Pretty bad experience at the Eden Pavilion restaurant. First off, the staff took about 40 minutes to start attending to us even though only about 4 tables were occupied in the whole restaurant. Then it turned out the restaurant was "out of stock" on basically everything on the menu - not speciality items, but everything. We asked for everything from dessert wine to Bailey's Irish Cream to Amarula to Jagermeister to Kahlua to even ice cream! We had to leave because we had wasted enough time at the restaurant only to be told nothing was available. I wouldn't recommend the Eden Pavilion at all.

Like the service and everything was good.. But the room service needs to be more prompt

Had an amazing time! The quality of food was really impressive and the dal makhani was one of its kind! The service of the staff was the icing on the cake which made the entire experience quite memorable

The stay was pleasant, room service is excellent and they provide most amenities but the overall quality of the rooms are not upto 5-star standards, e.g., the wardrobe in my room was damaged and the door didn't lock itself. On the other hand, the food, for the most part, was quite delicious.

The ITC Royal Bengal is a luxury in itself. Very nice and attractive inside. Awesome hallway and lounges.

Playing a professional cricket tournament at the highest level in our country, amidst the pandemic... who would have thought?! A big thank you and congratulations to the team at ITC (Kolkata) for making our stay a memorable one. Felt totally at home.

ITC Sonar Bangla.. Kolkata's 5 star luxury hotel which lives up to it's status.. courteous staff.. excellent service..well maintained..good food..loved the overall experience! Thank you ITC..can't wait to visit the magnum opus new ITC building next to it as well!

Nice place for Indian food. Probably the best in the city. The new wing comes up some time in 2016 and will definitely be an exciting place to visit.

Good ambience, has a lot of traditional indian decor, what was a slight let down was the behavior of the staff, slightly ignorant and food was also being served after a pretty long time despite being not so crowded

Way and beyond excellent...Jennifer, Priyanka and shoubam were great help, professional and they truly care for their guest needs. They make u feel welcome so I will be back soon.
Even room service and all the restaurants were fantastic. Overall an memorable and wonderful experience. Oh the breakfast not to forget, the managers and servers were really nice hardworking bunch of ppl and super accommodating. Keep it up ITC...
