One of the best luxurious hotel with all kinds of foods available

Its unique in its surroundings.very much amidst nature.the hotel encompasses water and plants and fishes and has a feeling of serenity in the middle of a bustling city.when monsoons hit the city it adds to the charm of this hotel.
The hotel specializes in bengali local cuisine apart from having two international restaurants.nice getaway

The staff were very polite. The room was really large with all top amenities

It was an excellent experience to have a stay at ITC SONAR BANGLA. We had all meal packages (All in GATEWAY) and our lunch and dinner was at ITC royal Bengal (Grand Market Pavilion Restaurant), which is another property of ITC besides ITC Sonar. The breakfast was at Eden Pavilion in Sonar itself and it was great as well. Good hospitality and a wonderful experience. Rooms were spacious and luxurious. Everyone was helpful in the staff.

ITC sonar, a luxury collection hotel is a gem. wonderful service, friendly staff and an awesome ambience with elegant decor. Visited the hotel to attend a conference on Digital Marketing. The banquet (Pala) is huge with wonderfully arranged seating and staffs to cater to all needs of the guest. The food was organised just outside the banquet which was quite good. Cannot comment on food quality as I did not try it from the speciality restaurants or the coffee shop (Eden Pavillion). The neighbouring luxury collection hotel which is ITC Royal Bengal which is a mini palace in itself looks absolutely majestic from the lawns of ITC Sonar overlooking the wonderfully majestic lotus pond. Had a great 5 star experience.

This is a well maintained property. The DumPukht restaurant is outstanding. There were a few niggling issues but the staff handled them well. The spa experience is decent and not outstanding. I would still go back.

Perfect ambience for spent a holiday with family.

The stay was good and awsome....but the food cost at Peshawari was very high...in return the food quality was good like any other good restaurants....The person named Rounak or Roushan....I forgot the name served us well.

Rooms are clean and spacious and the toiletries that they provide are amazing !

They have this huge pond with water lilies ,fishes and ducks.

You can feed the fishes as well!

ITC royal bengal is connected and you can tour the hotel. Its majestic!

Nice place. But buffet is not up to the mark. Ambiance is good. Service and staff behavior is very good. But if you are looking for good food, you have better options at the same price range.

The luxury giant stretching by EM Bypass, is still a symbol of its magnitude, elegance and beauty amidst the new uprisings. Though visited after a long time and for a corporate meeting for half n hour, still the hospitality and the sweetness remained the same. The beautiful smile of the hosts or the make u feel special effect- it's a genius.

Itc has been my number one choice in terms of F&B, but with time it has lost its charm! It needs to walk along with competetors

Visited the peshwari outlet for a dine in experience and i must say it was one of my best experience so far. They are mainly specialized in north indian cuisine and the foods were mouthwatering with a adequate variety. Lastly i would say the staffs were great and among them i would like to mention about Ms. Trisha, she was extremely knowledgeable and polite.
So if anyone is searching for a genuine north indian cuisine in kolkata then this is the place for you!!!

Attended an ENT Doctors Meet at ITC. Extremely well managed event with great food and service.

This is the best hotel in the city that one can stay or accomodate. This sentence itself justify everything. This looks like a palace and not only looks butbalso the staffs here will give you a royal service. Its the biggest hotel in the city with the most room inventory and no only that the food served here is outstanding at an amazing price point. This 5star luxury hotel has got the biggest banqueting soace in the city.its the only hotel in kolkata to have eva floors only for girls. That enhance the safety of the women who are travelling alone.

The hotel is very good and the food is excellent and I like the staff Diksha Chhetri she is very good and friendly staff she took care of us very well

Oh the worst stale grilled food. Biryani awfully bad. Not worth

Good Buffet presentation but quality missing not enough see food. But good service by chef to cook your liking, although slow.
