Lovely place. I had visited for a conference in the ballroom. The ambience is amazing. Wonderfully decorations with prized artifacts, chandeliers and lamps. Very artistically set up flower vases with real flowers. The room was very spacious. The staff were humble. Food and dessert were very interesting and perfectly cooked. Especially loved the tea and the soup, not forgetting the tiramisu too. Eating area was right outside the event arena. The washrooms were well designed and hygienic but more units could be installed. Guests had to wait in queue but that doesn't take away the star. There were displays of other ITC products beautifully arranged. A shop of Wills Lifestyle was also present at the same location. Overall it was an amazing experience. A nice place with hassle-free experience to host events.
