5 star hotel located towards to centre of the city.

Nice location, superb ambience and excellent staff service. I was overwhelmed by the extremely friendly and caring staff. The campus is very green and full of nature.

The rooms have nice views, the corridors and indoors are quiet and one feels the essence of a holiday.

Had a great stay at ITC Sonar. The hotel is well maintained and the rooms are always sanitized and very clean. The restaurant at Sonar has multi cuisines and the chef has a good menu to choose from. The staff is exceptional and very helpful. I would definitely come back if I visit kolkata again.

There is a three restaurant, and eden pavilion is best

Really nice place to be in and like all ITC Hotels, it has that signature fragrance. Hotel staff is really courteous. Out of all restaurants, Dum Pukht deserves a special mention for its Lucknow delicacies.

Had our anniversary dinner at Pan Asian, ITC Sonar. While the food was fantastic, it would be remiss if I did not mention Jeewan and Pratim who took excellent care of us.

Well what to say. It's marvellous. A lovely lunch with friends . Place is too beautiful. We went for the great pavilion restaurant. Service is too good. People are very friendly. Briyani was tooo good. The desserts were too tasty specially the baked rabri.

The place has a lot of mosquitoes. Bellboy didn't arrive even 40 minutes after the call.we had booked two rooms and the house keeping had not kept the same things in both the rooms.

Nice ambience and security is totally 6 star. Overall not 5 star it's 7 star

Luggage taken care from the moment you enter, quick checkin, fool proof secure, ladies only wing called eva, greet you and call the lift every time you enter, spotless clean luxurious room, bath with tub and chamber, superb toiletries towels at disposal, pleasing views, laundry inclusive in the package, staff explains details as you are dropped to room, pride of the tour - residents only laws, jogging track, lotus, fishes, lilies, royal seetings in the midst of the water body - not one but many.
