Most third class hotel with third class sevice.
Food quality is worst.

We went for a lunch buffet in Grand Market Pavillion. ITC Royal Bengal is really graaand. But the food is not something to be over excited. It was just ok.

Good place with awesome ambience n top quality foods

Stay was wonderful. Staff was very courteous.
We had our dinner at Peshawari. Excellent service and food. Special mention of santanu who took very good care of us.

I had visited the place to attend a professional event. Over the years ,they have maintained good standards of service. The buffet was an assortment of salads , mughlai and Indian which was delicious.

We had dinner at Peshawar which is mostly eastern though there were actually dishes which did not resemble eastern. I had a sorry of cutlet while my friend had grilled fish. The bruschetta we had was quite appetizing as were the prawns. There is a smoking lounge nearby which was good news for my friend who smokes. Decor is nice.

The hotel is very good and the food is excellent and I like the stuff diksha chhetri she is very good and friendly stuff she took care of us very well

Awesomely beautiful place with very serene calm and unique architecture. The central water body surrounded by beautiful sit outs and fishes and lotuses take the breath away. Spa is well equipped with amazing ambience. As usual superb food in all restaurants. The only thing missing is a discotheque. Otherwise this hotel has some thing awesome for everyone!

Way better than Hyatt. This place has a royal feel to it which can be seen as soon as you enter.
