Excellent design, ambience and layout. Very friendly service

My favourite place.....my stay here has always been great.......have been to other five stars too..... But ITC sonar gives a different feel, warmth, welcome and ambiance!!

The property is huge and the staff are friendly and helpfull.
The property is strategically situated closeto the airport only took 20 to 25 mins.Also close to the mall Mani square and also close to the Mecca of shopping Esplanade and food street and Park circus where you will get the best biriyani.
Ordered club chicken sandwich from the hotel which was quite well prepared and i liked it.
The chinese restaurant is quite good in the hotel and the Dum Pukht outlet is also quite flavoured in terms of its dishes to offer.
Overall i would recommend this hotel to all who wants a nice stay in Kolkata close to airport.

Lap of luxury & great place to stay while in kolkata. Breakfast spread is great, rooms are spacious & staffs are efficient & courteous. Courtyard is beautiful with amazing fishes in the waterbody.

Great ambience right from Entrance to Front desk . Overall open space designed so elegantly which creates signature mark like ITC. Reception to Restaurants and overall staffs are truly very hospitable. Vastness of the property allow you to sucked in to be lost. Food quality is great specially the North Indian Cuisine with variety n palatability.

One of the best 5 star address in Calcutta. Wonderful decor and ambience, of the several hotels seen worldwide ITC Sonar occupies a place of pride.

It's service & food is also royal.

Food not transferred between sections. Peshawari section does not have rice items

It was really awesome. Room are quite nice and view from the room is just outstanding. Interior are elegant. To sum it up it stand up to its name royal Bengal.

Just eaten in the Bar and Grill , What an array of fresh food and wonderful service. A true delight. No doubt we will be returning.

Absolutely beautiful property with great services like spa and gym and even salon. The breakfasts spread is alright, nothing to rave about. They have a speciality chocolate place in the vicinity.

One the best hotels in Kolkata situation at the gateway on Kolkata city. Food in banquet is average but their restaurants serve very tasty food.
