One of the best hotels I've stayed in during this pandemic. The staff were really professional and everyone wore masks. The place was very well sanitized. The rooms were really clean and I felt safe. Thanks to the staff and I'd definitely recommend to everyone

Awesome place for food lovers and staying in Kolkata for the opulent. The rooms are big and has awesome views from the higher floors.

It is a best hotel Kolkata in Indian quality hospitality services. There are many of restaurant such as Eden Pavilion, Dum Pukth,Pan Asian etc.It is the responsible of luxury.

Not the best ITC properties I've visited. Has a very old world, musty feel.

After a long time visited Peshawari. The Daal Bukhara is exquisite as always. Loved the kebab platter. Courteous staff.

Food is too Good. But take care of normal drinking aquaguard water, getting smell. Already compain to Restaurant person.

One more thing basically for the PAN Asia Kitchen should be take care of mosquitoes irritation.

A star hotel that was a big big let down. Was attending a conference in the banquet, service was pathetic, staff were rude and I'll mannered and food was just not there. When you are hosting a conference then the food should be continually refilled in the containers so that it's seamless service but that wasn't done resulting in many going without food!! Not at all expected from a star establishment.Washrooms too were in pathetic condition.

Good hotel with good selection of restaurant. Overall a good place to stay in but fades in comparison with ITC Royal beside.

Nice place for family and corporate meeting & get together. Plush interior and decor. For outsiders good place to stay. Valle Parking available. Discotheque is also there for young crowd. Different flavour Restaurant offer variety of food.

I had lunch at the Pan Asian restaurant, and I have to say, the food was amazing. The ambience was very good, but waiters were a little slow in filling the empty glasses with water, and all that. Otherwise, the experience was amazing
