The banquet is quite good, the food was out of this world. The best part I loved about ITC Sonar has to be the washrooms and the staircases.

A 5 star hotel and you get what you expect from a 5 star. Quite sprawling. There are two set ups Side by side so figure out which one is for you. Restaurants are below the ground level which I found little dingy and claustrophobic though

It's wonderful hotel with good maintainable staff. The ambience is awesome. Food quality is sumptuous. Rooms are well maintained & so is the entire property.

Beautiful ambiance and open spaces with big rooms give an ample feel to the hotel in an otherwise crowded Kolkata. Wide variety of specialist residents cater to all platters and offers a variety during long stays. Staff is impeccable dressed in keeping with the rich and sofesticated ambience.

This hotel rules and regulations are good... I am satisfied...

Itc as always the experience was very nice and pleasant, the staffs are good behaving . The hotel offers all services that you expect a 5 star hotel will offer. Itc sonar in kolkata carries a heritage that even today its one of my favorite.

Luxury redefined!!!

The grandest property in Kolkata at the moment. A true luxury hotel with Royal white walls. The buffet was exquisite with elegant interiors.

Visited them for an event baby in tow. They didn't have a separate feeding space but they ensured I was absolutely comfortable by giving me access to their room. The team was warm and I look forward to a longer stay.

Great atmosphere, loved the stay with all types of comfort, awsome rooms. Hygiene, Santization, precautions was perfectly followed.

I will not recommend to stay/book for night it s better you can just go and chill out thats it.
My experience was very bad,
I have booked for one night with breakfast lunch and dinner. And my experience was like a normal hotel. They don t have even dental kit in there luxurious hotel they are Very cheap service provided by the hotel management.

Ok, here we go! I would say this was one of best hotels I have tried so far. I checked out the gym, pool, breakfast, and of course the room itself. I liked the gym, it s not that big but tidy and clean! If you like yoga, don t be shy and go to the pool outside and do it next to the pool, I enjoyed it so deeply. The room is quite nice, big and cozy. The only thing I don t like was the cleaning, it was not that clean as I would expect for this kind of the hotel. As usual, I keep forgetting my toothbrush, guys from reception answered the call in the middle of night, and brought it to my room. Thank you so much!
I loved the breakfast itself, finally people have alternative to cow milk! My morning coffee was ok .
Even if you have no idea what to do in the city, you ll definitely can find a lot of useful stuff here. I enjoyed my weekend here. Thank u

What a beautiful property. The best part is their lily pond in between. Has all of the wonderful things that ITC Luxury Collection Hotels come with. And they also have a gigantic new building coming up alongside but it's going to be christened ITC Royal Bengal.
