The hygiene .the humble reception staff and the over all experience was good except for the breakfast..
It was a complete disappointment..
We understand the present covid situation but. There was no management .
We had to scan and choose the breakfast from menu and inform the service guy ..we were five plus a baby with us there was just one glass on the table no cutlery .only half of our order was served. No tea or coffee till the end we waited for and hour and half .
My husband is diabetic. He dint get his order..no fruits were given .staff was not bothered to inform us or get back to us even after reminding them three times ..if the kitchen staff had the guests list for breakfast they should have been prepared..
We understand the shortage of staff but many things from the menu could have been kept ready to serve.
Not only us but everyone in the banquet hall was upset and angry
Suggestion.. instead of scanning in the restaurant,, take the orders from the room two hours before and keep ready and then call them to serve..if at all you hv shortage of staff
Or food can be selected from the buffet by guets
And then served by the staff on table like Radisson blue it was much organised there..
