good care of us.
