Horrible company. Received a Roomba for a gift and never opened the box. Never wanted it. Tried to return it for over a month and finally gave up calling the number listed - and resorted to email. Since I had written I finally received a reply. Was told I had surpassed their 90 day return policy. I explained that wouldn t have happened if it wasn t for the shut down/delays on their end due to COVID-19 - no one would listen and still wouldn t let me return. My last and final attempt to call I sat on hold until I finally reached a live person - Lorraine - who rudely told me nope, nothing they can do. Which isn t true - if they looked at whole picture combined with an unopened and unused product they should take it back. Do not buy. Customer service is AWFUL.
