Although the location is great, that's probably the only best thing about the hotel in Mumbai. My wife and I stayed at ITC Grand Central, Parel on the 24th and 25th of January of 2021. We made our booking through the MakeMyTrip app and it seemed like they gave us a differentiated treatment due to our choice of booking platform. The room was clean but there were some yellow stains on our bed spread. The iron machine didn't work and when we were not even given toothbrushes, on questioning they said that they toiletries were only provided on demand. It was a fine stay overall, I had just expected better after having stayed at ITC Kakatiya at Hyderabad and ITC Hotel Chennai previously.
