Good service. Clean rooms. Do try their buffet. The food is lovely. Especially the aromatic mildly spiced biryani.

Service is extremely bad. Stayed their for 3 days and worst experience. Not just one instance but multiple times.

Amazing place must visit place. Definitely one of best luxury hotel.

Wonderful ambience with old days charm. Room had all amenities, even those not found in other 5star hotels. Very courteous staff.

Tried the buffet at Eden Pavillion. Found it long and descent. Continental courses were good, Chinese and Indian was not upto that mark.
Desserts were good. Had a variety of accompaniments.

Acres of green is normal but Acres of lotus garden inside the property is amazing. It's the only leed platinum property that I have visited. I must say that I have felt the difference. ITC Sonar is among the most beautiful properties in India.

It was a brief visit to the place, but the courteousness of staff impressed me most. Also the decor and cleanliness stood by its reputation.

What a beautiful property i must say, the level has been upgraded in the category of the hotels in terms of service and the beautification of the Hotel. Staffs are awesome and well trained.

Luxury Hotel with all the amenities that you expect from a hotel of its stature. Servicing is the only area which was not as per the expectations.

Such bad service! Completely unexpected for an ITC hotel. To be clear this is regarding one of their restaurants, which I don't even need to name as I blame the hotel since they own it. All of their restaurants should have impeccable service. I'm still putting 3/5 as the food was delicious and they accommodated some special requests for us.

Love their property and food...especially the baked rosogolla is worth mentioning...
