Fabulous luxury hotel with comfort and privacy. But very expensive....

Other than food (average) every thing was excellent (ambience, service, rooms and theme)

Starting from the food, to rooms, to main lobby, to the beautiful surrounding play area and feeding the fish area. This place has its own serene feel and luxurious ambient. Worth a visit.

Okay, Good room service. Not very good spread over breakfast and checking in take minimum 30 to 40 minutes.

The Entire Stay was such well planned by ITC Royal Bengal Team was Mind Blowing

In such a big hotel tea coffee is not available at board room before 10.30.

The dishes were great except the naan and laccha paratha. Those were little too thicker and chewy. The assorted platter- too good

Smell of burning garbage lingers in the hotel lobby and patio. Going from room to lobby makes you sweat and frost the glasses and then suddenly you enter air conditioning zone and again to humid in the foyer. Badly planned architecture

The stay at ITC Sonar Bangla was absolutely amazing. The lunch at Peshawari and the breakfast buffet at Pan Asia was scrumptious and to die for. The room service even after 11pm was prompt and Excellent. The experience of talking a walk beside the lily pond was heavenly!

Must visit for people who want to chill and experience nature as well!
