One of my favorite places to go! Good service, good food!

Quintessential Ithaca. Delicious food, and good people.

Absolutely abysmal experience. Terrible service and organization. Didn t even get my food after asking twice. Not a single person knows what is going on there. I cannot warn you away strongly enough.

Pricey. 15 for a small plate if hot food. Baked goods are excellent!

Local fare, pleasant staff and a pleasant atmosphere.

Good selection of bagels and cakes. Less good coffee.

Very kind and nice staff. The range of sandwiches they offer is huge and the cashiers do a good job if you have questions. The range of pastries is incredible and very tempting! Never tried but they do have a morning buffet breakfast that has all the essential breakfast items.
I really like the coffee and the espresso drinks! One of the best places after gimme coffee to get coffee from!

Very good selection, helpful, friendly staff. Pricey but worth it when you want healthy, tasty food, as well as sweet, not as healthy treats!

Very nice and helpful staff. Wait for sandwich can be a little long but it's not as bad as it could be.

My food was great and the help was even better! I was visiting the town and hope yo make it back someday!

This is more than just a bakery. Ithaca Bakery has awesome breads, bagels, and pastries as well as an extensive menu of creative sandwiches, delicious entrees, sides and coffee drinks. I also love that you can only get certain sandwiches at certain locations...for example, this location has a mini-menu of "philly-inspired hoagies." A few of my favorites from Ithaca Bakery:

I ve had some great sandwiches here, and there is such a positive vibe. I always try and stop when I am in the area.

The bakery's pastries are awesome oh, the sandwiches are great but the prices are steep and the coffee is hit or miss

Always a pleasure. My go- to place in ithaca. I even get a breve or cap to go in the evening, put it in the fridge and microwave it in the morning since there was no coffee where i was staying. Great sandwiches and prepared foods in a buffet or sandwiches to go.

So deserts are good. I got a sugar cookie, looked beautiful but was the worst cookie I ever bought. The cupcake was dry.

Lunch crowd so we waited a few minutes but the Rebuen was excellent, very lean.

The young man behind the register was rude and had an attitude problem with me because I asked if they had any jalepino bread dinner rolls, he stated no we don't I asked him to please check. He then walked to the back and then came out with a rude voice and said, we don't carry them. I stated to him I brought some there just the day before, he looked confused and said, yeah well we don't have any...so I'm not sure how much more of my money I will spend there, but no more visits any time soon....

Used online ordering with curbside pickup. All went easily. Food was very tasty and a good size / filling sandwich.

Really good food and great staff. You can get a good meal here and some minor groceries and deli/bakery goods to purchase. If I live out in Ithaca I would frequent this place more often.

Great specialty sandwiches and soups with fresh ingredients. A bit pricey, but worth it.

Good food..but american style. If you are looking for eggs on homemade thick crunchy toast with a side of sauteed mushroom and sauteed spinach, this is not the place to go to...nor is any other place in America. I tried to order exactly that...and it turned out to be a thin squishy bread sandwich with generic dry 'scrambled' egg with fresh spinach leaves and mushrooms that were not cooked enough to my liking. But if you like American style bagels/sandwiches/wraps then this is an excellent place to eat. Also, they said the espresso would take 15min, it only took 5min. Despite being super busy, it was relatively quick food service.

Yummy bagel place. Quick service and everything was so fresh. Rosemary bagel was amazing!!!!

Great place to stop for an inexpensive but delicious lunch. Their sandwich selection is awesome.

So many sandwiches, salad bar, soups, desserts, beer and wine. Something for probably everyone!

Ithaca Bakery is catering my wedding reception in June and, although the date has yet to arrive, they have just been amazingly helpful through the planning process. In addition to the figuring out the catering, their staff has really gone out of their way to answer any questions I may have about any part of the wedding and lend suggestions about other vendors, locations, and simple tips to pull off a great wedding. Very helpful, fun to work with and, oh yeah, the food is great!

Their bread is mediocre (which causes problems at many restaurants in town). Stale out of the oven. Other food is ho hum. Atmosphere is boring. Service is hit or miss.

I was in town for about 4 days and I went here 4 times. Never once disappointed with what I got. Desserts were amazing, cider was refreshing and the breakfast sandwiches were delicious. Would highly recommend this place. Plus the prices were very reasonable.

The San Diego bagel (cream cheese with raspberry jalapeno jelly) on the Rosemary salt bagel is a must try! Great coffee also.

Always delicious, great atmosphere, and I really appreciate curbside pickup during this pandemic. I can still enjoy Ithaca Bakery while staying safe. My faves are the Mexican Bagel for breakfast, and the Flat Rock sandwich for lunch! Also a general fan of their soups which rotate all the time, made fresh.

Food and service was great! They offer a wide variety of options for lunch.

Very busy, very popular, huge variety, Quality wise, OK. Suitable to student population.

Now good beer on tap plus the best bagels and sandwiches.

The meat and sauce tasted like they mixed chamiclas like clorox in them. I do not recommend the Sweet Rachel!

Super bummed with my experience. I ordered a steamer and 2 large peanutbutter cookies to go...got to my hotel and I had 2 not so good chocolate chip cookies. The service was slow and it wasn't busy and my steamer was warm at best. It's a super cute bakery. I was there once before years ago and it was much better. Tossed the cookies in the trash and drank my cold steamer.

A staple stop for coffee, lunch or even wine tasting. Very busy on weekends especially around lunch.

A super great place to grab a quick bite and a good coffee! There are plenty of selections, and the service is quick. Definitely a place I make an effort to go to when in the area. Getting food from here and then visiting some of the local falls is a must in the Ithaca area.
