My bike was stolen during the bright day from the front of the porch behind the fence of my property and the insurer still refused to pay my claim saying that my bike supposed to be kept in the garage. I have told the underwriter that I couldn't access my garage because I had a large refurbishment of my property and the skip prevented access to the driveway. This of course wasn't enough and I was told with 'cold blooded' tone of voice that unfortunately my claim cannot be paid because the bike was stolen within the radius of 500m of my garage which is a clause on my policy. Never mind that my porch is 2m away of my garage! The only person benefited from this is a thief. The lesson I learned from this: beware of very calculated insurance policy with AA crafted the way that you are always in disadvantaged position as a customer!

What a nightmare the AA is. They send out Insurance renewals with a password protection which doesn t work! So you end up calling them. After 30mins of being on hold, they cut you off. Go anywhere else but the AA for your Car Insurance, they really don t care!

Terrible place. They treat there staff like slaves. They have no business sense at all, I have no idea how they are still open, overrated, old fashioned and expensive.
The call centre ques are huge as the staff either quit due to inexperienced team management who can't actually manage or get "worked" out of their jobs by total tools who habe favourites. If your face does not fit then your out..
This place is just a insurance call centre. They do not accept the public here.
I would never recommended them for home or car insurance. The only product they offer that they should stick to is break down.
Avoid at all cost for a job. One of the worst call centres in the Northeast. They even make their staff wear t shirts that have embroidered on them "I serve". How low is that. Making you mentally feel like you are their slave.
They will hook you on a fantastic thought of you been able to make plenty bonus and commission but they will do everything they can to stop you earning it. You may go above and beyond for 500 customers, be top of everything on department but mess up on one question die to there terrible old fashioned system then you loose half your money bonus even though the customer is not at detriment and it's a system fault. Dare bring it up amd you will find yourself managed out of a job.
They will also adjust your hours iligaly and make it look like owe them hours "due to router changes" but if you actually count them up, they owe you hours and they give you no notice of changed hours so book time off is almost impossible.
Just avoid at all costs..

DO NOT WORK HERE!! It is one step away from being a concentration camp. I am still in therapy due to the nature of this job. You cold call trying to sell breakdown cover to people who will call you scum, your manager wont care about you, the boss of the building will jog up and down the quayside whilst you self harm at your desk. You are worth so much more. I witnessed so much bullying and torture whilst working here. Vietnam war vets got nothing on us! Don't apply for this job!

Despite the growing list of negative reviews working for this company, I still had it in me to turn up for an interview. Dreadful from the start, late to pick us up, took over 30 minutes just to photo copy documents and give us a form to tick. Interview was the worst I've ever experienced, didn't even look at my CV and didn't care about my previous job experiences and positives! Should have found out about the job on the day then told it would take 24 hours to find out the outcome, which eventually took over this time frame. Even worse, I will not get feedback due to "high level of applications" I find this very unprofessional and will now join the list of people in warning you, do not work for this company!
