Itc Sonar is good but older. Overall good experience and food.

A great property with all types of recreation facilities available. Also they serve a wide variety of foods at banquets. I have been to the banquet hall Pala for a office seminar and found the staffs to be extremely professional and cordial. There are a few issues regarding parking but soon it will be sorted out as per the management.

Ambience and food in the Peshawari restaurant is excellent

It's a luxury property so basically the services are good, the staff are really good and friendly. I love staying in ITC

If you say star category then ITC is the perfect name for hospitality you want.
The property is so good and well maintained you cannot deprive of. Very good staff behaviour and cooperative.
Everything is so good and satisfactory here.

The room was neat and clean and also fully sanitized during this covid situation.

Service was very average. Seemed lack of manpower, food was available with delays resulting in rush at the starters, we couldn't get chairs to sit in banquet & no one bothered from the hotel to even ask either

Good elaborate Bfast. Egg benedict and garlic bread deserve a special mention. Asked for a set dosa, which turned out to be more like a pancake. Medu Vada & Sambar were great. A gentleman from F&B with spiked hair made us feel uncomfortable with his attitude and low inclination towards service.

I am changing my feedback after 1 + year. Becareful of food. You may find hairs.

If you are a Hindu, my advice not to take any food here as you may find beef in between on the buffet table.

Awesome 7 star hotel in kolkata..well maintained, awesome ambiance, nice food quality, most decorated air conditioned rooms, beautiful scenic from windows, quality services from stuff, gentle and humble approach. One of the prestigious and luxurious hotel of kolkata. They are opening their next proeject besides ITC Sonar Bangla, ITC Royal Bengal which will be even more bigger and even more luxurios from it. Will like to go on there once it will open.

Hotel is good but there is no swimming pool and it's Lunch and diner is worst. I have 3 nights in Itc but all 3 days only 2 disses to serv us 1. Aaloo dum and 2. Panir masala..

It's not really a 5 star when compared to JW, InterContinental, Taj, etc. Few staff members are incredibly courteous but few others don't live up to 5 star standards.

The place has a gigantic area with beautiful decors. The price is a weight on the wallet for things inside there
