Great hotel in a perfect location..hotel room was awesome and great food..staff was amazing

Loved the decoration, maintenance and also the behaviour of the members

Bought two coffees at the hotel lobby. The coffee was about 7USD each, much more expensive than Starbucks. Paid by cash and they came back with half of the change. I asked the waiter where is the rest of my change. He came back again with less than full change. I seriously think this hotel is just shady. Should have stayed at the next door JW. You need to wait for guest to leave the tip. You can t just assume you can take half of the change as your tip without checking with customer.

An awesome natural feel. Not like any other 5 star business hotel.

Well, i guess you expect nothing but excellence from a seven star. though itc gardenia and maurya are definitely better. hoping the new one will be even better than the present. I especially like the sunday brunch at Pan Asian

This is great restaurant and house just near at science City. Actually is the just opposite of the science City building. It is a big and family's restaurant and house at the science City area. It can be located from different ways, one is from the chingri ghata it is just beside the J W Marriott hotel and restaurant and another is the science City opposite site toward chingri ghata area. If anyone coming via Maa flyover then they have to change their route from the Beliagha site and then come back to towards the science City omitting the flyover.

I was there to photograph a wedding event, the place as usual is a class apart, service is top notch so are the rooms, eventhough I didn't stay in them, but shot there for the photography assignment.

Awesome ambience and hospitality together with the taste of international food

This was our second visit to the hotel and decided to Book a two night stay with breakfast for myself and my partner and it was fantastic!! we arrived late due to work but the staff at the reception was more than welcoming, our room was excellent with a great view of the castle and river, it was very clean and decor was fitting for the style of hotel and surroundings.
Room service was again excellent with polite and smart staff, breakfast loads of choice and cooked well,
Staff always friendly and polite and more than happy to go out there way to help you especially as my partner is vegan so food can be tricky in some places.
I would definitely be returning again and would recommend this place if you never visited ITC Kolkata

I had been to the ITC hotel as part of IEEE conference on VLSI Design and Embedded Systems. This hotel has exelent breakfast bouffet options. and beautiful fish pond on which the hotel is built.

The experience was mind blowing. We would never forget the ambience services we recieved.we were overwhelmed

In the month of December'18,I went to ITC Sonar Bangla and entered in PAN ASIAN restaurant,where we have taken lunch(Buffet),which is too much delicious and digestable.Atmosphare of ITC Soner is very much calm and quite and also reasonableprice.I paid Rs.3000/-(Two persons). As a middle class family man it was my memorable experience.This is to inform you that there are 12 restaurant in ITC SONAR BANGLA.

It's very nice place to stay with friends. All staff behavior excellent.

The Saturday buffet lunch was amazing.

It is one of the best places to stay in Kolkata. Surround by water bodies with beautiful lilies and gold fish in it. It makes it a very pleasant place to stay. This place has won many awards for its design. This hotel has many restaurants and the food in all the places is very good- don t miss the punjabi restaurant here. The staff are courteous. The rooms are good however due to the new construction around the view may not be good, hopefully it will be wonderful once the construction is complete.
