One of 5 stars Hotel and very popular ITC hotel in Kolkata

I went for dinner at Peshawri, to which we were utterly disappointed keeping in mind I was in ITC Sonar and the pocket pinch for the same. Service was not 5-star standard nor was the food. So for a better dining experience I would stay away from Peshawri.

Amazing place...the food is amazing...the restaurant dum punkt was perfect for indian delicacies...the rooms were maintained very well...the bathroom is very clean and room service is on point all the time.

Visited this place many times..one of the best hotel in Kolkata

Located beside Eastern Metropolitan Bye Pass, it provides 5 star accommodation away from busy, congested and polluted area of the city. Beautiful, imposing and colossal structure having potential to attract foreigners will soon become tourist destination and will add lustre to the rich heritage of Kolkata.

Our room is stinking and the carpet has holes in it

Nothing to say about this, it's just a beautiful and amazing place!! Starting from food, to hospitality and rooms, everything this top-notch. Never have i ever witnessed a more hospitable and well behaved staff! Will definitely visit again without thinking twice. Staying here was an amazing experience!

This place has the highest infestation of mosquitoes per square mm. Horrible for a 5 star hotel property.

Amazing experience as always. ITC always gives a homely feeling be it the ambience, service or food. Being royal in all senses it keeps its characteristics rooted to culture and ethnicity. This is why I have always opted for ITC hotels wherever I travel. Kudos!

I went there to attend a business seminar and I was simply awestruck by the beauty of the place. Everything is prim, proper, maintained and extra clean. Spotless in the true sense of the word. Heaven for rich people!
