Good place. Food is delicious there. They have Gym though it's not that big but yes they do have a lot of equipments. Swimming pool is actually good. Room I got is pretty nice but I was expecting a bigger one. Services they need to improve on a bit I feel.

Had an awesome host for the CII Innovation 2019. The hospitality was top notch, interns were extremely professional. Loved the overall ambience a lot.

It would have been of great help had the staff been more informed about inside venue(map).

Excellent hotels, great food, very friendly staff but need to maintain decorations, ceiling and furnitures properly as it's a 5 star hotel.

This was our third visit to the hotel and decided to Book a two night stay with breakfast for myself and my partner and it was fantastic!! we arrived late due to work but the staff at the reception was more than welcoming, our room was excellent with a great view of the castle and river, it was very clean and decor was fitting for the style of hotel and surroundings. Room service was again excellent with polite and smart staff, breakfast loads of choice and cooked well, Staff always friendly and polite and more than happy to go out there way to help you especially as my partner is vegan so food can be tricky in some places. I would definitely be returning again and would recommend this place if you never visited ITC Kolkata

This is an excellent hotel. A true luxury in rooms, restaurants, the hotel grounds. The rooms were large with bath tubs. The choice of in-room tea & coffee includes some excellent coffees from the ITC's own Sunbean coffee. The breakfast menu was large. And the feature of it was that it had a wide choice healthy foods too. The hotel has large pond full of fishes and flowers with vast lawns around it. Room service was good. The hotel is also ideally located for visits to he city.

One of best five star luxury hotel of kolkata. Excellent service, facilities, decor and food! Its fine dine restaurant dum pukht serves probably the best mughlai cuisine of India. This hotel is the home of local IPL franchise KKR. Love the place.

One the 5 stars of Kolkata, maintaining a very high standard, this is one of its kind. It's really luxurious, with that posh felling in itself.

I had been to ITC for a seminar. As i entered the hotel i was greeted with namaste from a lady as well as a gents guard on duty. The lobby is mesmerising. With grand canopy and lights reflecting our indian tradition and culture. You have helping hand everywhere. Service is too good and even when i was not supposed to stay there, the staff was friendly with good behaviour. They are recently building a massive annexure hotel beside their current facility and it looks gigantic and beautiful with a tinge of european and indian architecture fused together. Food was awesome in the buffet arrangement. The sweets were just tuonge tasty. Visit for a mindful stay here.
