best hotel in kolkata environment is good,food is good but price is so high

It was clean, service was excellent and overall experience was really good
The restaurant Pan Asian was an excellent experience all in all . Mr Pratim Paul, the gentleman who waited on us was extremely helpful, courteous and attentive to our needs. All in all.. an experience in itself.

ITC Sonar bangla situated beside the EM Bypass, which is a very important road to connect two sides of kolkata. That's why it has a very good place. It has also a very neat and clean service. They give special attention to the security of their customer. That's very good. They have all types of foods available there, including local speciality foods. So, I think you will have a great time there.

One of the best fine dining experiences at their award winning restaurant, Dum Pukht. Must try for everyone visiting Kolkata!

Close to airport. Offers first class services.. SPG platinum or Gold guests do not expect much of Greetings and offers that u get in other hotels...

Nice thought of replacing single use plastic bottles. Poor implementation. Got a throat infection drinking the water there.

We had fish malai tikka , chicken tikka , sikanderi raan, dal Bukhara and garlic naan

Good experience. Good at the coffee shop doesn't have wide variety. Service is not upto mark due to inadequate manpower at the restaurant. Therefore food is not worth the money spent.
