My report concerns the new APP Humanitas Pass for ...

My report concerns the new APP Humanitas Pass for remote acceptance ... I would like to point out 2 things:
1) in addition to being too sensitive (2 tickets eliminated unintentionally), the button eliminates the ticket should have a double confirmation pass, just to avoid inadvertent cancellation.
2) the countdown of "people in line before you" does not work
