My assessment is related to the service provided by the emergency room on a holiday to my brother-in-law and lived as a companion) and not for an event that requires specialization. I must say that, unlike the other Milanese hospitals, I found a certain organization and cleanliness, thanks to a new structure. I liked the clerk at the entrance with the function of orienting you, the totem system that assigns the number based on arrival (private or through 118), cleaning the waiting room for relatives (separate from admission), confidentiality in the triage and assistance received. Waiting times: therefore, from the withdrawal of the number to the acceptance around 10/15 minutes (there may be), from this to the first visit about 20 minutes. From here the times have lengthened sufficiently and our stay lasted for about six hours. I believe the assistance and care provided were right. For now everything is ok!
