Loved my Roomba until I had a problem and was told...

Loved my Roomba until I had a problem and was told it was the battery. After purchasing the new battery and it stopped was now told that I could purchase another battery @ 30% off. After voicing my displeasure I was then told the problem was with the Roomba and that I would have to purchase a new one. THEN I WAS TOLD THAT ALL CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IN THE CARIBBEAN, NOT THE UNITED STATES. Think twice before buying one since you can hardly understand the person on the other end of the phone!! Shame on this company, there headquarters are in the US
