I've been interning at Lily's for a few weeks now, and I can see how everyone works really hard to vouch for the talent and get them working. It's a great agency to be represented by, especially if you're interested in print and commercial work.

My daughter was with them for a few years and the last two years of her being signed with them was unprofessional. They changed since we were first with them it was like once one of the agents left they stop taking the job serious . There are so many problems I had with them that It will turn into a long speech . Big problem they have bad communication. And when we left to sign with bmg models they showed how ignorant they can be. We came in to pick up her last check and her agent or anyone else said nothing to us or look our way VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. So glad we left

They are simply They best staring with Oliver, Lily and Erica, they scouted me from street literally in 2014 and i did not believe ill have any chance since i had no experience, took a leap of fate and Listen and took there guidance, after many national commercials including Crate and Barrel East Bank Club, Mercedes Benz, 120 Broadway New Your, American Crew, Home Depot and I'm sure i forgot some other companies, i have to say is Worth and happy I'm in there family and they are such good people genuine good people. thank you so much Lilys Talent.
An authentic & real agency, though it's the least of my reccomendations for anyone seeking a serious successful life in the talent/ model indrusty. This agencies is all friendship based. They strictly & will only find bookings & gigs for those who've been signed with them since the very start. They're very popular with more of the younger talent.. ( signing more of the younger talent ) though they don't ever bother to put in the effort that they could and very much do have the potential to put it.. they're constantly seeking new talent? Which has raised much concern through many others that I've talked to that have either been with Lily's or just leaving them.. they're very inconsiderate... & quite frankly very rude.. they never bother to get back with you when calling them even after being signed.. my son ( Age 6 ) was signed with them for over a year & half.. with no bookings and gigs throughout that time we decided to leave... when doing so they were so unbelievably rude about it, and gave such a careless approach on the situation. Something very odd about this place. I'd like to see what goes in behind closed doors, it's a shame that they don't put in half the effort that they could, & despise and throw such deserving people that have so much to offer.. if I were you, I wouldn't bother affiliating with them whatsoever.

I keep having friends , family , others tell me I m pretty but over and over out of nowhere, I ve NEVER tried modeling or had experience in it. I don t know what to do and I m not doing any hobby of any sort and I ve been waiting to get into something. I just don t know how to start please give me details!
I have been in the industry for 10 years modeling/acting and I decided to go to a casting for Lily's for possible representation. I've read reviews online and they seem credible as they are SAG, AFTRA, EQUITY, AFM, and WGA franchised agency.
I was handed a few paperwork that included a welcome letter and a list of photographers to use ($500 special for Lily's talent only). It had stated I needed an updated comp card so I hired my own photographer (permissible by Lily's) as I got a good deal from another photographer.
Two weeks later I submitted 8 pics to be approved (because that is what is stated in the welcome letter) and sent it to Stephanie. No reply. I called the office and asked if she had received my email, then that's when she said that my pictures looked "cheesy", I replied I wanted to make them look "commercial". Stephanie then proceeded to raise her voice stating that "the photographer was not a headshot photographer", that I had "too much make-up on", and they were unusable because they were "taken at a park". She used every excuse in the book how unusable these pics were and that I needed to "follow directions" and use their photographer. She was very unprofessional and condescending.
This sounded fishy. I've been in the business for quite sometime and this sounds like a scam to me if you have to pay $500 upfront for pictures. Agencies make money from bookings (they usually take out 10-20% per work they book you for) not the commission they make from photographers.
I was considering to sign my 2 year old daughter to Lily's but it seems the whole agency is a sham. Parents beware. I went with my gut on this one!
I emailed them few weeks ago to get information and never heard from them,,, anyone one have any recommendations for other agencies??

My son was a talent with Lily s Agency for close to 17 years. Throughout that time we experienced nothing but professionalism and respect.
Sometimes we were going on auditions several times a week and other times it would be slow. I did not hold this against the agency as that my son just didn t meet the criteria of the casting agencies.
I have recommended Lily s to many family members and friends, who have all received the same level of professionalism.

Lily and her staff are one of the best in the industry. My son had the pleasure of being represented by her agency. They had nothing but great advice, pointing us in the right direction. They want the best for their talent and it does pay off. My son did modeling and acting for brands, commercials and television shows earning in a few months a salary that would take an average person one year to make.
