I have been visiting the Institute for many years and have always enjoyed myself. Friendly and competent staff, ready to meet any difficulty. Medical staff often above expectations and in general a modern and welcoming structure, so much so that in some places it doesn't even seem to be in a hospital but almost in a hotel. Well done.
