The Best staying I ever had in Kolkata, recently I visited Kolkata but was disappointed to know that ITC Sonar has been shut down for renovations so I stayed in ITC Royal but I really missed my stay in ITC Sonar, I hope to stay in ITC Sonar soon. The Staff in ITC Sonar was very friendly and always welcoming, I miss the Peace which I experienced in ITC Sonar, Hope to see ITC Sonar Functional Soon. Was always a Pleasure staying with ITC Sonar.

The ambience is really class.. Anything you would love to see in a star hotel is just available...The only thing that I didn't like across all ITC hotels in India is the food... Seriously.... if any of the ITC Chef reads my comment, Pls give a thought on this...

My recent visit to Kolkata was an excellent one. I stayed at the ITC Hotel. Thu was a wonderful hotel to stay in India. ITC hotel in Kolkata, India. This is a five star hotel and comes with all the modern amenities. There are over200 single rooms with private bathrooms and 50 luxury suites. Rooms are comfortable.The food of the hotels restaurant was delicious. I had a chance to taste the traditional of the country at ITC hotel

The pan asia restaurant is the best chinese ever and the rooms are also phenomenal

As always It s Sonar s people / associates that make you feel wanted. A walk around Sonar s many gardens and colourful birds is so refreshing.

It's a good place for conference meetings nd other type of functions

Luxurious Accommodation very next to ITC Royal and both are inter- connected. You can access lawn, garden and Spa only if you stay with them. Keep your any other identity proof to chek in but AAdharCARd( welcome to Bengal). Ambient atmosphere and very polite staff. Food is not as per expection. Always tell Beforehand if you want male or female therapist in spa. Swimming suit is compulsory and available for rent there only.
Rooms are tidy , smell free, smoking friendly ( on request). Chocolate and souvenir store available. You can access ITC royal from 1st floor(21). Piano and Guitar played by amezing duo in lobby in evening. Enjoy!!!!

Excellent hotel, grand spacious rooms, courteous and attentive staff. Food was great too, just bit overpriced. Most of the TV English channels are blocked. That was the only disappointment.

Luxury at its best. Location is superb. Parking spaces is adequate. Well maintained. Well decorated. Food quality is also good. Staffs are well behaved.
