One of Kolkatas premium hotel situated off E.M.Byepass near Science City. In terms of hospitality and service, one can easily give an excellent rating.
Indulge in luxury in Sonar. Sumptuous food choices in different restaurants.
Was very nice to celebrate my Son s Birthday at PanAsia
Abdul & Pratim took a very good care of service and we look forward to visit again
Thanks
It was an awesome experience. Loved the hospitality.
Biggest and most beautiful hotel of Kolkata. Lovely stay
Gorgeous property. Nothing to complain but Royal Bengal offers better buffet.
Best in luxury experience, the location is prime and convenient for city sightseeing as well as airport visit
Great accomodation. Near airport. Great service and greenery, and natural.
Marvellous...outstanding........prompt service...... only drawback..... time taken at the reception for check in should be reduced......and MOST delicious food.........
Good service. Clean rooms. Do try their buffet. The food is lovely. Especially the aromatic mildly spiced biryani.
Great hotel. Ideal for couple /family outings , functions and weddings.
The sophisticated rooms and suites come with free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs and desks, plus tea and coffeemakers. Suites feature garden and water views, and come with separate living areas. There's a ladies-only floor. Room service is available.
A very good business hotel. It doesn't have much to offer for family vacations
Well Maintained....Very Friendly Staff.....Nice Location....
Overall Aswome
Service is extremely bad. Stayed their for 3 days and worst experience. Not just one instance but multiple times.
Awesome place to be in.. dripping of culture and royalty.
Food quality not bad. Bt all dessert item was too good..
One of the luxurious hotel in kolkata
Kolkata's Pride
Fantastic 10 star hotel food served in the buffet is also world class
Amazing place must visit place. Definitely one of best luxury hotel.
Wonderful ambience with old days charm. Room had all amenities, even those not found in other 5star hotels. Very courteous staff.
Tried the buffet at Eden Pavillion. Found it long and descent. Continental courses were good, Chinese and Indian was not upto that mark.
Desserts were good. Had a variety of accompaniments.
Acres of green is normal but Acres of lotus garden inside the property is amazing. It's the only leed platinum property that I have visited. I must say that I have felt the difference. ITC Sonar is among the most beautiful properties in India.
Helpful and polite staff, spacious rooms. Good food choice.
New adjacent ITC hotel coming up. The biggest in Kolkata
Doesn't look like a 5 star from outside as not maintained well, food is just okay
It has a very good ambience and located at the heart of kolkata.
For business meeting a place to come in.
It was a brief visit to the place, but the courteousness of staff impressed me most. Also the decor and cleanliness stood by its reputation.
What a beautiful property i must say, the level has been upgraded in the category of the hotels in terms of service and the beautification of the Hotel. Staffs are awesome and well trained.
It's an added beauty to the City
Food is amazing and so is the aura and ambience.
Nice ambince was good food at pan Asia wasn't that great tho.
Luxury Hotel with all the amenities that you expect from a hotel of its stature. Servicing is the only area which was not as per the expectations.
It's good but the food could be better, the ambience and service were awesome.
Such bad service! Completely unexpected for an ITC hotel. To be clear this is regarding one of their restaurants, which I don't even need to name as I blame the hotel since they own it. All of their restaurants should have impeccable service. I'm still putting 3/5 as the food was delicious and they accommodated some special requests for us.
Love their property and food...especially the baked rosogolla is worth mentioning...
