I must say, GREAT customer service is an understatement. Big shout out to Anthony Lekocevic for one, making my first car buying experience such a joyful experience & two for just being a down to earth guy with no hidden agenda. I ve heard horror stories about car dealerships being super pushy, rude, deceiving etc. definitely not the case here. The service was extremely genuine & honestly met a lot to me given it s my first car buying experience. I initially went to the wrong dealership in a cab from Manhattan, New York. I Had made a mistake with address. I then call Interstate Toyota & was willing to cab it to the correct location that was probably about 20-30minutes away. The manager Fabio Kola said no way he s gonna let me spend more money and take a cab from there & literally sent Anthony to pick me and my girlfriend up. Which Anthony then introduced himself & made small talk the whole ride with us. So as you can imagine I was super impressed literally before I even got to the dealership. Especially not knowing whether I would even buy or not. I ve been in the customer service realm for my whole working career & this was hands down 5 star service. He understood exactly what I wanted, worked with the prices that I was aiming for, super personable & definitely went out of his way to make sure I left a happy camper. He stayed well after his working hours & didn t rush the process one bit. He made sure everything was perfect and that I was happy when I drove off the lot. He even followed up with me through texts to see how my first drive home was. There are many different accents to their customer service that gives you that white glove service kinda feel.
I wanna also give a huge shout out to the new manager Fabio Kola for playing a huge part as well and making this possible. Weeks before I had even visited the location, he was super attentive to Texts/Calls/emails & never once did he brush me off or seem uninterested in my business. He was in and out of the actual negotiations periodically & worked with the credit I have. Another super down to earth guy. Treated me and my girlfriend with respect and reassured us that we were in good hands. He basically reinforced what good customer service looks like hands down.
Even Juan the final gentleman that I did the final signing and logistics with was a great guy. Made sure I understood the process and knew what I was signing for and getting myself into before anything was cemented.
Once people find out about Intestate Toyota s new revamped customer experience model, they will for sure be long time customers. Good lucks guys I know Interstate Toyota will thrive!
Look guys you can t put a price on piece of mind so if your skeptical/nervous/anxious about you not getting the best deal/customer service experience.. I hope this helps.
