I spent hours on the phone with customer service last month (iRobot cannot connect to the cloud). It turns out that there s a bug in the software, but they did not publish this information. You have to spend two hours with customer service in order to find out that the problem is on their end. They said the new software update would happen mid December, and the problem would fix itself wirelessly. Needless to say this has not happened, and I am losing the window to return this $1,000 item.
